You are not making it easy for us, Mr. Norovich. A single man cannot run an entire district, as you well know. Neither can he rely on only one other man to provide his wares. As I already explained, in the case of your supplier getting apprehended, you are left with nothing and competition will simply smoke you out. Good, be it this way that your associates are unwilling to do what is necessary for Liberty, but we, too, have ends to uphold. I admit that I may have been a bit... harsh on you, as the dear Deceiver pointed out, but as I stated: I want to protect you from a fallout that you will not be able to handle.
The Deceiver's offer stands. Three people, ten thousand units of Cardamine to Manhattan, ten thousand workers to be integrated into Maltese society. Find your third man slash woman, be they from the FL-ER or not, or we are out, Mr. Norovich.
A bit more of a personal question: Why so interested? Given your background, it strikes me as odd that a man that associates with, allegedly, lawful freelanc traders would like to get involved in the underground of Manhattan. What makes you tick? No need to answer if you don't intend to, though it might work in your favour if you do.
How are you doing, Mr. Norovich. Did you reconsider? I can understand how such a thing is a big undertaking, and so I have seen fit to inform the other Interruptors about it. I am sure one of them might enjoy the extra money, and you the extra pair of hands.
