I. Strange activity in Omicron-Xi
II. Logistiks support for AESIR Facility
Abteilung I. During a routine patrol in the eastern section of Omicron-Xi, I spotted a civilian heading inside the North Aegean Nebula. It became quickly obvious to me that his scanners were inferior and hadn't spotted me so I followed him from as far as I could without compromising myself. The nebula was very dense as we clearly ventured too deep into it eventually reaching a massive gas giant planet. One thing to note was that the civilian didn't take a straight path for the planet but his elliptical travel suggests he was trying to avoid something along the way.
A few moments later the ship entered the thick atmosphere and vanished from my scanners. I decided to follow him and brought my ship on the same trajectory path on the planet as he did. This is where I discovered strange structures which appeared to be flowing in the gas giant's atmosphere. The civilian was near the structures as well. I tried to question him but he only told me these were "nomad ruins". He stopped responding in any of my calls afterwards even though I pretended I was there to help him. His ship was carrying mining equipment and quick cargo scans revealed that he was mining artifacts out of these alien structures. Unfortunately due to extremely high levels of radiation, my photographic equipment were severely damaged and only few pictures could be reconstructed. Finally, it is possible that the civilian stopped responding to my hails due to severe exposure to radiation. After taking a few samples, I quickly left the planet and returned to Schwerin without any further incidents.
Abteilung II. As ordered, I returned to AESIR Facility 190 crew members who were granted leave the previous weekend. Furthermore I delivered four thousand crates of Robotic Hardware and eight thousand crates in total with basic supplies (water, oxygen, synth food products).
I also delivered more than sixteen thousand units of Reinforced Alloy for the construction of a cloaking device for my ship. I have recorded these deliveries and are attached below:

RNC-Enfield's.Courage
Guten Tag, Spezialagent Liam Engel reporting, a few of us already know there is someone in Rheinland under the name "Enfield's Courage" who claims to work for our Director, commencing crimes against the people of Rheinland. However, all reports state that said person operates in Stuttgart it didn't take long to find him, unfortunately, he could escape me using a cloaking device. I was quick enough to take visual evidence of the vessel, it uses an illegal callsign "RNC" to falsely lure unknowing civilians into his hold. Today as I began my patrol in Neu Berlin I stumbled across our friend "Enfields Courage" it appears that he changed vessel and Identification, I have no doubt that it is the same person which I have spotted in Stuttgart a few days ago. It is highly suggested that this person is taken under arrest for further "questioning". Believing that there are ties between them both or them being the same person, it seems that there is a Maulwurf either in the Rheinwehr or the MND since there is no other explanation to the changes I was mentioning earlier. I will try to find out more and turn in a few favors from my time in the Rheinwehr. All evidence is attached below.

Battlegroup Harmony Rheinland Law Violations
During a regular patrol in Bering system, I came in contact with a ship supplying a modular station called German Market Place. The captain revealed himself as Hans Walter, the owner of the station. He was suspicious of me at first but I quickly reassured him that as a law-abiding Rheinland citizen he is entitled to all the support we can afford. Then he told me that feels unsafe because he is not allowed by the Battlegroup Harmony to build weapon platforms.
After more convincing and a bit of intimidation on my part he sent me the following transmission with all the evidence. As it can be clearly witnessed by reading these transmissions, Battleground Harmony imposes their own set of laws[1], demands 50 millions SC as protection money every month[2], regulates the construction of these bases[3], all within Rheinland territory[4].
This is not the first case, Harmony has attempted before to impose their own laws on Rheinland stations within Rheinland space as well as extort 50 millions per month from civilians. After some searching in our archives I discovered a previous case. I will quote some of their statements to the Polizei.
(09-27-2018, 02:25 AM)Admiral Linford Wrote: I sincerely apologize for our attitude in handling this situation, and my demand was a criminal one, and should the Polizei see fit to issue a fine, I shall pay it. I do wish to assure you, this type of attitude will not occur again.
(09-29-2018, 05:40 AM)Admiral Linford Wrote: Indeed I do admit that the demand was made unlawfully as the station is within Rheinlands territory of Bering. The demand was followed by initial intelligence reporting the facility had been constructed farther north, and in my haste, had failed to check. Acting on available intelligence and unable to get into the field myself to confirm, I had issued such believing it had fallen into Liberty's section of Bering and thus fall under Libertonian law.
Based on previous testimony, Admiral Linford admits wrongdoing but blames it on the fact that the base was too close to the border with Liberty. Considering in this case the German Market Place is well within Rheinland territory, this constitutes as clear deception on their part and Admiral Linford can be also prosecuted for false testimony[5].
However upon receiving new orders from the Oberkommando, the case will not be prosecuted or forwarded to the Polizei, but will be archived with immediate effect.

UNION COOPERATION WITH THE RHEINLAND MILITARY
The Kusarians attacks on Holstein and Mainz have increased drastically in the last few weeks and I have been responding accordingly when needed. Priority objectives lie with the VENOM II, however a particular incident recently has caught my attention. To say the least, the information here could prove to be a serious embarrassment to the Rheinland Military AND our house. Upon launch near Holstein's orbit (dates and times are specified in the logs below), I immediately noticed several Rheinland Military vessels launching an attack on some GMG vessels outside. However, in the process of engaging the vessels they were comm-linked with, and responding to the commands of a Union fighter vessel. I immediately questioned why, but received no answer. Unsure where my priorities lied I backed off, waiting for either the Union vessel or the GMG vessels to fall. The GMG forces retreated, and upon doing so I proceeded to remove the Unioner vessel personally.
As I moved to attack the Unioner vessel, the Unioner vessel had begun firing upon a civilian pilot nearby. After a short while, the Rheinland Military forces on site began firing on the civilian vessel as well, there was no confirmation if they were answering to the Unioner or not - it appeared to be as such however.
In the process of attacking the Union vessel I was fired upon and commanded to stop by Rheinland Military forces in battle. Acting out of anger, I responded demanding they cease immediately, to which they ignored at first. Eventually, I shot down the Unioner fighter and the Military vessels ceased. I must express the urgency and gravity of the situation at hand however. I will carry out my orders without a second thought, but I will second guess myself if my own allies begin shooting me in combat against known terrorists.

[06.05.2019 19:38:46] BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Maybe they worked together against the Kusarian invaders?
[06.05.2019 19:39:05] BDM|Kms.Kat.Laurenz: They did that as well, that bothers me less then what just happened though.
[06.05.2019 19:39:42] BDM|Agt-V.Landers: That doesn't sound right..

I. Meeting with the Auxesia
II. Gallic dmuggler interdiction
III. Coalition Military buildup in the Omegas
Abteilung I. In Hamburg system, near the jump hole to Thuringia I encountered three Auxesia fighters. Apparently they were supposed to meet Direktor Enfield and thought it would be a good idea to go to Thuringia. Fortunately I intercepted them before they jumped otherwise this meeting would have been much shorter.
The Auxesians brought us a number of good news and some minor but nevertheless concerning developments. Firstly, they said that the Unioners are currently focusing in Kansas system which is very good as that makes them Liberty's problem for the moment. Furthermore, they informed us that Bretonia has declared war on the Battlegroup. Considering that Bretonia was their most powerful ally in the region, I expected we would be discussing this development, however it was barely touched. Bizarrely enough they believe the Gaians have persuaded Bretonia to attack Auxesia. According to them, the Gaians are manufacturing warships and they believe they may attack Rheinland from the Omegas. They failed to provide any evidence to support these extreme claims.
After that we discussed the important matter of cooperation of secondary Marinenachrichtendiensts vessels with the UN|. They had much more material this time which they delivered in a private communication to the Direktor. Then they asked information on Unioner capital assets and the Direktor provided them with as much information as we have currently available. They took interest in the destroyed Unioner Bismarck and we proceeded to the Vierlande area along with the Auxesians. As it was expected, Union patrols started surrounding us so we didn't loiter for long but returned to the safety of Alster. The remaining conversation was idle and sometimes mindless chatter. One thing to note is that I asked them why they are not working with the LSF since they are so keen to destroy the Unioners and they informed us that they are hostile with House Liberty, detailing some of their crimes. The most important parts of the encounter are attached in the report.
Abteilung II. While in a routine patrol I encountered a Gallic trader named Garona|IDF smuggling firearms, which according to him were obtained from The Ring. What was weird was that he was travelling from the Stuttgart Jump Gate to Bonn Station, not the other way around. When he saw me he frantically tried to dock at Brandenburg but that didn't work out. Eventually Borkum arrived and tractored more than four thousand crates of firearms and ammunition. For the Büro, of course.
As for the Gallic trader, since he cooperated I decided to let him go with a formal warning. Here is the entire documentation.
Abteilung III. During a patrol in the valuable Omega-2 mining fields I picked up some faint signals. I decided to investigate and a few minutes later I uncovered a Coalition modular base named Khabarovsk Station, not too far from Leisi Protoplanet. The station is very basic and in a weakened state, even a small force can take it out if the Oberkommando orders its destruction.
Personally I believe that it is vital for Rheinland's interests to not give the Coalition free reign on the rich natural deposits of Omega-2 system. Uploading map location.
BDM|U-101: You're approaching the quarantine zone. BDM|U-101: I don't exactly take too nicely to that. A/)-Revenant: I take it you heard the door bell. -------------------- BDM|U-101: We picked up some activity over there. Doesn't sound good, but a Unioner expansion? Thats a little far reaching. A/)-Leviathan: We received word from a reliable source of a pending strike. A/)-Revenant: Gaians manipulated the Bretonians view, somehow, perhaps they've even got links into the Government. BDM|U-101: Aren't you in... The western quadrent of the Independant ring? A/)-Revenant: regardless, all of these groups are linked to the Corsairs, and that is awful news. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Source? What source? A/)-Atalanta: Classified, sweetie. -------------------- BDM|Agt-V.Landers: That's up to Direktor Enfield to declassify. A/)-Leviathan: Geoff? A/)-Atalanta: I think Geoffy will be good with it. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Please be more respectful to the Direktor of the Buro. A/)-Leviathan: I have nothing but respect for Geoff. That's why I call him by his first name and not Mister Enfield like I used to. A/)-Atalanta: The history of the Buro and Auxesia is better than you think, Landy. BDM|U-101: Sorry, Tac-comms went lively down my ear. Anyway, Information on the Unioners. A/)-Revenant: Naturally, I am not expecting you to come up with an entire database from memory, but we believe it might be fruitful to coordinate surgical strikes in the future. BDM|U-101: We've encountered several ships of notable class. BDM|U-101: One was the... Weird vessel that they somehow stole from an incompetent MND pilot. A/)-Leviathan: Weird how? BDM|U-101: It was like some kind of EW ship, electronic warfare. BDM|U-101: Looked old and rigged up with duct tape n' bad welding. A/)-Leviathan: That Spyglass you mentioned or something else? BDM|U-101: Yes, that's what the scanners said. A/)-Revenant: The Sirene? A/)-Leviathan: It's antiquated regardless. The Spyglass was succeeded by several new iterations of the technology that originally made it special. A/)-Leviathan: Knowing the Unioners, they probably tried to convert it to an Intermix propulsion system and fried fifty percent of their power. BDM|U-101: Anyway apart from that we encountered two cruisers. Hel Classification, I'm sure you'll come across those rust bucket often. A/)-Revenant: It is to be expected that the Unioners utilize Hels, Donaus, Oders. A/)-Leviathan: We've received reports of them making use of Rheinland Battleships. Bayern-class. BDM|U-101: They had a Bayern class, it was totaled in their attempt to take over Veirlande. A/)-Revenant: Walking Planck, for example, is a Donau that has a cloaking system installed upon it. A/)-Revenant: It may be worth quickly investigating. -------------------- BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Ja. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I want to ask why the Auxesians do not approach the LSF. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: They are currently sending their forces in Bering to deal with the Union. A/)-Revenant: Liberty has a disliking for us. A/)-Leviathan: We stole a Dreadnought from the Republic a long time ago and frequently violate their airspace. A/)-Leviathan: That about sums up why the LSF and us don't communicate.

Special cargo delivery
Guten Tag, Spezialagent Liam Engel reporting, today the Besatzung of U-117 had a special task, to protect a certain vessel aus unseren Rängen. We met outside Alster Shipyard and proceeded to our meeting with our contact. Arriving at the Rendevous point we were greeted by Harmony vessels carrying our "cargo". After retrieving our special cargo we made our way into Thuringia cutting the way through New Berlin and arriving at Schatten Experimental Shipyard. After my arrival at Mainz Storage Depot, I received an emergency call from a Rheinwehr Pilot facing two Coalition vessels. The Coalition vessels have been destroyed as Schlachtschiff Freya arrived to support us. All evidence is in the Anhang.

[15.05.2019 16:35:29] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: Danger of alien technology. Especially ones we don't fully understand.
[15.05.2019 16:35:34] H|-Cheryl.Augustine: Just make sure to treat those things... properly.
[15.05.2019 16:35:44] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: But... You are well compensated for this.
[15.05.2019 16:35:47] H|-SNS-Dallas: I guess now I do know what this is... My ship could have blown up!
[15.05.2019 16:35:48] H|-Jade.Linford.: Well, I prefer these are in your hands, lest some engineer blows up half the station.
[15.05.2019 16:36:02] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: More like an entire system.
[15.05.2019 16:36:15] H|-Cheryl.Augustine: That'd be... crucial to us.
[15.05.2019 16:36:32] H|-SNS-Dallas: Oh great... I- will stay quiet now.
[15.05.2019 16:36:51] H|-Jade.Linford.: Relax, captain. You won't explode.
[15.05.2019 16:37:02] H|-Jade.Linford.: Long as you're not poking it with any sharp objects.
[15.05.2019 16:37:02] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: Anyhow, In our current social economy, I'm sure half a billion credits is enough for your cause--
[15.05.2019 16:37:19] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: In turn you allow us to put these things in the deepest, darkest hole we have...
[15.05.2019 16:37:38] H|-SNS-Dallas: I'm ready to hand these over!
[15.05.2019 16:37:42] H|-Cheryl.Augustine: Make sure they won't see the sun's light.
[15.05.2019 16:38:24] H|-Jade.Linford.: Whenever you're ready, Buro.
[15.05.2019 16:38:31] H|-SNS-Dallas: Transfer complete.
[15.05.2019 16:38:44] H|-SNS-Dallas: *sighs heavily*
[15.05.2019 16:38:45] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: Ja... We have them.
[15.05.2019 16:38:54] H|-Jade.Linford.: Good. In better hands.
[15.05.2019 16:38:56] BDM|U-117: Engel: Gut, Erik? I advise taking a different path we came.
[15.05.2019 16:39:15] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: Good call Engel, let's get these back to Der Templeburg.
[15.05.2019 16:39:45] H|-Jade.Linford.: Dallas, Lieutenant. Our job here's done, no need to linger.
[15.05.2019 16:39:49] H|-SNS-Dallas: Ready to depart.
[15.05.2019 16:40:11] H|-Cheryl.Augustine: Aye. Let's get out.
[15.05.2019 16:40:17] BDM|U-117: Engel: It will be better if we go through the Thueringer Wald.
[15.05.2019 16:40:57] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: Ja, set a course.
[15.05.2019 16:41:06] BDM|U-117: Engel: Already locked.
[15.05.2019 16:46:54] BDM|U-117: Engel: So what's behind all this?
[15.05.2019 16:47:05] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: Containment.
[15.05.2019 16:47:11] BDM|U-117: Engel: We didn't acquire those for fun.
[15.05.2019 16:47:52] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: And hopefully no one will ever see them again.
[15.05.2019 16:48:16] BDM|U-117: Engel: I think we both know that there are more of them out there.
[15.05.2019 16:48:41] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: Ja, but... I don't think separatists are the best candidate to keep a hold of these.
[15.05.2019 16:48:53] BDM|U-117: Engel: Not really..
[15.05.2019 16:55:06] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: Home.
[15.05.2019 16:55:20] BDM|Agt-V.Landers: In Bering
[15.05.2019 16:55:22] BDM|U-117: Engel: Ich glaube you're pretty much safe from here.
[15.05.2019 16:55:36] BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs: Erik: I've grown onto this place.

Special cargo delivery
Guten Tag, Spezialagent Liam Engel reporting, today we fought a large group of Unioners. However, it was a very messy situation in Hudson. We had the Liberty Navy, LSF and us shooting on the Unioners. I managed to take down three fighters during that battle. However, after we regrouped at the Hamburg Jump-Gate we decided to go into Bering for a small look at Freeport 2. Arriving at the Freeport we spotted a Bundschuh Aktivist talking to the Auxesians there. However, we didn't bother any further with that sight since the 101 was heavily damaged and we returned to Hamburg for a refuel and repair. After undocking at Altona I decided to begin monitoring the traffic. I was really surprised by what I've seen as I kept loitering around Altona. A Unioners Fafnir Bomber. I followed the vessel into the Nordheide and engaged and took it down, I made sure that they would've never use anything from the Rheinwehr currents technology.

Rheinland Law Violators
I. QC|"La.Dama.Negra"
II. Kolobok
III. Safe.Trader
Abteilung I. During a typical patrol in Bering system, I encountered an extremely well-armored battletransport named QC|"La.Dama.Negra" which flashed an Outcast IFF. It was idling inside the scrap fields and no salvager was nearby. Because of its unexpectedly expensive armor plating, I approached the transport to make a few typical questions but the captain immediately refused any contact. I repeated my request but I was rebuffed again. After that, I tried to apprehend him but he resisted arrest firing back on my ship which resulted in the transport's destruction.
Abteilung II. An hour later while returning from Bering system, I encountered a Freelancer named Kolobok was lloitering around Alster Shipyard. Upon cargo scans I noticed the ship was carrying small quantities of numerous contraband. Equipment scans also revealed a cloaking device was installed. Subsequently I demanded from the ship to dismount the cloak and leave Rheinland space immediately or hand it over to me. He refused and I warned him that I had to use force if he didn't comply. Surprisingly enough the Freelancer welcomed it citing that he is being travelling all around Sirius to find a worthy opponent. He offered me a duel in which the winner would walk out victorious. Obviously I refused his proposal, and in the ensuing fight, I successfully eliminated the enemy fighter.
Abteilung III. While defending Omega-7 from Hessian and Coalition ships, an unaffiliated trader named Safe.Trader came by carrying unregistered firearms and munitions. After a lengthy discussion in which he tried to deny responsibility I demanded from him to drop his cargo. Disobeying direct orders the trader destroyed his cargo instead. I demanded a fine for disobeying direct orders and he again engaged with me in an even lengthier conversation. Strangely enough Adam Gulhen of the [RM] tried to intervene in favor of the trader. That didn't work however and the transport decided to escape justice and avoid arrest by docking to Freistadt Base. In the last phase of this case I was assisted by Spezialagent Engel.

I. Meeting with the GC| Golden Chrysanthemums
II. Meeting with the GC- Gen'an Chrysanthemums
Abteilung I. After successfully bypassing the front lines in Honshu, I moved deeper into Kusari territory and to the lightly guarded Hokkaido system. Using a ping system, I drew the attention of an official GC representative who set out to meet me, Agent Chanai. It was a lengthy conversation and from the first moment they seemed concerned with another group within the Sisterhood, the Gen'an Chrysanthemums. After a while, Direktor Enfield also joined this meeting. ●
BDM|Agt-V.Landers: *ping* GC|Y~Amaririsu: Who's that bored to ping people.. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: *ping location... C7 Sector* BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Guten Tag. I am not here to harm you. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I figured as much. I am aware of the recent.. pings. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I wanted to approach your movement for some time now. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Wasn't sure what would have been the *right* way to do that. GC|Y~Amaririsu: This is fine, got used to strange approaches. Hokkaido was a good choice to try and find us. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Firstly, I want to inquire GC's disposition towards our Agency. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Himitsu ejento "Chanai". Part of a small little agency, lucky find. Then again -she- briefed me about the pings. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Are we supposed to be "enemies"? GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Buro decided to move off the front. Unlike the Rheinwehr you do not threat our own interests in Honshu. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Additionally, I was made aware of a certain "knowing each other quite well" between your Direktor and a certain Sister. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I would not call the Buro an enemy of us right now. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Gut, gut. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I am Agent Viktoria Landers, of the BDM. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: The Direktor has asked me to convey his greetings to "Red". GC|Y~Amaririsu: She's unavailable, but I suppose he expected this. She will receive her greetings. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: As for your statement that is correct. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: BDM has largely withdrawn from the front. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Supporting the incursion into Honshu is not part of our mission. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Alright. Good to get another clear statement on this. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We want to avoid any unnecessary complications BDM|Agt-V.Landers: So we want to inquire what is the GC doing in the Omegas. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Nani? BDM|Agt-V.Landers: More specifically ships bearing the GC- tag were spotted but they were not intercepted or interacted with. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Gen'an Cell. A new sub-cell which formed a good two months ago. They caused more issues than good so far. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Perhaps you have a good reason to be there. And the reason is not to support the Hessians, for example. GC|Y~Amaririsu: We do not wander into Omegas, they are very far out of our reach. GC|Y~Amaririsu: It's weird to hear about this, but I can guess a reason. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Oh, so you don't know what your fellow cell is up to? BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Interesting. GC|Y~Amaririsu: They've been troubling the Blood Dragons over.. their choice of a logistical partner. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Said logistical partner operates in the Omegas too. GC|Y~Amaririsu: No, we do not. They try to keep themselves as far away from our commanding body as they can. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: And I suppose that partner is the Hessians? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Even worse. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: It can't be the Corsairs. You are enemies with them. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We won't mind if it's the IMG or Zoners either. GC|Y~Amaririsu: It's sensitive data, but it aren't the Hessians nor the Corsairs they deal with. This sub-cell almost managed to create hostilities between us and the Blood Dragons over a mere logistical partner, while unliked here they overexaggerated and risked things. GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Gen'an individuals, in my opinion, are acting not on our behalf. GC|Y~Amaririsu: And I shall investigate why they went into the Omegas. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Perhaps you can tell us who this partner is? BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We might be able to assist, given our familiarity with the region which I suspect GC lacks. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Given the current Daimyos don't make a secret out of it, the Blood Dragons recently contracted parts of the Coalition's logistical fleet. GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Gen'an cell met them with outright violence, instead of abusing the situation in a more.. profitable way. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Caused a heated up discussion between the Dragons, this cell and us as you can imagine. GC|Y~Amaririsu: A shame, I actually wished to get my hands on Coalition weaponary for a few experiments.. oh well. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Coalition, mein Gott.. GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Buro can do us a favor though. I suspect this wasn't the last time they wandered into Omegas. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: You know how dangerous these people are right? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Oh yes. Guess why they were supposed to be abused and then thrown out? Without the cell's interruption, we could have gained supplies -and- the destruction of logistical assets of the Coalition. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Well I am glad we are at least on the same page as you are. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: How can we help you exactly? BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We need to inflict a blow on this cell's reputation. GC|Y~Amaririsu: If you wonder why the Dragons went to contract such people? I would call it desperation. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Well, should I mention that they aided the slave market? GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Gen'an Cell, that is. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Oh dear. That goes against everything GC stands for. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Mmh, met an ultimatum by our side. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Tried to talk back but then accepted it. So far no sightings of them acting as middlemen for slavers after this. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Well. I am not sure what the Buro wishes to gain from damaging their reputation, but they undermined our ideology there and I fear they will do it again sooner or later. GC|Y~Amaririsu: And what can you do? Just keep an eye open for them in Rheinland or the Omegas. I still do not get why they went there. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: The Direktor insists on establishing some form of cooperation with your movement. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: So if you can assist you somehow, we will be glad to do that. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I figured as much. It's certainly possible. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Tracking the activities of the Gen'an cell where we can't have our eyes would be already a start. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Indeed. GC|Y~Amaririsu: In return, hm, I am uncertain what we can do for the Buro right now. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We would also like to obtain the evidence you have on slave trade. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Given we generally oppose the Rheinwehr's activity.. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Can be arranged. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We will not reveal who gave this to us BDM|Agt-V.Landers: And I am sure it will damage their reputation if we publicize it out in the open.. GC|Y~Amaririsu: It bears a certain risk to do so. Given the Gen'an cell likes to presentate themselves as the whole movement. GC|Y~Amaririsu: But with more evidence speaking of them losing Matsuda's ways.. hm, I could see a use there. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Indeed. I believe this "hit piece" if I may call it will clearly state "Gen'an Chrysanthemums" to avoid any confusion with the main movement.. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Good. Naturally, we keep our own eyes open for their activities too. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Last known direct contact was defeating Maltese traitors alongside a Maltese soldier in Kyushu. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Maltese -- you know we have contacts with them? BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We are even allowed in their space GC|Y~Amaririsu: We are quite aware of your and Rheinlands dealings with them. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Originally, we supported it to its full extent. This changed with the Rheinwehr threatening whatever assets we may or may not have on the surface of Planet Honshu. GC|Y~Amaririsu: But we are not opposed to it. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Actually it is quite amusing - Rheinland paying off debts to Malta. Their warmachine fueled by Cardamine money. GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Buro's dealings were of a different nature than money. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Well, I am not particularly happy with this arrangement GC|Y~Amaririsu: But details were left out. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: You know the Cardamine Dons. They are not the best of people in Sirius. GC|Y~Amaririsu: But they are clever. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: They are indeed. GC|Y~Amaririsu: It's not hard to tell that they make good use of people's desperation when they can profitate from it. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I want to inquire.. How are your relations with the Auxesia? GC|Y~Amaririsu: See Bretonia. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Hostility. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: They caused quite some havoc in Bering recently. GC|Y~Amaririsu: In the past they have attacked the Blood Dragons and Kyoto directly. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Also they are suspected to be not as human as some think. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Did they have a reason? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Their reason was the Blood Dragons own choice whom to deal with and whom to keep out of here. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Also, it might be added that they do not enter Kusari space since years. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Their strikes found a sudden end, so they disappeared. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Good day Direktor. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Agent. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: This is an Agent of the Golden Chrysanthemums. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: It's been a bit since I've been out this far on a special relations purpose. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: I think... We've met. I don't know-- I met almost half of them a few weeks ago. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Huh. Konbanwa. I did not expect the Direktor himself, Miss Red is not here right now. I suppose she's a bit away. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: I don't actively find Red, when we see eachother, we see eachother. GC|Y~Amaririsu: We did not, I am serving under Aimi Amaia's command. So I've heard pretty much everything about the meeting. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Direktor, this Agent told us that they suspect Auxesia is not "as human as some think". BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I think we should inquire deeper into this matter. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Thats... Worrying. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Others do so. Blood Dragons reason to try keep them out, which ended in the hostilities they had, based on this most likely atleast. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: I knew they were in the business of putting metal in their brains but, I don't like what you're implying either. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Do you know who does? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Most Dragons of this days fell silent. The origin of the data might be the Order. GC|Y~Amaririsu: We can attempt to obtain it. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: The Order are an unreliable source. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Sometimes I think they're just as bad as we used to be when it comes to information handling. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Its imbedded with political agenda. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Depends on the topic. One thing is for sure, Auxesia proved only unfriendlyness and mocking towards us. GC|Y~Amaririsu: And are generally not welcomed in Kusari. GC|Y~Amaririsu: By our knowledge pretty much noone welcomes them here. Political agenda is behind everything, dear. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: You know Direktor, scanning Auxesian engines during the meeting BDM|Agt-V.Landers: The readings were very inconclusive. They had many elements which human engines lacked. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Auxesia's methods of scientific advancement are just as dangerous as the Order. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Huh. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Sounds a bit like the Core too *She laughs* BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: But, they've not done anything towards the Federal Republic yet. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Despite attempting to damage the Blood Dragon movement, we are not aware of them trying to influence Kusari in any way. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I've heard "Bering" earlier. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I suppose that's where they operate? BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: No. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: They operate elsewhere, visited it once, tend not to want to go back. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: They are conducting military operations against the Unioners. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Yes, the Unioners have done quite a bit to piss them off. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: And as a result, they... Well-- GC|Y~Amaririsu: Unioners. Weird people. They.. sort of.. attacked Alster, didn't they? It was in the news back then. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: I think the Unioners undestimated their capablilities. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Yes, gassed civilians on the station. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Striking on civilians is so.. ugly. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: I remember seeing the document folder on the post-action report... BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Quite a few... Bodies. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Using weapons of mass destruction on civilians.. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Acidic burns, still smoking from the flesh. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Truly despicable even for Unioner level. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: They say they "Reformed". BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: But I can't take /their/ word for it. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Good thing for them that they are quite far away. Bad for Rheinland though. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Anyway, We had a little bit of news from the Auxesians. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Supply runners and smugglers are rushing to the aid of the Unioners in the name of profit. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Refurbished Electronics, hai? Eh- how to say it. We might convinced some of the dealers to leave a good part to us. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: According to one of the Auxesian transports that were taking some 'liberated' salvage diverted from Bering... GC|Y~Amaririsu: I was wondering why the demand for this rushed to a peak. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Hogosha are taking shipments to Pacifica. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Amusing. But I bet it fetches a good price. GC|Y~Amaririsu: The moment a good load of money is involved, some Hogosha people tend to just do it. GC|Y~Amaririsu: And not ask too many questions. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: That depends. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: If two organized crime rings are going to be shaking hands, that might mean bad news for parties like us. GC|Y~Amaririsu: True that, it could be a first step towards a partnership. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Hm. So keeping an extra pair of eyes on Shikoku's Hogosha seems advisable. Noted. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Actually... GC|Y~Amaririsu: Hai? BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Nox, this... BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Purple stuff. GC|Y~Amaririsu: This Gallic drug. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: We've been seeing a rise of it in the Republic thanks to the Unioners. GC|Y~Amaririsu: We've not encountered Hogosha shipments with Nox so far. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: True, the Hogosha have been... Purists towards the use of Cardamine. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: But Nox isn't a gene-modding substance so they might decided to fill their pockets to that purple trade. GC|Y~Amaririsu: There one thought the Artifact trade makes enough profit. Someone's getting greedy. GC|Y~Amaririsu: It might be more efficient to locate which major crime group of Gallia produces this Nox. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: What is the Blood Dragons' take on the Nox or cardamine, Chanai? GC|Y~Amaririsu: While we rarely go to Gallia, we've been involved in a few raids into their borders. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Eh? They accept Cardamine, as our lifeline. They don't like to see it getting spread around. GC|Y~Amaririsu: And they heavily restrict usage of it on their installations. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Seems we at least share one view. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Regarding Nox? No idea. GC|Y~Amaririsu: We didn't even get into touch with that substance ourselves. But I suppose Malta did. GC|Y~Amaririsu: And I assume they do not like it. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: How many Blood Dragon cells operate these days? GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Shogunate with its Daimyos, I believe there are roughly 3 larger Clans. And a so-called "Oath Bound". BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Thats... Pretty fractured. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Whats with all these loose organizations popping up...? GC|Y~Amaririsu: They oppose the Blood Dragons structure of a Shogunate. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Uh, the Daimyos used to handle matters independently. There are few smaller clans or families supportive of the Blood Dragons too. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Can't say we have that many loose structures.. but Gen'an cell might still be causing trouble. We will see. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I see. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: So to wrap up. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: You want us to intensify our search operations in the Omegas. If we caught them in the act, you wouldn't mind if the Gen'an cell becomes a bit smaller, right? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Gen'an cell sightings all over your zone of operation. GC|Y~Amaririsu: If they do something.. pretty stupid. Like the slaves story. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I saw nothing then. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Slaves...? BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Probably enroute to Malta. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I suppose they will treat the Buro like any Rheinland authority anyways. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: or southbound, Direktor. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: The Maltese are not the only slave owners in Sirius. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Hessian space? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Malta, in the specific case we caught them at. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Ja we would need that evidence, Chanai. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I believe you can send them over the established communication we have set up? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Hai. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Gut. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Direktor, if there is anything else BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Can I return to Rheinland? GC|Y~Amaririsu: It would be more than welcome to have their activities documentated then. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: You may, I'll take over from here.
Here is the interesting information GC| shared with us:
The Blood Dragons have partnered with the Coalition.
The Gen'an Chrysanthemums have engaged in slave trade.
The Golden Chrysanthemums wants us to politically damage the Gen'an cell as well as spy on them.
The Auxesia is hostile to the Golden Chrysanthemums and Blood Dragons.
The Golden Chrysanthemums suspect nomad infiltration within Auxesia. They said they could contact The Order for more information.
The Blood Dragons oppose cardamine but they tolerate Golden Chrysanthemums using the substance.
There are three clans operating within the Blood Dragons, Agent Chanai claims the Dragons are currently fractured.
If the Gen'an Chrysanthemums do something controversial, the Golden Chrysanthemums wouldn't mind if the Büro eliminates them.
Abteilung II. Within the same day, I performed the same pinging tactic on the Gen'an Chrysanthemums, and indeed one came to my location, in the Kanto field, behind Planet New Tokyo. The Kusarian identified herself as General Kiri.
She was more aggressive and hostile than her counterpart. That didn't dissuade me however and I confronted her about her group's activities. She denied everything, blaming that a conspiracy is behind this. Then I gave her a chance to present her case and indeed a few hours later the Büro received a communication from General Kiri in which I responded accordingly. All in all I can state that the overall mission was a success, successfully setting one cell against the other which can eliminate one of the enemies the Rheinwehr has to fight against in Honshu. ●
