Greetings, my name is Mathieu Rousseau, the Warlord of Planet Marne. It has come to my attention you have a proposal for the Free Brigands of Gallia and that you are a black market dealer of sorts. My knowledge and details on that matter are not absolute as I only know what my lesser, who you encountered near Remoulins, has informed me of. If my information is correct you run a small group that has a large slice of the black market trade of Sirius, covering all different fields that may entail.
In this, I see another opportunity. A new supply will grab all of the Brigands attention and should allow us to gain some unification, albeit temporary, among the Brigands. Now, many of us are slimy individuals that will go behind each other's backs in attempts to get more for themselves. I, personally, hate this entire mentality and if I catch any Brigands doing it to me will cut them down to size. I'm uncontested as the most powerful, thanks to my work on Planet Marne, and I must maintain my position. However, I digress.
While the inner workings of the Brigands political system shouldn't concern you, you should be aware of it for these very reasons. Getting down to business, I've been informed that the items discussed at your meeting have been sourced and are ready when you are. If you'd like to suggest a location, I'll arrange to have them, along with the same individual that you met initially, to set up an exchange of pleasantries and merchandise.

It ain't everyday I get to speak with a Warlord, especially one with such a keen eye for business.
What your lesser told you is on the money, more or less. Though our operation is small we are very well connected, reachin' to almost every corner of the sector and the bounty that comes with it. Of course this wealth of merchandise may become available to you, and vice-a-versa should our meetin' go well.
As for the politics of the Brigands, we tend not to ask questions or get involved with the inner goin'-ons of those we work with. It's usually far too complicated for the pay off. Instead we prefer to stay objective and accept only the most lucrative contracts, or work with the most agreeable of partners. I'm sure someone as powerful as yourself understands.
