It's been a while. I don't know if the nebulous plans you've been so tight-lipped about have born fruit, but we grow tired of waiting. We've held up our end of the bargain and ensured the enactment of the indefinite truce with the RUR. In returning Wuppertal to our administrative control, you can make a firm step towards permanent reconciliation with democratic Rheinland.
I urge you to act, we have been very patient, and have acted diplomatically as a party in favor of the Hessian movement within the RUR. You don't have a lot of friends on our side of the fence, so I suggest you don't waste them.

ALG Waste Disposal
My name is Helmut Weinstein, I am the director of ALG's Corporate Security Division, commonly known as Division V.
You have undoubtedly heard the broadcast our Security Division sent to Wuppertal by now. Director Richter is not known for subtlety, and I think the broader implications must be clear to you, assuming your strategists are at least marginally more competent than your diplomats.
In the unlikely case that they are not, however, allow me to directly address the situation: Security Division would not be so bold as to send Gamma squadron back to Wuppertal on explicit orders to retake the facility if they did not have backing from the reunified Rheinland state.
The unity government will consider it one of their highest priorities to clear the traffic route to Gallia, and thus the point of conflict is made clear.
Since your movement failed to reach a satisfactory accord with us, the only party with any political say in the Rheinland government with even tolerable relations towards you, you cannot expect any sympathy in the unified state, and with no more outside conflicts and built-up fleets ready for an extended civil war which ended rather abruptly, you must understand that your Cologne position will be untenable.
As difficult as you have insisted on making this for us, there is still residual sympathy among the board for the Hessian movement. The ceasefire we once signed in the wake of the Aland attack has, to my knowledge, never been broken by either side, and we will continue to adhere to it.
What will not continue however is the fruitless attempt to engage in diplomacy with the Red Hessian Army, an attempt for which we must be considered fools to even have considered. Perhaps it is your own self-destructive tendencies that ruined any attempt at negotiating the common cause, or perhaps it is simply naiveté on our part to assume you would be capable of diplomacy in the first place. Whatever the case, we can well and truly close the book on that unproductive chapter of our history.
For the sake of previous cooperation, and for the sake of the Bundschuh, our common friends, we will give you the following instructions:
Withdraw any important assets from Cologne, they will simply be casualties. Make contact with the populace you have brought to Saarbrücken, and encourage them to integrate into frontier society, or what passes for it. Our main installation planetside, Furthafen Depot, could offer fake visas and settler grants to those of your population who wish to live a simple, harsh life in the vast new world of the planet - a situation likely preferable for many to the cold, harsh life of an asteroid base.
This may not matter to much of the planetside population; after all, even top administrative roles on the surface are an occupation in a truly wild environment, and our company does not seek to unnecessarily impede the freedom gained by those of yours who intended to settle - under the condition, of course, that they will not interfere with our own operations, nor those of the IMG.
On the contrary, if any of your people on the surface wish to engage in banditry and chaotic lawlessness at the expense of any Daumann or Kruger operations on the planet, we will be happy to reward them for their efforts.
If, however, anything happens to our own operations that could be linked to Hessian bandits, R&D Division would be most thrilled to test the various chemical warheads they have been developing for the attack on Hammersee.
Regards,
Helmut Weinstein
