I have been instructed by Director Weber to pass along information about a recent incident between our forces and Auxesia in the Omega systems. As I was not directly involved, I cannot personally provide any information other than what's presented here. Nonetheless, if you have any questions, please direct them to this channel. I will see to it that they are answered promptly and accurately.

Good evening, SIS.

I am reporting about the events of yesterday, regarding a transport of that was acknowledged to have several advances on technology. Said transport was staked to leave Freeport Nine, heading towards Freeport One and the movement called the attention of several entities around. Our contact within Freeport Nine delivered the notice to me and SISTER notified me that a 404 agent was also in the region and that it would be of help, a Christina Robinson.

Auxesia, AI, Nomads, Corsairs, Freelancers, Hessians and Zoners soon swarmed the Freeport Nine, waiting to see said transport leaving the docks. One of the signatures was our asset, Ezrael Vertiga, in the Apahanta that promptly cloaked and without a doubt followed the event from a safe distance.

Hostilities erupted as several Cultist signatures attacked the convoy. As we were busy defending the transport, the AI, Nomads and Auxesia alongside freelancers started to engage the Corsairs. Between all that, even MND arrived to scene to offer its help against the cultist forces. However, all of the major players in capital class vessels decided to engage the heavily armored transport as well fighting their opposite cliques.

Myself, the 404 Agent and the MND intercepted several missile attacks launched at the transport within the Gamma system, and continued to press on. In this, I was threatened and attacked by the Auxesia capital, Eidolon alongside the AI and nomads. Even as I was engaged with the nomad signatures, it kept shooting at me, providing close fire support to said Nomads, as several witnesses can attest and as the logs and images can confirm.

In Omega-41, the MND agent was victim to a nova strike from one of the cultists, leaving myself and Agent Robinson to fend of for ourselves while the transport kept moving on at impulse being engaged by the Auxesia and AI capitals. Finally in Omega-5, we managed to allow the transport to gain some distance as we tied up most of the engaging forces.

Unfortunately, it was too badly damaged in Omega-3 and received severe damage from the Auxesia and AI. Meanwhile, Hessian forces arrived to the site and started to shoot the nomad signatures. However it did not fired upon the Auxesia and AI capitals that were still actively engaging me and completely disregarded their movement towards and into Omega-5, preferring to shoot Agent Robinson within Omega-3, since she was obviously the most dangerous element to Bretonia, Hessians and whatever was in a 100 KM range.

Excuse, sarcasm does not agree to me. As I said, Hessians chose to shoot one fighter vessel over the Auxesia and AI capitals going into Omega-5, even although having capital assets of their own. I ordered the Hessian to desist and he promptly ignored me, keeping on shooting, as if it wanted to press the matter. I ordered the 404 agent to move towards Sprague and decided to engage the Hessian fighter. After gaining its attention, the 404 managed to escape and I retreated back to Sprague where the Hessian was forced to actually think with its brain for once and left the scene, not before spouting nonsense regarding Omega-3.

Final assessment of the whole situation:
- Auxesia and AI are clearly working with or working under the Nomad influence.
- Hessians do not care to uphold the ongoing discussions over the NAP.
- Ezreal Vertiga may have further information, contact is advised.

Report MIDNIGHTRUNNER 8-01-825

An unknown person at Freeport 9 was announcing the Midnight Runner's departure on a sirius-wide frequency. Curious about it, the Apahanta jumped to Omicron Theta, just to find a good amount of people there, already fighting off some Cult of Technology vessels (Roc-class Bombers). At this point, the following ships were present and identified:

- The.Midnight.Runner

Additional to that, an amount of up to a dozen Roc-class Bombers of the Cultists were present aswell. As soon as the Midnight Runner began to move, more signatures joined over the course of the transition. This includes nomad signatures. The Midnight Runner moved from Omicron Theta to Omicron Gamma, the Corsair home system and unfortunately, the bottleneck of the Omegas to the Omicrons. Present forces, at this point, were only fighting off the Cultist bombers, not each other. Don't worry, the fun part you're waiting for is comming soon.

Upon leaving the Malvada Cloud, the Corsair forces grew by another Murmillo and another Legate - with the CNS-Vlad no longer present, I believe it remained in Theta, the Corsairs had two Murmillos and one Legate-class Dreadnought present. When reaching the sun's coronal sphere, where the Midnight Runner made a course adjustment, things escalated and hell brook loose upon the Corsairs when the combined forces of Auxesia, their hirelings, the Amenhotep, the Nomads and the Collective attacked the Corsairs. Before you jump to conclusions, like Miss Boudica did, I'd like to take the facts for now as they are until we reach the analysis part of this report.

The Corsair fleet was disabled, the Amenhotep aswell. From our perspective it was hard to identify which ship it was that actually put the Amenhotep out of action. It looked like the Osiris was in a melee brawl with the CNS Marbella, but AI Harvesters were present aswell. It is possible that the Amenhotep was targeted by them aswell. At the end of the battle, the Auxesians claimed that the SIS asset Boudica assisted their enemies by disrupting the Amenhotep to prevent it from escaping from the battleground. This is not visible on our footage, we can't deny nor confirm it. What can be confirmed is that Auxesia refered to a combat network synchronization with the Collective.

Directly after Auxesia accused Boudica of "killing" one that was on their side, Auxesia declared that the technology on the Midnight Runner will be confiscated. With that, Auxesia and the Collective, possibly the Nomads aswell, opened fire on the Midnight Runner. Auxesia, Collective and Nomads did, matter of factly, not engage each other. Zoner Aquilon and other escorts of the Midnight Runner did not interfere with Auxesia and their allies at this point, neither did they engage the Nomads. From this point on, the Midnight Runner was under constant fire. The Titan-type armor of the ship was nullifying many of the weaker incoming shots, began to buckle after time, though. It headed for Omega-41, which was majorly in its favor with the dense asteroids all over the place.

In Omega-41, the SIS asset Boudica was accused of having disrupted the Eidolon Wraith, which caused Auxesia to open fire on her. In the meantime, the Zoner Aquilon attempted to meatshield the Midnight Runner from AI attacks. The Collective then began to focus the obstacle, using Pulses and Cruiser Mortars on the no-so-clever Zoners. Shortly after them getting disabled, a wave of Cultist bombers jumped in, aiming for the Midnight Runner and her escorts, and anyone else around. The Midnight Runner made a clever call and aimed for one of Omega-41's minefields, which are by now only harmful for anything that doesn't use shields - additional obstacles for capital ships and torpedoes. Whoever Inga Becker was, her ship was disabled by Cultists before we got an opportunity to scan her ship. Possibly someone's intelligence asset. Your asset Boudica surely knows.

The convoy reached Omega-5 and battle was still in progress. Some asshole on the Midnight Runner, for whatever reason, activated the ship's cloak disruptor and we were visible for about two minutes, however we remained in the distance. If anything, we were only seen as a blip on the radars. Hopefully. Right as we managed to cloak again, from this moment on only temporarily, the Corsairs sent in the CNS-Banana, a Murmillo-class warship. The name is not a typo. Just don't question it. It caused a welcomed distraction of the Auxesian-Collective forces, allowing the Midnight Runner to rush for the Hammen Hole. While penetrating the Hammen Hole's minefield barrier, the Red Hessians appeared to defend their turf - supposedly against the Corsairs and Nomads.

The Midnight Runner reached the Hammen Hole in critical condition. Shields disabled, hull integrity down to 40%. Heading straight for the Omega-3 Jump Hole, it was chased by the Collective while a Gaian Claymore piloted by a chick with a voice I heard before showed up in Omega-5.

The Midnight Runner reached Omega-3, followed by the following vessels:

Collective, Nomad and Auxesia continued firing on the Midnight Runner, taking it out of action in the Coombe Asteroid Field, very few K-units away from Douglas Station. They pilfered the cargo and instantly turned around to head back to Omega-5, right when the HMS Rodney and her escorts arrived from Sprague. Under heavy fire, Auxesia and the Collective reached Omega-5. We decided against chasing them as multiple Hessian signatures blocked the Omega-5 jump hole, only to approach Sprague in the following minutes. The HMS Rodney and the HMS Thunderer, together with Battlegroup Gwent, took care of that situation.

Analysis:

The described scenario was a diplomatic disaster for multiple factions. The Midnight Runner did not reach its destination and many questions will remain unanswered for now. Who is operating it? Where do they get all this high tech stuff? How did it attract the Cult of Technology the way it did? Why was it heading for Omega-3? What remains are speculations.

For now, we can try to understand what happened by looking at what we know for fact. For this, I created a list of all involved factions and entities that partook or at least showed up on the battlefield for the duration of the Midnight Runner's transition. You will find a separate file on the Midnight Runner in the attachments.

- [SIS]Boudica - SIS Snub
--- Boudica joined the convoy in Omicron Theta already. The female pilot did her best to trigger Auxesia the entire time, verbally. In Omicron Gamma, she was being accused of having disrupted the CV-Amenhotep, the unknown Osiris-class Warship that seemed to be allied with Auxesia. Did she? The Amenhotep previously beat the Goeben while being under fire of both the Goeben and the Marbella. Certain is, something disrupted the Amenhotep, causing her to remain in range of the Marbella. We were out of visible range, identifying snubs was not possible for us, and the recording does not allow any further insight here either. In minute 18 of the recording you will see the melee brawl between the Marbella and the Amenhotep. The Marbella was hit by cruise disruptors many time. The Amenhotep rarely. In range were multiple ships with the ability to fire cruise disruptors. The Eidolon Wraith, two of the four present harvesters, Nomads, who visibly focused the Marbella (you can see nomadic weaponfire-induced explosions at the Marbella) and the intelligence assets, including Boudica. Looking at the recording, you can see the Amenhotep getting disrupted, and in return, it opened fire at something that cannot be identified on the recording, but it was definitely a snub.

For the duration of the entire scenario, Auxesia, Nomads and Collective did not open fire at each other. They treated each other as ally, with the Eidolon Wraith being synchronized, according to audio logs, with the Collective. We also know, from the audio logs, that the Amenhotep was allied with Auxesia, both confirmed by its male Captain and after it getting disabled, by Auxesia as they accused Boudica of having disrupted the Amenhotep. The Eidolon Wraith was, compared to us, very close to the scene and way more likely to have witnessed the disruption. It is unlikely the disruption was caused by the Collective. It is possible but unlikely that the Nomads disrupted the Amenhotep, as that would have drawn attention to the Nomads, which were ignored by Auxesia and Collective for the entire duration of the scenario. While I won't accuse anyone of having done anything I can't say with 100% certainty, I will say that chances are that Boudica or Christina or the Phantom-2 or Inga Becker have disrupted the Amenhotep. Chances are high for it having been caused by Boudica, assumed because of the following observations:

-> Boudica seemed to have been under enormous pressure caused by the battle. Take it from the audio files, she was obviously not in the best mood.
-> Boudica obviously was criticising Auxesia for, in her words, allying with the Nomads. Repeatedly. She was very provocative and intrusive.
-> Boudica seemed to have disrupted the Eidolon Wraith in Omega-41, which caused Auxesia to return fire.
-> Auxesia accused her of having done it while having been present at the scene in close range. I can't see a reason as to why Auxesia would without a reason accuse people who were not posing a threat in their mission of having done so. Raven is weird, but not dumb. She would not fuck over diplomacy just like that. Hell, she even ignored the Phantom-2.

It's just my opinion, let that be said.

--- Unknown. We never got close enough for a scan. Neither was she interesting enough to cause us to do so, compared with all the other entities present.

- Christina:404 - LSF Snub
--- Some conveniently-timed LSF-affiliated snubcraft that joined at the end of Omicron Theta, welcomed by Boudica. Significantly less sassy than Boudica, yet no idea what the hell she actually did. Take context-clues from the audio logs, if necessary.

- <(o)>Phantom-2 - Order Bastet
--- No idea what this one actually did, but it didn't cause me to cringe, what is unusual for anything Order-related. Didn't look like it was doing more than observing. Maybe it took on the Nomads at some point, but the footage doesn't really show it.

--- A very silent AI Cruiser.

- tC-Kappa - AI Harvester
--- One of the three AI Harvesters that seemed to be of a very similar type.

- God_Particle - Zoner Aquilon
--- Very silent Zoner Aquilon. It attempted to meatshield the Midnight Runner in Omega-41 and then got focused by the Harvesters. The disabled ship drifted away in Omega-41.

- Vagrant.Lesser.Klytia - Nomad Adad, Singularity Cannon
--- Bomber-type Nomad. Different from the K'Hara-type Nomads, assumed to be a Vagrant-type Nomad. No telepathic activity from that one

- A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith - Raven's Stabbin Cabin
--- It's a well-known ship, but for the sake of completition: The Eidolon Wraith is Auxesia's flagship. It is an, by Core's technical standards, outdated Bullhead-class Battlecruiser, still using Core weaponry that is probably just as outdated in mentioned standards. That being said, don't expect Auxesia to not have modified their shit in the meantime. The Eidolon Wraith is not less dangerous than any other battlecruiser out there. I once was on that ship and can say it is a flying fortress. Scanners are not able to penetrate the ship's so called Zeta Section, the part of the ship where the fun is assumed to happen, judging by the security measures that are established to keep prying eyes outside. Raven defected from the Core and took this ship with her. You'd think the Core learned from that at some point.

By now it is no secret that Auxesia's goals have changed significantly. When I met Raven and Hunt, they were helping me because back then I was looking for a solution to end the Nomad threat. Later, when I found out that mankind has no means to achieve that goal as we cannot prevent Nomads from regrowing, and cannot eliminate the non-physical entities that takes control of the grown warforms, they judged me for not fighting the Nomads anymore, and not siding with them to help them achieve their goals. Over time, it has become obvious that their goals have shifted away to new ones. They are now worshipping technology of any kind and pretend to be in charge of technology's distribution. You can take that from the audio logs of the scenario, by the way. Because of that change of objectives, I believe Auxesia not only allied with the Collective to receive more non-human technology, but also allowed a temporary alliance with the Nomads, as seen in the footage. Nomads ignored Auxesia and Collective and vice versa. The goal of Auxesia's side in this operation was the confiscation of technology caches on the Midnight Runner, which, if you look at what actually happened and how Auxesia behaved in this scenario, is the most logical assumption, judging by the facts I have on my plate.

Again, this is my personal perspective and opinion.

- Liquid.Sniper - Snub
--- Freelancer. Hired by Auxesia, called Auxesia "boss", refused to work with the present intelligence assets for the reason of not wanting to betray their employer, Auxesia.

- Scarab|CV-Amenhotep - Unknown Osiris-Class Warship, allied with Auxesia
--- Openly allied with Auxesia. We do not know much about the Amenhotep. It looked a bit unpolished and didn't use the Order-affiliated identifiers, and other than the Order it did treat Auxesia as ally. Was taken out of action by the Corsairs. This outcome was possibly enforced by SIS asset Boudica, which has to be proven though.

- K'Hara|Albina - Nomad Snub
--- A K'Hara-type Nomad. Telepathic activity from this one was minimal but noted. We didn't do a crew-wide Esper value check as nobody complained about headaches or any other symptoms of telepathic contact. This one was last seen in Omega-5.

- RHA-Vlad.Blue.Fire - Red Hessian Snub, unimportant
--- A very silent Red Hessian snub with a cloaking device.

- RHC-Skoll - Red Hessian Cruiser
--- A Red Hessian Cruiser spotted in Omega-5.

- [RHA]SOA-Vikingar - Red Hessian Odin
--- Upon scanning this vessel, the life signs indicated an enormous human body. That one was either extremely fat or extremely muscular. My guess is the latter. This one joined the scenario in Omega-5 at the Hemmen Hole. This one was apparently the person in charge, which really makes me think this one is not a fatty but a buffy.

- [RHA]RHC-Hessen - Red Hessian Cruiser
--- Arrived in Omega-3 when the Midnight Runner was taken out of action.

- Sakura.Miyasaki - Snub
--- Joined the scenario in Omega-5. Pretty sure I heard the name already, and the voice aswell. Pretty noisy but insignificant to the scenario.

- Naiad - Snub
--- Joined the scenario in Omega-5. Piloted by a woman I distantly met in Sigma-21 a few days after the war began, she sat with some other people and some Samura pilot at the Hyono. Didn't contibute to the scenario at all and remained rather silent the entire time.

- GG-W-Raven - Gaian Claymore
--- I swear I heard the voice of that chick before, somewhere. Gaian Claymore gunboat, joined in Omega-3. Didn't contribute to the scenario.

Conclusion:

A very chaotic scenario, and even now I can't really tell what side the Hessians took in this. I assume they did not chase Auxesia and Collective on their way out of Omega-3. They rather enjoyed harassing the Bretonians at Sprague. If I was you, I'd contact Auxesia and request information on how the scenario went from their perspective. Maybe you can find out what they found in the cargo bay of the Midnight Runner. I'd like to know about that aswell, by the way, so if you got any information on that, feel free to shoot it to me.

The Midnight Runner is a known vessel that offers certain things for high amounts of money. We know the vessel used to reside between Hodge and Podge in the Baffin system, those two planet-sized testicles of Eris with the jump hole to Newcastle. Whatever it was that was on that ship, it was guaranteed very valuable and Auxesia surely knew that and because of that took the risks the scenario posed. Their greed for technology is dangerous, as they know they do not have the numbers to be a threat to established groups and factions and houses. In my personal opinion it is important to find out what they got and whether they can use it against anyone. That is what they will do, at some point.

In the meantime, I can only guess whether the people of the Midnight Runner manage to get the ship repaired. It was not destroyed, that is for sure.
