Konnichiwa everyone, and happy New Year. It has been a while, hai? Your ever trustful correspondent Fuyudori Adachi here.
A new year we say, but in reality we just keep repeating the same talk of the last one. I mean, look at this junker. First thing he sees is an opportunity to make trouble with me. On the first day of the Year nonetheless.
I was shaking, "really" shaking. But so were the trigger fingers of our pal Zettsu, and a full contingent of LPI, waiting to see if the silly Junker was foolish enough to try something in broad daylight in front of the cops and who else was there. LPI were babysitting a new installation by the way. Something about Sunbucks and storage depot, with a weird name. Adiro-something.
Anyway, the Junker got wiser at the third warning, and flew away.
I got up to date with Zettsu's work, as well as with the news flying around Liberty at that time. Apparently Rheinland Military pilots were coming to Texas, and Zettsu decided to go take a look for some quick pays on his bounty hunting.
So there was some BDM| ships, and Zettsu decided, or they decided for him, to start fighting the bounty hunter. After a short fight, Zettsu took out the Fighter, and pulled back from the Gunboat, as his ship wouldn't take him nowhere.
As I had no more business to attend there, I pulled back to New York as well.
----------
It seems that Liberty is not very concerned about Stabiline, as their problems with outcast trade must pressure them to take all the alternatives possible. I spotted this freelancer passing by the LPI hotspot, but no one moved an inch to check him.
Said he was taking it to Pennsylvania, not sure if it is useful information.
----------
Liberty is deploying some new ship for their defenses, as I have noticed on Manhattan orbit. Two new Battleships covering my room's view in Trenton. I'll have to complain to the landlord.
Battleship Halle and Infinity, clogging more space around Manhattan.
---------------
Anyway, not much for me to tell. Got a new friend on the Liberty Navy, who should give me some juicy stories from time to time.
One thing he told me was that the LPI and Navy had to escort a Artificial Intelligence cruiser out of Liberty, and then had to deal with a Blood Dragon wandering around New York system. He couldn't tell me much about it, just that it was destroyed while escaping to Colorado, and that they don't know why he was here in the first place.
--------
Let's hope that something interesting happens soon~, otherwise this will be a boring January here.

So, here we are again. A few things happened.
On the 29th of December, I found a Blood Dragon wandering around the lanes of Honshu. I engaged the BDS-Busan gunboat, and after a prolonged fight with the help of a Kruger| security vessel, the gunboat was destroyed.
I thanked the Kruger for the assistance on keeping Kusari a safe territory, and I received a nice prize from Samura for the effort.
A large ALG and IMG convoy passed a few minutes later, but nothing out of the ordinary.
------------------
On the first of January, I attempted to head out into the Taus, to check what affairs were happening on the edges of our good land. I found a whole lot of trouble around the IMG Java Station. A group of 3 Outcast Destroyers and one pirate gunboat where harassing the miners. I offered to help with the problems, but the Outcast numbers were overpowering the defenders and the emplacements, and I was shot down by the fire of the Outcast. The miners told me that at least one of the Destroyers was shot down, but I haven't heard of the rest of the outcome.
---------------
Samura hired our services to escort a large shipment to Rheinland. The service took a few days to be completed due to logistical issues, but we performed successfully without any engagements, and received a large paycheck for the babysitting.
--------------------
Last one happened yesterday. As I returned from Hokkaido on our gunboat after chasing out a GMG rascal from the Samura turf, I met this unpleasant acquaintance from {AFC] , {AFC]-Turbo.Charged[P], which I had met on Colorado. Apparently he was a nuisance looking for a quick buck on Liberty, but for him to show up on Yokohama for the very same reason to "get bounties" means these rascals are really wanting to piss off our business.
I fought him for a while on the Yokohama sector. A second vessel, called identification-none (A correo with a the markings of a pirate, and a cloaking device) came by, and decided to join the fun on his side.
The battle was difficult, but I managed to maintain a balance against my enemies, until a Naval Forces Battleship KDS-Haruo appeared from the Yokohama Shipyard, and the pirates immediately retreated.
I thanked the Naval Forces for the assist, and headed back to base.
I believe we should put a bounty on this pilot from the {AFC]. If he's targeting me or the Hogosha as a whole, he shouldn't be allowed to wander around carefree. We will make him live always looking over his shoulder every time he leaves Liberty.
That is all for this month. Hiraku Shimoe signing off."
A new set of operations has begun in the Tau Systems. For too long we have been withdrawn from the affairs in the west, and that is reflected in the increased ease the Junkers feel in their alternative routes for Cardamine trade. Today I've set out to test their responses, and to put a dent on the flow of their profits.
Departing from a nearby base of a trusted party, I lay in wait for any signs of traffic. As expected, a single Junker Salvager with cardamine came by.
I stopped him and in a few sentences ordered him to dispose of his cargo, or risk his health. He choose the latter.
I was keeping him pinned and putting some pain on him, but I'm still not capable to dispose of a full salvager before reinforcements arrived. Junkers started pouring in from the Tau-23 gate, and I found myself being under fire from 3 Salvagers and a Mastodon of the Junkers. The weaponry they carried indicated a strong anti skirmisher mindset, much to my disadvantage.
As the Salvager defenses proved too tough to break with the other Junkers supporting, I switched targets to the Mastodon. Aware that I would have slim chances to escape humiliated, I decided to inflict the most damage possible before being taken down. My systems failed to nearby mines I launched to keep the defenses of the Junkers as low as possible.
The junkers left the area after my defeat, and my pod was brought back by the patrols of the kusarian forces.
-------
A few moments later, the quartermaster had the replacement ship ready to a second run, this time I was to move to the Tau-23 and determine the origin of the Junker convoy I had faced before.
I was heading to Java when I received a call from a Unione Corse, [UC]-Eclaireur.4 , chasing one of the Junkers I had met early. It was running away to Kyushu, and the Corse requested my help.
Unsure of what to do, I followed with some delay, long enough to see that the infamous Junker Marauders were cropping up from nearby Cali base, before I crossed to Kyushu.
The JM stopped me in my tracks, and I lost sight of the Corse and the runaway Junker. The JM was quite interested in the relatively easy prey I presented, and kept making circles around me, while I tried to pick up the trail of the Corse who could perhaps provide me some aid against the single junker fighter.
Situation didn't turn out in my favor though, since I only managed to link the JM with the runaway Salvager, and enemy reinforcements made the odds impossible to the Corse, which had to pull a safe distance. With 2 JM, the Salvager, and an Outcast transport now in weapon range, I made a run to Nansei Research Station, which was just some km away. The JM wanted to "make an example" of their "domination of Kyushu space", but the Research Station defenses provided me with enough time to anchor to the docking bays, away from the ferocious enemies.

Konnichiwa fellow companions of the Association. Some works on behalf of the Association have been performed these past weeks.
On the 18th of this month I took my longtime partner Kani-maru to assist in some supply runs to the Samura lads in the remote Nagano. As I was ending that service, I got a call from some boys of the Unione Corse that there were Outcasts in the Tau systems close to Kusari borders. That isn't particularly new, given that they still hold their hideout in the sector, but I departed from the Samura, and went to assist them.
What I found was an Outcast Gunship, |+|-BlackBird , flanked by some lowlifes, facing a group of Unione Corse. The Corse wanted to handle the Outcast easily, but the other criminals decided to butt in without ceremony. I entered the fray on the side of the Corse, who faced an extra bomber, and another gunboat. The engagement didn't go so well, we lost one of the Corse gunboats first, and we followed with the downing of the pirate gunboat. My Raba was put out of action, and the remaining Corse managed to finish the Outcast and scare off the bomber.
Just goes to show that the Raba can do wonders, but it's not best match against the offensive oriented gunboats.
-------------
More recently I took flight to New Berlin, taking with me a load of one of Samura'sPlatinum Ore containers from Itabashi. Arrived at New Berlin safely and without much to talk about. The cargo sold well.
I choose the best Rheinbeer I could get at the marketplace, and headed to Planet Holstein, in the Frankfurt System. I delivered the Rehinbeer to some of our contacts in the local stores, and turned the ship to the Bodensee Outpost, ran by the ALG.
I picked up a large supply of Premium Scrap, as the young men from Samura told me they were giving out some new prices for the selected sort to be Delivered at Yokohama. I'm sure Ijima won't mind I took some of the ALG stock to our guys at Yokohama instead of the Corsairs, but he will have plenty of the Scrap to keep himself busy ferrying cargo to and from Crete and Tripoli.
-------------
Later on, I've met with [HA]-$|Lady.Black , and we visited this small depot in the Tau-29 system. It had a small supply of Raw Hydrocarbons bought from the nearby Kishiro or Samura operations, and some Gallic wine. I stocked up the rest with Samura HydroGro, and went on to Liberty to make a profit with them, while Lady Black remained in Kusari.
In the return I brought some Industrial Materials from Trenton, to be used in Planet Junyo Development by Samura. This reminds me that I have to contact them about how is that progressing. I hope they aren't just building skyscrapers in the new reclaimed land zones.
That is all from me, tune in sometime soon. *he raises a cup of tea*

Konbanwa Associates, its the [color=#00FF00] Fisherman here.Past week we have been ramping up production and deliveries again, hopefully in enough quantities for us to land some new contracts.
On my way to the Tau systems one day, I've stumbled upon a small depot in the nebula of Kyushu. As it was called "Samura Depot"I've contacted Samura Industries for more information, which they denied having. Soon enough, authorities were informed, and a few days later the depot was gone, it's owner never found.
------
On a trip to sell some discounted minerals from the Tau systems to Munich in Rhienland, I spotted this gunboat vessel called Commanda (1)(2), engaged to Rheinland forces. As I was in no mood to be caught in his troubles, and there was no officers or police agents around, I just passed by and moved on. Be careful around him if you spot him in Frankfurt.
On my return to Kusari, I picked up some new delicacies from the Rheinlanders. Unfortunately, rumor says they are most sought after by the silly bretonian terraformers, so I sold them elsewhere.
-------
A few days ago, I managed to meet Taigo Arai-kun and Shino Kato, and head to the Tau systems again for a visit to Shinkaku and the nearby Exiled Forces, as they have been acting up again. In the process however, we met a Junker Marauder1, and he started alerting other Junkers to our presence. Arai and Kato managed to distract the enemy gunboat for my transport to escape back to Shinkaku.
However, Associates and Junkers got involved in a fight, and our underpowered forces suffered quite a few losses, including a gunboat on the region of Java.
The Junker problem in the Tau systems and Kyushu has become one of our major problems, and I believe we need to start looking for solutions to this problem. I have reestablished contact with the Gaians, and hope to bring the subject to the Corsairs soon enough.
Meanwhile, Kato managed to contact the Exiled Forces, and present to them our situation. The Exiles expressed their favor to us, and the Takarabune was contacted to deliver supplies to them.
-------
Later on, we went on a survey of the Oita system, as there were reports of changes, and some new passages into and out of Kusari. For the purpose of identifying and securing these routes for the Hogosha, me and the others, accompanied by Lady Black, went on the system.
After visiting Osumi and Wall Street Stations, we went to the zones where rumors placed the new jump anomalies. We found out a new link to Galileo (1), and that it's being used frequently by the Golden Chrysanthemums. I have asked the lads to step up patrols in this area.
Another anomaly that we found was weirder (1), as it didn't identify the destination. Arai-kun recklessly entered the jump hole (1)(2), and was thrown back out a few seconds later. Quite strange, this "looped" jumphole. I think I'll contact some specialists for this matter.
------
A couple of deliveries to the Gaians (1) were made, and on my way back in Kusari I met a Lane Hacker by the name Yoshida-san. He mentioned the name of Daichi Matsumada, which I've heard is a recent Associate who has been making a name for himself. Yoshida asked me to send hos greetings to Matsumada-san, to which I complied.
-----
A few hours ago, I found Lady Black doing her office work at Roppongi, as it is usual of her. This time she had a guest, a girl called Myako.Arashi , which Lady was interested in hiring for her business. Perhaps she will become an Associate in due time, specially if her skills in gathering information are legitimate. Arashi-san seemed interested in aquiring some guns, as there were issues with her family that needed to be settled. I will consult with Lady Black later on about that matter.
That is all. Now, time for some yakisoba with some grilled fish on the side.
A blessed day to you all, with the bounty of the Fortunes.
The Fisherman.

Konbanwa Associates, its the Fisherman here. As usual, there has been a great deal of work done, and today I come to ask you to help us with some of it.
One of our clients has requested some materials moved to Frankfurt, namely some high tech components. Our fleet alone will take some time to handle, so I'm willing to speed up the operation by hiring some trusted folks of the Hogosha for this part.
You are to take the following materials:
- 8000 Quantum multiplexors
- 5000 Quantum arrays
To Mainz Storage Facility, in the Frankfurt system. Our sales agent is awaiting any HA vessel with the cargo. Print a delivery notice to me and pass me your name and bank account, otherwise it's meaningless.
For this work we will throw 2 Million credits per each set of a 1000 units, for both commodities.
An extra 3 Million for each deliveryman who participates, if the work is completed in less than a week.
A blessed day to you all, with the bounty of the Fortunes.

Good evening associates, Hebishima here.
Yesterday I was contacted by some of our long lost friends of the Farmers Alliance, now organized under the banner of the Alliance) . They wanted to head to Omicron Gamma for some commercial trip, and requested our expertise for guiding their most recent transport pilots safely to the Corsair territories.
Talked to an Atsushi Tanaka, which indicated me another pilot would join me in the travel. At about the same time, a member of the Hogosha KKD syndicate, Toshiro, came and volunteered to act as a scout for our travel, with his fast fighter.
A Samura transport pilot heard of my planned trip, and offered to join us as well, as he was about to ship some Kyushu Rice to the Planet Crete, as part of our common dealings with the Corsairs.
Soon, Ichimaru of the Alliance) arrived, and we made our way to the vicinity of Akita Border station, taking measures for our Farmer companion to remain undetected.
We crossed the sigmas into the edge worlds without major troubles, and even stopped for a moment at Kurile to get news from there.
At Omicron Gamma, we marveled at the sights of the Corsair homeworld, and delivered our food stocks in exchange for a large supply of artifacts.
Our scout however, reported a presence of an unknown party on the way back to Theta, something of the likes of the new Core group.
Adverse to the idea of being intercepted with our cargo unprepared, our Samura friend suggested instead of taking the artifacts to the Gaians in Bretonia, which we proceeded to do.
A long trip through the Omega wild lands, with new sights at each jump for my comrades. We caught a bit of a scare when we began skirting the Bretonian territory, mostly because of the involvement of a Samura on our convoy, and the Gaian rumors that there were some patrols combing Cambridge.
We managed to get to Islay in Edinburgh, after passing by Toshvarn in Cambridge, and delivered the artifacts to the Gaians. We decided for a safe bet, and bought Gin from them and departed to New Tokyo straight away.
Arrived in Kusari with no problems, and I was able to sell my stock of Gin, and that of our Alliance) friend, after buying it from him.
I bid farewell to all of my road comrades, and headed to Kabukicho for some rest.
Another Grand Tour completed.
