Also Speaking about Security protocols, i have report from our gunboat patroll about 1 Bretonian Battleship "HMS-Iron.Duke" shooting Freeport 1 with Heavy Mortars and he was pleased about doing that near our patrol. As our gunboat have limited firepower against Bretonian battleship he couldn't engage. Plus to that there was Bretonian Cruiser "Armored.Tank" who did nothing to prevent this hostile act.

Mr Stivenson,
On behalf of the Exploration and Security division of Bowex, I would like to say that we are very pleased by your choice to deny Gallics from docking on your base. However, I must warn you that if such a thing was to occur again, Bowex would have no reason not to report your station to the BAF and brand you traitors to the Crown.
That aside, I would like to present you with our new terms for the contract. Borderworld Exports will continue shipping to you but only if you satisfy a few terms. Firstly, we want to know exactly what experimental module you would be building. Secondly we would like to know who are you building it for. By this we mean their allegiance, ship type, identification papers and the lot.
If we were to find that the experimental device in the hands of your client would be a potential security concern, we would reserve the right to deny the shipment. I am certain you understand that after what happened, we need to be very cautious so as not to indirectly benefit the enemies of the crown in any way.
Provided you find these terms acceptable, you may start sending us the list of materials you need along with the aforementioned ship details.
We made Gallic ships hostile to base because they violated COF law. No capital ships, but zoners can dock on our bases. And because Omega 3 is not best plase for Gallia.
And about telling you about our customers... 50% of our customers prefer some confidential work... So we cant name their ships and their IFF/ID because we don't know them ourselves. We knowing that only when they come for their order. We can tell you only about our officiall orders.

Mr Stivenson,
We find it rather disturbing you think your station is in any way extending the laws of the Council of Freeports. Sah, your research station is there by the graces of the Bretonian Crown and it is there to obey her laws, rather than the rules set by Zoners for their Freeports. Otherwise your responses might be read as an invasion of Bretonian territory and as I am sure you understand, this would cause the Crown to be rather cross at your facility.
Furthermore, your repeated infractions do not look good at all. You were caught providing shelter for a Garlic Battleship, and now you seek anonymity for your customers? It is our belief you have been given enough time to explain yourself. If you prefer to sell experimental devices to anonymous buyers you will be doing such without Borderworld Exports transports being risked. Consider this confirmation that our contract is to remain VOID.
I'm sorry about my last message. I wrote it from my opinion only without discussing it with our Management Committee. They still discussing about message that you wrote before and will make decision soon.
I am sorry again for making this desision by my own. I untedstand now that i can't do that alone without asking our Management Committee.
Our Management Committee made their desision after long discussion of all problems that we had during all time of our work. Desision is:
"We want to keep trading agreement with Bowex) corporation and to avoid all other misunderstanding situations we are closing free docking access on Palmer Research Station. Also we are closing all docking permition to ships who already had VIP access. From now we will place "Tag" on our transports and Escort ships, but our mothership. From now on only BAF, BIS, BPA, Bowex and our groups will have docking access on our base. We also doing that to prevent any sabotage from pirates or other groups as we are working with dangerous technology."
And now about ships for who we will make all type of modules:
We can't tell you names of ships as most of our customers really want to work Confidential. We can give you only Ship types and their ID/IFF and as we are looking forward to work with houses we not going to make modules for pirate, revolutionary or terrorist groups.
If you see this accesseble then we can make new contract.
Jack Stivenson out.

Mr Stivenson,
Borderworld Exports is delighted to see that you have decided to take this particular course of action. Our contract may continue on the terms you agreed upon with Mr. Andrew Peterson, with an additional clause that we have already discussed. Simply, whenever you request a shipment from our corporation, you are to use following format:
You may use this transmission link for each new delivery, or you may create a new one which will be used to track all further shipments.
We have to note that if any further incidents were to occur, we would have to terminate our contract with your organization and subsequently declare it hostile. Bowex trusts that we will not have any reason to take such an unfortunate course of action.
Yours in service to the Realm
