Good morning, Directors. It's been awhile since we last spoke but no news is good news, and from the traffic we've seen around Iridescencia I trust the Aruba has already paid itself off despite the Gaian shakeup we had when moving it here.

As you're aware we intend to construct a docking ring in orbit of Guadalajara. I'm fairly confident in saying that such a development will be mutually beneficial, which is why we're asking for your help. We're currently working on acquiring the necessary resources for the ring's construction from ALG, but we lack the construction capabilities to actually put one together. The Legion builds warships and the Commonwealth builds homes. Neither party is particularly skilled in large scale space infrastructure.

This is where you come in. We would like OSC to be host to a meeting between DSE and the Commonwealth. We expect that having a mutual friend involved will help us break the ice and hopefully help move DSE away from Republic exclusivity. There are, of course, other routes we could pursue for construction contractors, but we would like a safe, well maintained, and Libertonian built docking ring. This makes them the first and best choice for the project.

If you're in agreement, get them on the horn and hammer out a time and a place to meet. I'd suggest Inverness for the sake of security, as it is off the beaten path and far from the Republic's prying eyes. We expect the first shipments of materials from ALG within the week, so we hope to hear back from you - and DSE - as soon as possible.

In solidarity,

Elton McKenna, Secretary of Foreign Affairs.

Good day Mr McKenna,

It is indeed too long since we've had contact but as you say no news is good news.
The Aruba on the otherhand has thoroughly exceeded my expectations, it would seem the comonwealth has a greater pull then we initially estimated and scarcely more than the Aruba can handle. If these levels of demand continue I believe we may have cause to expand operations, but that's jumping the gun.

We would be delighted to act as an intermediate on your behalf, though we may experience some...difficulties coming to an agreement with DSE as they may be reluctant to open dealings with anyone the Liberty Government deems unfavourable. Naturally we will endeavour to bring them to the table and hopefully hammer out a deal.

Yours,
Henry Pines

Greetings Mr McKenna,

It would seem your invitation was well received by DSE who have agreed to the meeting, a time and day has not yet been decided upon however the location appears to be favourable.
I will begin preperations at once.

Yours,
Henry Pines

Greetings Mr McKenna,

It would seem the representative from DSE, Director Teshurr, is available today at 16:00 hours. I trust this is suitable for yourself Mr McKenna?

Yours,
Henry Pines

In spite of the short notice, I graciously accept on behalf of the Commonwealth. The Legion has chosen the remote Planet Elgin as the meeting location, far away from any hostile elements in the system. Expect a small escort of two to three Legion craft. I'll be there personally on board the Amerigo One.

In solidarity,

Elton McKenna, Secretary of Foreign Affairs.
