Some time has passed since our last contact, as well as any encounters and joint actions. Last time we talked about the appearance of new dangerous equipment designed for warfare, most likely with origin in external terrorist organization the Order.
I would like to resume the cooperation between our organizations, in matters that pertain the security of Kusari and Rheinland, and the improvement of the efficiency of our missions.
Some time ago our agent Wyvern travelled to Rheinland and contacted directly some of the BDM agents, and was allowed to observe some of the activities of the agency in terms of counter-terrorism and space based operations. We believe an regular program that would allow agents from both sides to acquire said experience with their counterparts would be most interesting to employ.
In addition, the KNI would be glad to provide to BDM agents some of our knowledge regarding our Human Intelligence gathering techniques and counter-intelligence efforts.
Similar efforts in terms of non-classified research and scientific development could be produced by joint efforts in Naval Forces installations, or in equivalent Rheinland facilities.
As a last topic of this message, the current efforts regarding survey and vigilance of the well known Sigma cluster systems, and the newly revealed territories have so far yielded insufficient results. I, and through me the KNI, would like to ask the BDM for solutions for this important matter. So that we may keep the roads between our houses, if not under our control, at least outside the hand of our enemies.
I will await for your response regarding these points, and your intended actions.

Captain Nitta Shoni, Kusari Naval Intelligence
Unfortunately the Director is currently busy and I had this message directed to me. I know about the previous cooperation between our organizations, we all really enjoyed it. Our organizations share some general interests in Sector on which we should proceed together.
About other part of your message, We are really busy here BDM is under going a reformation and we are really busy with our internal problems at the movement. This makes it hard for me to arrange any joint exercise in a short period of time. Surely, we can arrange this later

I think one of your agents has introduced myself to you from a possible field report, I'd imagine that I would of done the same if it was one of my personnel in the same position. I currently lead the matters of Internal affairs, Special operations task force, Research and Development and areas of Public affairs. Its a list but I do manage to get it all done at some point, even with the cuffs of Bundestag budget cuts on us. Its recently come to my attention that quality is over quantity of agents these days and we're trying to retain as much as we can on terms of training, skill and overall effectiveness of every individual we have at our disposal. Its a tough place out in Sirius, and I wish everyone that is under my command gets through it without breaking as much as at least a bone.
We do produce some of the most top quality field agents out there but I wish to see what we can both do to favor each other. We both produce people of top skills and qualities, but i think we can both learn things from eachother to create more effective agents. Maybe I can take a visit at one of your facilities and get a "Hands on" experience through its training program and also share what I teach my people to them. There may be physical injuries and maybe a tough mental course, but that's the risk they take when they join up with such departments. Because making it through makes them tougher to break in the real thing.
I hope you take this offer of Co-operative training into consideration and may we work towards a better friendship.
From,
Kommissaroberrant Geoff Enfield
