I almost missed your communication, it's probably due to the proximity of the collection field. In any case, will I be able to find out who is sending me this disconcerting message?
On the one hand you want money, and on the other hand you forbid me to collect this porridge of ferrous piles. Don't you see a slight misunderstanding by any chance?
If I may allow myself this small deviation, it seems to me that you are trying to hack into me via a pseudo official communication.
When I built the base, I built it in a system not regulated by any of the houses bordering Bering. On the other hand, the two factions present in Bering were informed, and agreed unreservedly to the construction of this small base.
So again, who are you to ask me anything?
If it is a question of military salvage and its exploitation, I would like to receive an official communication from the two governments mentioned.
So again, who are you speaking for?
the Battlegroup Harmony represents all Liberty Separatist forces. All Liberty Navy wreckage within Bering is our property and may only be sold after it has been sorted on Bristol.
Rheinland's wreckages are property of the Rheinland Military and are stored on Bristol until they are sold or retrieved by the Military.
You may still salvage the civilian, abandoned scrap fields around the old mining depot.
Your base may also continue to operate in the area once we receive the stated tax.
If you wish an official message from the Rheinland government you may approach them yourself.
If your installation holds any military salvage we demand you hand it over to Bristol. You'll be paid per cargo unit.

for now, i'm thinking about your annoying communication, in fact i built the base in bering to be quiet and free.
i can understand your position as liberty separatist, but you act as the libgov act, i mean you ask me money. Alone we can't, we mine as independant miners (1.5 mining bonus) our iff is zoner and the base is identified Zoner.
i don't want to create any problem, we don't need it!
the base has been built to bring a new home for several families, not to be in trouble. we can cease our mining operation, we will make money elswhere to pay the freeport for our supplying.
As i already said, we mine at 1.5 so very slowly, the mining is more for us a *plus* to pay all the base need, than a job.
maybe, it's the base activity who has created your unexpected reaction, but our base has been used by miners to sell, and by some traders who have sold in bristol for a better price! as i heard your price is more interesting than ours.
as you probably know, sirius is full of little fox ready to make money easily! it's a good thing
