"Today was eventful, to say the least. After I got out on patrol with several other Order pilots, we headed into Omicron Unknown to scout the area. A blood dragon had entered the system, and ignored our warnings to leave. We engaged the nomad as he tried to jump into omicron minor, and followed him through. After several jumps back and forth between Minor and Unknown, the vessel proceeded towards the Tohoku jump hole in Unknown, and we let him go. Generally we dont have issues with the dragons, but we cant tolerate them in our space, or risk them being infected due to careless activity in nomad occupied territory."
"Shortly after the dragon was dealt with, a nomad invaded my mind... quite an unsettling experience. It was apparently angry about us being in it's "space", while we were patrolling Omicron Unknown. After joining up with a member of the Agnus Dei religious cult, we started scouring the system for the nomad. Before finding him, we encountered two bounty hunter Destroyers in the system; luckily they were not interested in an engagement and left towards Omicron Delta. If they had engaged, we would have been forced into retreat, as we only had a small number of fighter craft, and no bomber or warship support."
"Shortly after we found the 'nomad' - he was apparently an infected individual, piloting an outcast-built Falcata Bomber. After a chase through Unknown, into omicron delta, and back to unknown once again, we were successful in destroying him."
"On our way back to omicron minor, we received report from a freelancer in the system claiming that a Junker Congress ship had travelled through Omicron 100, and was smuggling cardamine to Alaska. We quickly intercepted the smuggler, and after much persuasion of the weapons fire type, he dropped his cargo. He seemed extremely upset that we did nothing to the Freelancer who had also been in omicron 100 without authorization. After the junker reluctantly left omicron minor towards liberty space, we impounded the freelancer's ship on Toledo to arrange for a full computer and scanner check to ensure that no sensitive information from omicron 100 was gathered. I gave him a single warning before his ship was impounded, reminding him that non-Order vessels are not permitted to enter or pass through the omicron 100 system without official order escort and constant surveillance. He seemed cooperative enough, but we'll keep our eyes on him."
"After rearming my ship and scouring omicron 100 for any further intrusions, I received a report from an order pilot in Omicron Minor; in my absence, an outcast destroyer had somehow gained the codes to Toledo's docking systems and had landed planetside. Once again we did not have enough firepower to directly assault his vessel, so I negotiated his exit of the system and warned him to stay out of Order space. However much I hate to let an outcast go free, it was the only choice at the time."

"Another Hectic day of patrols and combat. I talked with a new recruit today, a Liberty pilot who chose to defect to us after witnessing the LSF performing human-nomad experiments aboard the prison stations in Alaska. After 'interviewing' him to ensure that he was telling the truth, I directed him to the recruitment center aboard Toledo. We'll use what information he has to stage an investigation, and if need be an assault, on Alaska's prison stations in the future."
"Shortly after, while patrolling alone in Omicron 100, a Keeper entered my mind, attempting to play it's mind tricks and confuse me. Luckily, high command has been issuing nueral inhibitors to all Officers and other important personnel to prevent such transmissions from overtaking and potentially damaging our brains. I tracked down the nomad through Omicron Delta, Minor, and into Alaska, but it always kept just outside of scanner range. I sent a transmission to Liberty Naval ships in New York, alerting them to the presence of the nomad vessel; as expected, they did not seem to take any interest in the situation, and I was forced to deal with it alone. I met up with an Osiris operating nearby, the Defiance, and we infiltrated the badlands in pursuit of the Keeper. Unfortunately we were not able to keep track of it once it was inside the badlands, due to sensor interference, and we were forced to break off and return home. We resupplied at Ouray base in compliance with our agreement with the Xenos; the dockworkers were surprised to see us, and as usual fascinated by our vessels. Perhaps I'll suggest to command that we ship some of the older Anubis class fighters to help the xenos protect their bases..."
"Back in Omicron Minor, we detected two bounty hunter vessels from scanner platforms in Omicron Delta. We knew they would be flying large warships, and had no bombers to our advantage, but we chose to attack; hoping that the element of surprise would give us enough of an advantage to win. With four Nephthys-Class Fighters, a Talon-Class Fighter, and an Osiris Battleship, we were able to engage and destroy both the Bounty Hunter Battleship and Bounty Hunter Destroyer. We lost two fighters in the engagement, but the pilots both managed to eject in time and were picked up after the battle was over. Despite being outgunned, we won a major victory over the guild; it wont be the last."

"Another day of busy patrols, a bit exhausting but it feels good to be out in the field again and not sitting behind a desk all day long. We had a lot of engagements today; starting off with a Civilian Bomber flown by a freelancer who attacked us without warning in Omicron Minor. Our patrol consisted of four fighters and a bomber, so we had no issues taking the agressor out. It's odd though, why would a freelancer come into our space and attack us without a word? He was also using a curious mix of equipment, ranging from outcast to corsair to GMG weaponry. I wonder who he's been working for..."
"Afterwards we chased a nomad into Omicron 100 from Minor. He tried talking to us and seemed disconnected from the rest of the nomads, but we couldnt risk him entering 100. After that, I was called back to Minor where another of our patrols witnessed an Outcast entering Toledo's atmosphere without authorization. We soon tracked him down as he left the planet, and destroyed his ship. Another odd encounter, this outcast was flying an LSF raven claw, and was using rheinland and bounty hunter weapons. I'm not sure what to think of these unexplained intrusions into our space, but we need to reinforce all of our patrols in Minor and 100 for the meantime, we cant afford security breaches right now, not with our new warships being so close to completion; if any of them were to be sabotaged or stolen, it would cripple The Order's efforts in the Omicron systems."
"Upon returning to 100 to investigate reports of unidentified ships in the area, we caught an Armored Transport going by the designation Kefeus entering the system from Minor, somehow he got past our patrols there without them noticing. He sent no response when hailed and warned that he was entering restricted space, and we were forced to engage and destroy his ship. The debris from these intruders is starting to litter 100 beyond my liking. Once more, after dealing with Kefeus we detected an Outcast Sabre in the vicinity of Lisbon station, and immediately engaged his ship. He didnt put up much of a fight, could have been having Cardamine withdrawals so far from Outcast space."
"We also engaged a Keeper in Delta today, who fled to Omicron Iota. One of the Black Squadron pilots flying with us attempted to pursue the keeper into it's home system, despite several warnings and outright orders from myself and others in our patrol group. After we finally pulled him back into Delta, he claimed that he lost control, and that it could have been the Keeper controlling his mind forcibly. While many of our Officers have received nueral inhibitors to combat this telepathic warfare from the Nomads, we dont have enough supplies to give the inhibitors to all pilots, especially those in the lower ranks. I'm going to suggest that we push the inhibitors into production, we need them for all of our pilots. The Keepers, knowing that they are losing a war of force against Humanity, have been resorting to more and more unconventional tactics such as this, and we need to be able to resist their influence if we're to keep fighting them in the field."

"Unfortunately I havent been able to submit a log entry in some time, Command has kept me too busy to even sleep. With the upcoming completion of our new line of ships, I've been taken back off of guard patrol duty and put behind the desk again."
"I'm growing tired of the paperwork, I should be out there in the field with the other pilots, taking out those damned guild core ships that keep breaching Order space. Instead, I get to sit here all day long, listen to comm transmissions for security breaches, and go through report after report after report of construction operations at Evora; it's frustrating to say the least."
"The Admirals assure me that I'll have command again soon, until then I probably wont have much to report on."

"I've been able to monitor Order space from our mobile sensor platforms while working onboard Lisbon. It isnt the same as scouting out with my ship, but I have been able to track a few ships that could be threats to The Order. I'll submit a report to High Command with compiled information soon."
"Other than that... nothing interesting happening. Just more scout reports, more construction logs, more nomad sightings... hopefully they'll get me out into the field again soon, I'm tired of watching the galaxy turn from behind a desk."

"Only a short entry today, I was finally able to get out of lisbon and take a flight around Order space again. I cant stress enough how much I hate doing paperwork and being stuck behind a desk when I've spent my life in the field, at least I got to take some potshots at a few nomad and bounty hunter patrols today. I spent a short while talking to Admiral Malacos about the development of our new warships; with any luck our construction efforts at Evora will be finished soon."
"I'm becoming increasingly concerned with our alliance to the Corsairs. Every time I see them, they seem only concerned with waging petty wars against the rest of humanity, most notably those drugged up outcast scum. We send countless pilots to their deaths in defense of Crete to keep the alliance between us strong, and the Corsairs rarely, if ever, lend their help in dealing with the Nomads; which are becoming increasingly aggressive as of late. We still need to maintain our alliance with the Corsairs for resources and equipment, but it is quite clear to me at this point that they care nothing for our cause. Perhaps we need to initiate a diplomatic conference regarding the corsairs and their part in our treaty."

"Unfortunately I've been neglecting my personal log lately, too distracted by the constant struggle in Order space and dealings with the restructuring of High Command to have any time for sleep, much less voice recordings."
"Today was hectic, to say the least. After receiving a communique from Order pilots in Omicron Minor about Liberty Incursions, I made my way from Lisbon to Toledo and discovered numerous Order vessels attempting to repel an LSF fighter from the system. The LSF fighter had engaged one of our own, but location reports were being disrupted by the asteroid fields around Minor and we were not able to get a lock on the LSF ship until it was too late; he destroyed one of our patrols and made a run for Omicron Delta. Needless to say, I pursued with all haste, I do not take kindly to my fellow pilots being murdered, especially by those gutless LSF dogs - they're almost as bad as the bounty hunters we have to deal with daily out here."
"We pursued the ship to Delta where it used what is presumed to be an experimental cloaking device to dissapear from scanners and sight. Luckily for us, the device - much like our own prototypes - was unable to sustain a cloaking field for more than a few minutes; the LSF fighter soon reappeared and made a run for the nearby ice fields. I went after the LSF at cruise speed, when long range sensor platforms near the Freeport picked up signals from a Keeper in the system. I was not about to let the nomads distract me from bringing this pilot to justice, so I ordered the warships I was flying with to break off and deal with the Keeper. I kept on the LSF fighter's tail until he decided to drop from cruise and engage."
"Unfortunately for me, Nephthys fighters still carry a severe weakness to explosive weaponry, and this LSF fighter was running with four missile launchers. I had to spend too much of my time evading those shots to fire off many of my own, and found myself in a losing battle. Luckily, the ships I had dispatched to deal with the Keeper finished their task quickly, and were able to return to my coordinates in the ice fields to assist in the destruction of the LSF fighter. We recovered it's damaged ship logs, hopefully there's still something of use on them."
"As a final note, construction of our new vessels at Evora is coming along nicely now, work crews have picked up the pace to meet High Command's ever growing quota requirements. Even the scientists are Lisbon have been making quicker breakthroughs in weapons development and ship systems, which we may be able to implement on these new warships as last minute additions before their commissioning. The year is almost over, and current reports suggest that work on the first new-age battlegroup should be finished within the next two months. Hopefully High Command still has me on the list of officers needing vessels to command, this fighter is growing a bit tiresome with more and more of our enemies using warships against us."

"I've been able to schedule ever increasing amounts of time away from my desk duties to get out and fly, though I'm starting to realize just how flimsy our fighters are becoming. It seems that, despite the effort we put into ever-improving technology, our enemies are always a step ahead of us, or simply outnumber us to the point of annihilation."
"Primarily it's the bounty hunter's guild and liberty which are becoming an issue. In the past few days, we've had numerous attacks against us from Liberty, along with multiple LSF scout ships intruding into our space. on top of that, the Guild Core is sending wave after wave of battleships and battlecruisers after us. If those two werent enough, we've noticed extreme increases in Keeper activity within the Omicron systems as of late, and we even have sensor records of the Keeper flagship, the Harbinger, present in Omicron 90. Our enemies seem to have no end to their resources and numbers, while ours dwindle by the day. I can only hope Evora completes construction of our new fleet soon enough to stop these enemies before they overthrow us entirely."
"While I had scheduled a mission into Kusari space to retrieve superconductor samples from a Kishiro station, High Command - and our allies within Kusari - were unable to bring together enough pilots and marines to undertake that mission. I did manage to get into contact with one of our agents in the Hogosha, however; he was able to supply me with a very small sample of superconductor material obtained by the Hogosha when attacking a shipment moving through Kyushu. I sent the sample to our research lab at Lisbon station so they can replicate it for our Hypergate project."
"One last thing to note in my entry tonight, The Order High Command is becoming unstable, there have been political uprisings within the ranks of The Order which are causing our command structure to fall apart. If this situation isnt resolved soon, I'm afraid there wont be an Order left to fight for. After all these years of fighting enemies of immeasurable power, I would hate to see us lose to beaurocratical nonsense that shouldnt be an issue in the first place."

"Well, the standard Sirius year has passed, but this year looks to be as grim as the last. Today while training some new pilots, we encountered two nomad-infected vessels breaching into Omicron Minor, one in a Hessian Cruiser and the other in a Lane Hacker Gunship. We were unable to call in reinforcements from Toledo due to comm interference, and were forced to retreat from the battle. While repairs were made on our ships, I sent a transmission to Omicron Gamma to warn our Corsair allies of the vessels, which were now on their way towards that corner of space. Luckily, several Corsair bombers and warships were able to meet the two infected ships head-on in Omicron Delta with one of our patrols in the area, and the enemies were destroyed."
"Later today, I received word of Keeper contacts within Omicron Delta. We assembled what few ships we had available to investigate, and to our unfortunate surprise the Keepers had sent two of their Battleships, along with a Scorpion Gunboat, numerous Nomad Bombers, and an infected vessel against us. We were vastly outnumbered and outgunned, and were forced once again to retreat after sustaining extreme damage to all of our vessels."
"The Nomads, Wild, and Bounty Hunters are becoming increasingly aggressive against us, and we are simply stretched too thin to defend against their attacks. With any luck, the new warships being constructed at Evora while be ready in time to turn the tides, but I'm not entirely optimistic on the matter. We're losing this war fast, and the rest of humanity will fall quickly after if we arent able to recover our losses and push these aliens back to the borders of our space."
"One last note, I have requisitioned one of our Praetorian Bombers in order to train new pilots. I've found that having an instructor in the back seat to correct mistakes develops a much quicker learning curve in our recruits than trying to fly alongside them in a seperate vessel. If it turns out to truly be more effective, I may recommend future training of our pilots take place in this manner."

"For the most part, we've gotten a break lately. I've spent a great deal of time training new recruits and attempting to keep up with the political upheavals going on inside The Order's ranks, but there havent been too many hostiles we werent able to handle."
"I did have to deal with a bounty hunter attempting to steal technology from our Nomad Jumpgate research site tonight. Oddly enough, he travelled alone and in a bomber, not something we see often. Apparently he was under the illusion that if he came in a smaller vessel, we would be less likely to notice him or pick him up on scanners. Fortunately for us we keep numerous mobile satellites maintained around the asteroid field in Minor."
"I havent received any replies from our Hogosha agents in Kusari yet, though hopefully word will be sent soon as to how their efforts in the Kusari government are progressing. We need to gain the allegiance of Kusari and Rheinland if we are to ever have any chance at cleaning The Order's name of the taint that Liberty has given it. If we can convince even a few officials in these governments that we are not terrorists, that we are fighting for the protection of humanity, then perhaps we can gain public support from the other houses as well."
"I fear that if we are not able to build such support from the houses, we will never be able to stand against the coming storm that the Nomads - or other alien races outside of sirius - throw at us."
