I guy asked to ask you about 1 thing. He's playing with somekind of cisco that have it's own VPN that changes IP adress. He needs it for work and that IP is banned now. He made direct connection to internet with his IP and he could log in, so Cisco really changed his IP.
His question to admins is: Can he use Cisco connection without geting banned by IP?
is his ip banned by our servers or at his work place they banned our server?
you'll have to give more details for admins, such as the characters names but not his ip(admins can find that themself)
People want to believe that God has a plan for them.
They don't wanna believe that anyone else does..

That guy left serber already. And just asked me to ask this. He was banned by IP by server admins. He say that from his side noone banned him from server IP.
Anyway this is just a question.

If he's been banned from the server, anything that changes his IP to allow him to play again is considered ban evasion. For everyone else, software that uses a dynamic IP is fine - some ISPs provide dynamic IP ranges by default after all.
