Why does the admin team only contain of 3 members and since months haven't reached an active number above 4 admins at one time?

More admins also increases the possibility of power abuse and with how something's work, extending the time it takes to get things done. (I.e. getting admins to agree on sanctions and their punishments)

That is not really an issue, the agreeing part. If anything, more admins help the place not turn into an echo chamber. It is just that most potential greens do not understand the amount of time and dedication this needs, not to mention the literal inclination that you need to give up on all of your personal projects in order to avoid any sort of accusations of bias later down the line at any point.

No, the issue that is currently going on relates to the thanklessness that is exhibited by the rest of the staff, something that Denis can go in depth about if he wishes.

Denis is the best person i even met in discovery he always help everyone and answer everyone and he always gave his time to support whoever need it. i cant describe how i felt when i saw his name without the green but i will only say it was very *Disappointing*

in my opinion *like it or not agree with me or not get mad at me and take it personal or not i dont care* but Denis without green is a real big loss and very wrong decision

all the thankful would not cover a small part of the efforts he made in the server and in the forum and Denis is not the type of a man who would wait for thanks in return he almost took care of the majority of everything without waiting anything in return

If St.Denis was still green i would have told you message him and he would have answered you right away once he see it but bad luck he is not anymore and whoever decided to take his green is just *SOOO DAMN MISTAKEN*

Why you would insult him for wanting to take a break is beyond me. It's not like we threw him out.

He did an exceptionally good job. A job that we should have probably valued far more than we did. But it's a bit late to realise that now.

Let him enjoy his break and should he decide to return he will be very welcome.

Apart from that we're working on increasing our own numbers. But it really isn't that easy.
