We can also offer you an offer of Federalization, if you think you and your employees have more to win by becoming Crayterian Resident.

Federalization raises further questions regarding to our actual political statement with Bretonia, first of all, this is the most important topic for us. Greetings Mr Shepard,

It is true that our nation had suffered through the centuries, both in Crayter and in Sirius, but that made us stronger and pushing us to find our place within the Sirian Sector.

This whole Project represents something that was at the beginning of the Republic, when we were still figuring what government to form when we reached Crayter. One of them was a Federal Republic which then changed into the Republic.

Our Charter is based on that and the Natio Octavarium already signed but rest assured is not affecting you anymore then entering in an alliance, in terms of diplomacy, covered in Chapter 7 of the Charter also by the Chapter 10.

At the same time, Chapter 1, Article 2, states that every member is equal, based on criteria of Citizen and Legal Resident. Upon entering, your security division would be seen as part of the Federal Armed Forces and will be consider Citizenship for any of the pilots, while any none Military personnel will enjoy the title of Legal Resident.

Since our Diplomacy is almost the same, would ease the transition and we can discuss in a shared Council, referred in Chapter 4, called the Federal Council, where the Gateway CEO can be part of it.

The conditions and options detailed in the above mentioned Chapters and Articles meets all expected conditions. I don't see contrariety between the Gateway Shipping Inc.'s economic policy and the federalization. After Gateway Shipping Inc. Executive board have a formal meeting on this matter, I will send you a signed management decision about the Authorization of Federalization.

Following these antecedents I declare: As an authorized member of the executive board & CEO of Gateway Shipping Inc. I would like to accept and sign the Federalization Convention. Accordingly, I'll send the Authorization of Federalization. In the meantime, I look forward to the paragraph for my signature in Your reply.
