Hi there.
My name is Sarah Ryan. Only recently I've been allowed to fly a ship in space, and recently still have I actually talked to people. I've given people headaches with how I've-- um, actually.. that can all wait for a time where I can say it to someone other than myself.
I met one of your pilots, Avery Reeves, who extended an opportunity to fly for your group. If at all possible, I'd like to meet. Any time or date will be up to you, as I really don't have a lot of things tying me down, and Mr. Reeves was clear that I needed to speak with you in order to see things go forward.

Sarah Ryan;
First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Sonja Kerensky. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Sarah.
Avery did make me aware that you were due to send a transmission to me, and I have to say, I have been thinking for some time about how to respond. First of all, I would like to know what it is you want exactly? What are your aims and to whom do your loyalties lie? Furthermore, who are you? Not your name of course, but your record, a curriculum vitae or some-such? Your name has never crossed my desk before, not that I've been sitting at it for an especially long time, but I have no idea who you actually are or what it is you do.
And of course, why do you want to fly with us?
If you're happier to answer these questions in person, I will be around later tonight and tomorrow in Liberty space.

Ms. Kerensky.
I understand that am a complete unknown. From what I myself can understand, I have no real dossier, or profile anymore. All I have is my name, training and what equipment I was left when they put me in (namely some rather outdated body armor and a ballistic sniper rifle). While I can answer the majority of your questions here, I feel doing a sort of interview in person would be far more practical, and might shine a better light on the both of us for the other to see.
However, in the event that that can't happen, I'll be happy to settle with explaining here. In either event, I'm relieved you took the time to respond to my message. I'll try to see you in space, ma'am.

Sarah Ryan;
Unfortunately, it seems like we missed each other this weekend. In fact, I just set my ship down on Los Angeles.
I would be happy to hear your story in space, but I am afraid that I will be busy for most, if not all of the coming week. Please don't mistake my absence for a lack of interest as I am very interested in the answers you would give to my questions. I will try to juggle things about to make time though, because we both know that people make time for what they want to do.
Do you have particular times that you are free, taking into account our evidently different spatial timezones? Failing that, I am also happy to conduct the pseudo-interview here, although I'd like the conditions to be ideal for you.

Ms. Kerensky.
While I've not seen too much optimism or 'friendliness' in my short time flying through Liberty and Bretonia, the amount you've given me has made me ponder a bit. Not of anything that would cause concern to you or your group, but mostly of personal pieces.
I've recently been pulled back to the research facility that I was released from not long ago, so I'm not sure when I'll be released again to fly and meet. Regardless, I'm still interested and will be happy to proceed with answering any questions you may have. Comfortability with my surroundings is something I've been trained to move past, and this doesn't seem much different (albeit with a vast change of scenery).
I'll link my profile that I was supplied with to this reply. This way, you can at least get a feeling of where I've come from and an idea of who I am. It may seem somewhat unusual and confusing, but I'd ask that you just bear with me. My previous Commanding Officer told me I'd likely have to deal with situations like this, so I'm at the least somewhat prepared.

Sarah Ryan;
Its funny, I was about to suggest that we do it here too. I guess I should check my mail more closely next time so I'm not four days late. Either way, it seems doing this here is the most convenient option for both of us. In that case, let me begin.
Having read your file, it seems like you're actually just what we need in the Agency. Unlike some of us who try to hide our pasts, you have none to hide. However, your file doesn't contain much, or any, information on what your "goals" actually are. I would be interested to hear what it is you want to achieve, as well as more detail about the force that drives you to continue on the path of war, such that our path is. In fact, this is what concerns me the most, because being from so far in the past, your loyalties would have been to the Alliance 800 years ago, not Liberty as it is today. Added to that, rather than working together, would I not be your natural enemy, being of Coalition descent?
What I'm trying to get at is, what is it that draws you to us?
Personally, I would also like to know what this poison was too. Cyanide is a very quick killer, and your logs imply that you survived for longer than five minutes before the decision was made to cryogenically preserve you. That's just my curiousity speaking though.
Your skills do not seem in question from the records you provided, but I would also like to ask what your business with the unnamed "Alliance politician" was in your childhood. Being able to stab people in the back, or the front, are great skills to have, but we have to take precautions that it's our enemies and not our allies that befall such a fate.

I know I've more or less been neglecting to reply to this. My apologies for not doing so earlier, but in combination to some tests the docs still had to run, including that bit with the poison, I've been trying to be more social. Making some new friends, and even trying to locate distant relatives. It's taken a bit of my time trying to become somewhat 'normal' again.
I wanted to thank you again for accepting me into your Agency. I may be far outside my time, but at least I know I can find comaradary among people such as yourself. I'll be sure to keep an open eye for anything relevant and to keep my head low when the bullets start flying.
As for some of the questions I never answered, I suppose here is a good place to answer them. The poison, which the docs believe was cyanide based, might have been organic in nature, which might have made it slower. I'm not sure. They only said that it was some miracle I lived long enough to receive the antidote. I'll try to ask when I can.
If there's anything else you need from me, I'm here to answer. Stay safe, ma'am.

Sarah Ryan;
You did seem quiet during our chat in space, almost like squeezing water out of a rock, but I suppose it's understandable given your unique position. For my part, you assuaged some of my concerns but not all. What swayed the decision in your favour was the fact that you have no loyalties except to your past, which is enough to rule out ulterior motives. That is, of course, unless you intend to bring back the glory of the Alliance to the Sirius sector. That's a joke, by the way. But seriously, you better not.
I do hope you prove yourself given time, and discover for yourself the perils of the sector. I suppose the only difference from what I've seen in the historical vids and current events is that there's many more than two sides in perpetual conflict across space. Do remember though, Agency 404 is here for the benefit of Liberty and not anybody or anything else. If you find this at odds with your ideals as you develop your views about Sirius, then that would be understandable but also regrettable. I hope you find a better reason to fight for this house than those you currently have; where you're born is the past, not the present, and what ideals you're loyal to can change before you even know it yourself.
I do have a few more questions though, mostly reiterations of what was asked in space. Firstly, you never really told me how you'd feel about working alongside some of the most dangerous people of this generation. Indeed, it didn't seem like that was on your list of concerns. And about this poison, do you have any details about it, such as its chemical composition? If anything, this substance sounds like it would be handy to have for a variety of purposes, along with the antidote of course.
Finally, if you have a proven history of murder as you hinted at before, does taking life bother you in any way now? You said before that you need a good reason and you might need time to think it over to judge for yourself, and that you decide based on what you think is right. The question here is, exactly what is right and wrong to you? Injustice is for vigilantes, illegality is for the Police and invasions are for the Military. During our chat, you did lean somewhat towards the idea of justice and the ideas of good and evil.
Feel free to take some time to think about the answers to these questions if you need to.
