Hello there.

Recently a Liberty Navy Search and Rescue operation was conducted in the area just south of your installation. On the way back from the operation, one of our pilots took notice of your station, and logged it.

After checking the registered installation database, yours was not found, and is therefore in violation of Section II, subsection I of the Liberty Code of Law. By order of the acting CO, I'm being told that you have exactly twenty-four (24) hours from the time of this transmission to either file for a base license and pay the required funds to the Liberty Government, or to evacuate any and all personnel to a safe location for the station's disassembly.

I will give you a second notification at the twelve (12) hour mark to remind you of your requirement. Word will be sent to Liberty Navy high command about the probable use of heavy vessels, so I'd best get to either typing or packing.

It's been a little over half a day since I sent you your first warning. I wasn't joking when I said what I said, so I'll say it again to try and get my point across more firmly.

You have until 1700 Sirian Mean Time to evacuate your installation and any supplies you deem worthy, or to apply for licensure and pay the allotted funds to the Liberty Government. Battlegroup Mississippi has been alerted, and at 1730 time, the force will be dispatched to remove that station.
