When ever I am in a menu, I get weird flying text. I've tried different resolutions and I can't seem to fix it. I found some solutions for .86 but nothing for .88. Does anyone have any solutions?

Do you use an old-ish computer, possibly a laptop, with integrated intel graphics? If so, it might be a driver issue, and you need to roll back to an older version. There is a thread regarding that somewhere here on the forum. Otherwise I got no clue.

You are spot on. I'm using my backup backup computer and it's like from 08 or something. It maybe possible that it's a driver issue although I've never played the game on this laptop before.

What is the name of your adapter?

There is a thread here for intel gma 3150:

http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=55269

and intel gma 945:

http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=94079

Try installing the latest drivers from the windows website, and if that doesn't work try rolling back to an older version (that driver from may 2010 in the link in one of the threads is sure to work with 3150).
