From: Premier Mehmed Selim.
Security Encryption: High Message transmitted to Coalition Command, SCRA Pilots.
Privyet.
Let me preface this dispatch by saying that I had hoped that things would have gone differently, that Keller and I would have gunned down that rabid pilot, that our capital craft had sent the lunatic raiders back to whatever encampment they were staging from, so that we may have had the opportunity to unleash the Tsar's wrath upon them. I had hoped, personally, that things relating to a certain situation you are all familiar with would have resolved in a manner favorable to the People's Republic, and that it would have been easy enough to simply move in, take our share, and focus upon the imperial enemies.
It seems that the glorious New Year's speech I had planned will need to be indefinitely postponed in favor of this one. You know full well that I stand with you, Comrades, in the closest lines to the battle, that I wield both desk and machine gun in our struggle to bring the final victory of Communism to Humanity so that we may finally focus on the real threats. But nyet. We have these pointless conflicts that we have to fight because of some fruitless pursuit for conquest and glory. Truly, we are at war with the worst of hubris personified.
I hoped to be somewhat gentle in my approach to the situation surrounding Gran Canaria and Omega Fourty-Nine. How foolish I was to assume what I had. This has been quite the splash of searing vodka in the eyes, Comrades, and now that the heart of the Revolution has been struck too, it is becoming a bit personal. I wanted to strike with care, to win with the better side of morality behind the People so that we may have been in a position for a sweeping ideological triumph. How wrong I was.
It's no matter. We have been damaged, but we are far from the annals of history, and I have had no intention to fall into them. It is apparent a new strategy is required, a much more aggressive stance. My civilian staff has a bit of a penchant for analysis, and with their aid I have come to a rather swift conclusion for action. Listen well, Comrades, for I have orders for all pilots within the Revolutionary Army, and directives for the Ministry of Truth, Ministry of Plenty, and the attached war committees.
The focused Theater of Operations for the Revolutionary Army is hereby designated as the local operational space within the Omegas. Combat material still within the Sigmas is to be diverted, for the time being, but should opportunities arise to cripple the enemies of the People in other locales, it is advised that Comrades take up such opportunity.
Mykolaiv Military Research Division will continue to work with the Red Hessians, and other relevant partners in expanding the flexibility of the Coalition's arsenal.
The Office of the Premier will more eagerly pursue necessary contacts with allies and otherwise to better position the People's Republic.
The Ministry of Truth is requested to continue operations per their nominal parameters. Commissars working with myself and Revolutionary Army personnel are requested to maintain fighting discipline among their attached units.
The Ministry of Plenty is directed to continue expanding its plans for resource acquisition. Production targets, especially for military hardware, are expected to be risen soon by the State Duma, and delivery is mandatory.
Gran Canaria will be secured, in accordance with ongoing plans and deals. The level of toleration placed against any non-allied assets in Omega Fourty-Nine, however, is to be significantly reduced. Any ship that moves and is not associated with friendly flags is to be treated as suspect of harboring Corsairs. Any ship that sits still in Canaria Orbit and is not associated with friendly flags, is likely a well disciplined sympathizer of the Corsairs, and is to be treated accordingly.
Volgograd will stand. Jiangxi will stand. Crete will fall. I need not waste any more breath. To arms, comrades.
