These are from 2 different encounters. The first encounter involved the first listed Rule. This Rule is self explanatory. The second encounter had you uncloak on a Trader and open fire without a word or demand.

The first two messages are from a session with a friend, I don't know how are they evidence of something, and the rest are messages from a session that, while it did happen within the hour from when GRI-Triton "killed" me (actually, forced me to dock) they happened in Connecticut, which means outside of any RP environment. I don't think there's a breach of anything here.

And I don't know how the last three messages are relevant to the encounter of 13:19. They refer to an entirely different encounter, with the ship La.Fuite, from which I escaped and I didn't relog from it, not within the hour.
Finally, there's a supposed breach of 4.4, supposedely that, quoting from the PM, I " 4.4 part is that you did not issue a demand to a Trade Ship as your ID requires you to".
We're forgetting a particular here, while I can ask demands from people, my GG ID also allows me to attack anyone within my ZOI (Edinburgh/Aquitaine being part of it, and being the location of all these episodes), and it was entirely my right to do so considering that these players carried cargo that could be considered contraband per the Exodus event.
Overall, I admit to having broken rule 3.6 a couple times and of having breached rule 4.3 in one instance, but I don't see how 4.4 was breached.
When we receive a Violation Report, it generally consists of SSs. Sometimes it also contains portions taken from the person's DSACE Logs.
SSs are hard to 'doctor' but it has been attempted and some can be omitted to give a false account (which has also been done). Logs can be 'modified' or parts that give a clearer picture are not included.
When I look at a Violation Report, I use the Server Logs to look at what has been said. These I put in the Violation Report so that the others can see a clear picture and give, as best as they can, an accurate verdict. In your case, I showed that, at the time of the Violations, you said nothing. Those showed what you said on the particular days of the 2 Violations. So, when you asked for evidence, I sent them to show what you did/did not say (so you had a clear picture).
You were not Sanctioned for your encounter with Tsufridn.von.Shokolade. The Reports we received were for the GRI encounter and the IDF encounter.
The Gaian Guard
The Gaian Guard are a dominant cell among the Gaians. Although they are internally divided into a number of smaller subgroups, they operate under a single chain of command. The Guard's prime objective is to strenghten the Gaian movement and its influences across Sirius. They are involved in research and smuggling of artifacts, suppressing the slave trade and actively resist alien incursions into Bretonia.
Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Gaians, who:
- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can attack Planetform and Orbital Spa anywhere.
- Can treat transports carrying Terraforming Gases or Gaian Wildlife as combat targets.
- Cannot ally with any lawfuls except for Bretonia Lawfuls.
- Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo, except for the Corsair Train.
Zone of Influence: Bretonia, systems directly bordering Bretonia, California, Vespucci, Inverness, Taus
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers
Note the parts I highlighted, especially the bold part.
The Gallic Personnel and Bretonian Serfs commodities may be treated as contraband and demanded by the following IDs (official and independent) within their ZOI:

Now I can see the Gaians are included in this and it was certainly within your ZOI. But, once again, I will draw your attention to the highlight part. The pertinent words here are, 'demand cargo' and 'demanded'. With a silent attack, there would not have been a 'demand' and therefore an infraction of Rule 4.4 was carried out.
As for Tsufridn.von.Shokolade, we did not receive a Violation Report about it, but seeing as you were already being done for these offences, was there any point in adding it again?
I would also read up on your ID restrictions.
