Today I've been over viewing some of rather minor mining operations that we are running in Dublin.
We've managed to load up several transports from Interspace and some other vessels from people
who are searching for their wealth. We made quite a profit.
However there were a few delays within our operations, one of which a pirate transport, going under
the call sign 'Billy'. Another hostile was a Corsair but he was busy with a Molly for most of the time.
Then there were two rather interesting ships, who were causing some issues across Dublin. In the
picture attached you may see those two ships near the Hood.
Their names being 'ZiZya' and 'SirBennyMiles'
Both acted rude towards the Guild and denied any request to move away from the Hood. As for this 'SirBennyMiles', he even tried to demand some credits from me, but his luck with that was short lived.
But after this he happily ignored any further request to leave the area.
I would like to propose both ships to be denied docking in the near future.
On a final note, I would like to add that miner 'IMG|Obstruction' has shown superiour knowledge
and skill in the mining operations. Which was one of the main factors there were was no ship lost,
neither hurt or damaged. And made the operation end with a decent profit for the Guild.

We really need to do something about the pirates along the Helium-3 supply route to South Shields
Refinery. Just a short time ago I undocked from SSR to see a Molly pirate transport, Hatchet, being under
fire by two GMG freighters, Sori_Yarakhan and Tako_Yarakhan, who claimed he stole the gas from one of
their transports. A few days before I already encountered the Molly sitting near the jump hole to Tau-31 in
Newcastle. I'm sure he was waiting for gas transports to drop in. My try to remove him failed though...Don't
ask. I made it back to SSR in my pod unharmed. I'll not fly out for a patrol while being dead tired again.
Anyway, this time he was running from the Tau-31 jump hole towards SSR while being under by those
miners. My scan clearly showed the Helium-3 in his hold. To avoid any trouble for the IMG I denied him rights to dock, of course, but somehow he still managed to get docking permission...
Also a small Kishiro convoy arrived at SSR with one big Kusarian transport, Kishiro|Abukama, and an
escorted, Kishiro|Atsushi,Yoshii, arrived at SSR delivering Helium-3 as well. Their supplies are very
appreciated.
Another incident happened a week ago: I sighted a pirate transport, Marauder, heading towards the
Roussillon jump hole in Newcastle and followed him to Roussillon. There he started opened fire on me,
guess he didn't realize that such bomber is nothing to be toying with! Well, a few nova torps later his ship
was cleansed from all equip and finally, after a short chase, as he started running, I blew him up near
Scarborough.
So, I hope the guild masters will take action on the docking issue with the Molly.

They're not all that different from antiques. You get them worthless and make them cost more than they are possibly worth. Antiques just don't have to be moved such distances before they obtain their value. That's ore and the stuff I've been supplying our bases with that I'm talking about now.
Time is money, so I'll get to the point. I've been told to report some things.
The reputation: here's the proof that mentioned groups don't hate me: 1, 2. As for Molly guard, there's no way in hell I'm to take my ship to that system of theirs without explicit invitation.
The trade convoy: yeah, there were a few. One, for example: 1, 2
Fueling the Mollies: I took a load of fuel from planet Harris. Not too far and nicely away from curious eyes: purchase, delivery. No tails whatsoever.
Bases, holes and laws: I own a map and have a few good lawyers in my contact list. Still, if you are eager to waste your time arranging a test, you are more than welcome to do so.

Greetings colleagues. As you might have seen, I'm Mara Arin, one of the Guild
applicants, who has been accepted into the Guild for a probation period. I will
not waste your valuable time by chatting about myself, but if you'd like to know
more about me, you can always look at my application in the recruitment
channel.
My reasons for writing here is that I'd like to be given an assignment regarding
my division. In this channel's log, it is stated that I should complete four (4) tasks
before I am officially given a status of IMG member, so if you'd be so kind and
state all four (4) of them, I'd be most grateful! In my application I also wrote that
my field of work is exploring the treacherous waters of the human mind instead
of stars or asteroid belts, meaning that my diplomatic skills would be of most use
in negotiations.
For many, that may be a daunting task, but I have familiarized myself with many
treaties including ones *ahem* with not so lawful factions. I also have an
expansive knowledge of planet Kyushu and may use my contacts there to
strengthen our hold in Taus and Kusari space. The list of IDs and ship names
together with some basic information about their pilot should also come in
handy when I attempt to fulfill my duties towards the Guild.
As of now, I've also completed a number of tasks not relevant to my division to
prove that I'm suited in many fields of the Guild such as participating in a trade
convoy lead by miss Morrow of a transport ship named Falling.Teardrop with
whom I had a pleasent talk. Unfortunately, I didn't get any response from other
ships in the convoy, which lasted about two (2) Sol hours. That must be due to
the fact that their communication systems are not functioning properly, as I've
checked mine and miss Morrow can confirm that all the messages from my
"Kujira" transport were transmitted without any problem. You may want to have
them docked for a few additional hours so that the technicians can perform
the diagnosis and repair if need be.
I also have a remote mining drone with which I assisted in a mining operation,
but have no evidence of doing so as a Lane Hacker uploaded a virus to it and wiped
the databanks clean. Nevertheless, if a time comes where the drone might be of
use, it'll be ready in Tau 23, on Java station.
I'd also like to ask miss Morrow if she got my communication requests
yesterday? If not, it must seem the dense radiation waves are blocking the signal
in Omegas. Too bad I couldn't have joined your convoy miss, it was a great
experience last time. I've learned that I need to update my auto pilot software in
order to dock more efficiently, so now things should be better.
*** I'm anxiously awaiting your response. Arin out.

I would also like to ask some questions about the IMG, now that I am trying to
become a member, first being why does Java lack IMG ship tags? I was unable to
tell it's administrator the code I needed to get it, so my ship is still untagged.
Second being about the lack of activity in this channel. The logs show that this
channel in being used very scarcely which makes me wonder why we have such
an immense database of information when little is being used and discussed
here.
Thirdly being the pilots' names. As I'm unable to ask them due to possible
problems with the communication equipment, I'd like to find a way to know their
names including those in SKYP-3 channel.
Fourthly being about convoy making. It seems convoy are being made and
moved, but that information escapes me and I'm in an unfortunate situation
where I cannot join them because it's making hasn't been announced. The last is
by far most important to me personally, as not being able to join the convoys is
like not piloting the ship at all.

Subject: TAU alert - Gallic Brigand infighting
Guildsmen and women,
It appears that the Gallic Brigands are on the verge of a major internal conflict. I've gotten reports here and there of ships known as the "Legion of the Damned" firing upon or being fired upon by other Brigand ships. This could create a potentially hazardous situation, especially in the upper Tau region where these ships are frequently sighted.
The situation is still developing, and I do not recommend us to get involved. If a fight takes place in proximity to any of our stations, demand the vessels involved to clear the perimiter, but do not engage needlessly. We don't know the intentions of either group towards us at this point, and frankly, they seem more interested in harming eachother. But a situation as unstable as this could escalate quickly, so all pilots, be on guard when traveling to our Niobium mining operations.
Stay safe out there.

You would be receiving a CV now, with a list of all the institutes and
educational facilities I've been thought, but I must state that I'm a special case. I
have been given both primary and secondary education on a ship called Hope
and when I finished with those I was introduced with a wonderful world of
emotions, reactions, reflexes and experiments called psychology.
In this world I learned things about human behavior, how they respond to
stimulus, how to best analyze their mind and how they will react in the future.
Unfortunately, all this couldn't have been applied to anyone as I was alone in my
ship by the time I finished my studying. In the downtime however I also had a
passing interest for sociology and made a quick transition into what could be
called mass psychology. There I learned that humans are known to behave
differently in groups, depending on their size and common interest which was
beneficial when I was finally found and faked my prolonged shock after I was
rescued from my ship. That little experiment yielded some interesting results and
proved my thesis which is that humans would ignore almost anything out of fear
of humiliation which might be caused by accusing a helpless woman of not
having a citizenship or not being able to pay her medical bills.
While I was cared for on Manhattan's hospital, I used that time to learn
something about the laws in these parts. I first studied Kusari laws as I found
their struggle to maintain civil order and recover the Emperor most interesting.
Liberty laws followed soon afterwards and I'm still trying to grasp other
governments' laws as well.
When I was finally released from the hospital I decided to go visit the part of
space with which laws I was most acquainted and that was Kusari. There I found
great interest in the independent factions that were trying to fight for their survival
and began studying all the treaties IMG has made in the past. Between my
learning sessions I was able to lease a ship I today have from the GMG shipyard, fill it
with somewhat capable crew members and begin trading. Trading supplies in
Kusari space made me land on planet Kyushu a lot and there I began making
contacts I have even today.
Later, when I was finally finished with the study of IMGs contracts and treaties I
made an effort to make myself known inside Java base where I often stayed
talking to IMG employees who had lots of advice to share about the Guild in
general. All of that made me think that IMG would be a great place to start
honing my skills as an diplomat and rookie lawyer.
By complete accident I then met miss Morrow, captain of a transport vessel and
leader of the convoy at that time, which kindly asked me if I wanted to join their
group to which I replied yes. In my mind I knew that I should act naturally, but
also to gather as much information as possible to finally try out my knowledge of
sociology. In that convoy however I found little response to my constant inquires
aside from miss Morrow whom I have to thank for inviting me to join the Guild in
the first place.
I hope this gave you an impression of what I studied and what I can accomplished
with such knowledge.

Greetings Miss Arin.
Thank you for applying to the R&D Department of IMG|.
To be quite honest it is so infrequent that we get applicants I was actually surprised to see an application in my inbox. Usually when we have a need for a particular talent we need to scout among our members and/or the scientific community to find the right fit.
As it turns out I am finishing up a research project and was going to prepare a report for the R&D Director, but it appears Dr. Baskin has dissapeared. I greatly fear for her safety, as some of our research touched on some very "discrete" issues.
I am returning very soon from the Omicrons and will take up a more permanent residence on Battleship Hood. It is quiet there I hear, since the Gold in Dublin is growing ever more scarce. I will be looking into the dissapearance of Dr. Baskin, as well as some other very disturbing rumors I have heard in my time here in Omicron Delta. I could use a person with some background in reading people, as it could help me uncover a truth some could want to keep hidden. So in a round about way I am accepting your application to the R&D Department of the Guild. I look forward to working with you in the near future.
I will be departing for the Hood tomorrow. If you could rendezvous with me there it would be great. I will contact the Dublin Director Mr. Henderson and ask him to prepare your quarters and a small office/workspace. You may contact me through my skyp3 messaging service if you need to procure funds for anything. I look forward to meeting you in person.

This is great news, Dr. Lynchpin. I'm very happy to be reading this message in the
very morning and would like to thank you on letting me prove that I fit into your
division. As per lack of applicants, it seems the governments of Sirius are
putting far more money into military, police and private defense contractors to
ensure their dominion, then into education and research which causes a "Brain
Drain". Where these drains are drained is something that escapes me, but my
best guess is they never appear. Young and intelligent people that do appear
however are put into military uniforms rather then educated to be productive
members of the society and scientific community.
I'm very sorry to hear Dr. Baskin is now missing, as I would never thought
someone could be preying on independent researchers. Having in mind that she
handled sensitive materials, I would like to request some more information on
the nature of her research to allow me to more accurately determine where she
might be and help you in your search.
I will depart for Battleship Hood as soon as I make the promised delivery of
niobium ore to the syndicate on planet Denver, Colorado. On my way I'll be
studying Bretonian laws and customs so I can be more prepared for future
encounters.
Once you arrive on Hood, you will find me in my ship studying, but please don't
refrain from contacting me via SKYP3 once you arrive.
I'm looking forward to working with you Dr. Lynchpin.
