Problem with ID in the game

I'm using Freelancer ID with a ship capacity 4700. It warned me that I need a proper ID, just not know how to get.
Today when I logged appeared this notice. What do I do? I lose rank, nature and money?

Spoke to use the Interspace Commerce ID, but I could not buy / equip.

You can't use 4700 cargo with freelancer ID it's against rules
check your ship name here
