It's being caused by William Wallace turning in his grave.
Scotland voted 'no' to succession (?!)
And Tim Finnegan is still the heir of a captive Clan, which explains Inverness still being part of Bretonia.
Dammit, and I was looking forward to booting the BAF out of there!

I believe real world politics are a big no-no to these forums, even in a flood. I would ask mods or admins about removing it.

As a sidenote, it is good that Scotland voted against secession. They wouldn't survive economically and it would take months, if not years, to join EU, all trade unions, to sign up all these pacts, etc. They would eventually end up rejoining UK. This is not Silesia in Poland, which would have a big chance, with all its industry, in surviving by itself (but they won't do it). And those are not the times, where Scotland strived for independence. Sorry buddy, I believe Scots already (somekind) integrated with multi-national United Kingdom. Even if not, Scotland is too dependant on UK and secession would do more harm than help.

i do. it could have been an interesting experiment - more local government with a strong connection to the EU. If it could work, it could be a model for future European governance. It's interesting how Scotland, Catalonia and the Basque Country are more positive towards the European Union than Spain and UK is as a whole, it might just have worked for them.

Foreign viewers who don't actually understand anything about the referendum and just yelp "SCOTLAND DESERVES FREEDOM" without taking anything into consideration.

Is no one else impressed that not a single bullet needed to be fired during this whole thing, yet a civil war would happen at the mere thought of independence in other nations. Democracy is at work, yay

Correct. And when you know it's a big no-no, it's probably a bad idea to post about it anyway.
