Admirals of the Liberty Navy,
I understand this transmission will be flagged the instant it hits your systems, but I feel this needs to be sent regardless.
About 5 hours ago, I received a transmission from one of the Order's reserve fleet officers regarding a Liberty warship in our area of operations. This vessel, L.N.S. Vengeance, recently arrived in our operational space claiming to be in need of help. Under the action of the reserve fleet officer, the ship was disabled and escorted to Order space pending an investigation.
I have no idea how one of your warships managed to make it to the Omicron theatre, and frankly I'm not really concerned with that. At the moment, the CO of the vessel, one Commander Harrison Freeman, has willingly surrendered the ship to our forces, where it will likely be searched for any amount of Nomadic tampering. Once this is done, assuming the Overwatch doesn't impede, I'm going to declare that the ship be returned to Liberty, either under Order escort or your own.
I don't like this idea of foreign vessels finding sanctuary among my own, especially capital-class warships. The less reasons I have the Houses staring down my throat, the better. I'll await a reply, assuming this does't get filtered, as well as the ship's screening results.

Miss Becker,
Excuse my late response on this matter, I had much to do. First of all, thank you for your message regarding this matter. The first question I have is, do you have any information about the Commander leaving Liberty willingly or unwillingly? This would be the most important question to answer because if he did leave Liberty willingly with a Liberty Navy Warship, he is to be declared a traitor of Liberty and immediately taken into custody. If not, he is still to be taken into custody for questioning.
This leads me to my demand. We demand that the ship and its crew are to be returned to Liberty as soon as possible. We can't allow losing ships to blinded Commanders who tricked the psychologic tests like that. CO Harrison Freeman will return to Liberty as well but in a condition that allows him to speak.
Since the ship is in your hands, we can't force you to anything. We need every ship we have to defeat Gallia. You are allowed to search the ship for everything that has nomadic origin. Returning the ship to Liberty would take us one step closer to trust the Order again.
I'm awaiting your answer.

Frau Cleveland,
After a rather lengthy time getting confirmation from the Overwatch, I'm pleased to say that the Order will be finishing up what scans and testing we have to, and then prepare to return the Vengeance to Liberty space. While I've yet to hear any confirmation as to when the Overwatch will be finished with their checks, Commander Freeman and his ship will be coming back to Liberty soon enough.
However, Herr Golanski did request one thing from Liberty in return for the Vengeance. A formal ceasefire or peace treaty between the Republic and the Order as a whole. I expect talks will need to be had, both between our two sides as well as internally within the Republic, but given the eyes and ears the Order as across Sirius, I'm sure there's something gain from here. Hopefully this is a somewhat preferable deal for Liberty.
Details can be discussed at a later time, should Liberty accept this proposition.

Ms Becker,
Such a ceasefire and/or treaty would require the involvement of the Liberty Government. Personally I pity you for having to deal with them on such a matter but I digress, the Orders proposition will be sent along and discussed internally before we will be able to open any formal dialog with the Order representatives if this comes to pass.
I will add a side note however. Liberty is in a time of war, our forces clashing against the Gallics with little more motive than mindless killing like the Nomads. Personally I only see a difference of how many there are and how the war vessels look. Liberty requires every warship to beat back the barbarians at the gates. Rogue warships like this I cannot tolerate. Personally I expected something more along the lines of holding the ship hostage or something, this is a pleasant surprise. However, as I'm sure the Order wouldn't, I can't allow a capital vessel roam around outside of the Navy's jurisdiction. Now I can't speak for the Government but I do hope things come to a positive head. If not however, I will be forced to ensure the vessel in question does not remain in foreign hands, by any means necessary.
