To whom it may concern,
My name is Robert Dixon, Underboss of the Liberty Rogues. Before my message instantly ends up in your leadership's spam folder, hear me out.
It came to my understanding, that the Enclave is looking for allies, or at least trade partners to acquire several necessities, like food, consumer goods, and various supplies. I'm sure we can arrange a mutually beneficial business deal.
As for why should you consider doing business with us, and vice versa, it's simple. It will hurt the Republic Of Liberty.

Dixon,
We need no allies, not such as you. You are lucky that I am on communication duty today, I will even talk to you. But I will not bother my command until there's some stated understanding from your side. Despite the crisis of recent months, the Royal Navy stands strong and Bretonians will never get control of Leeds or Dublin. As soon as political chaos at home will be resolved, we will renew our offensive and finish off this war. Nothing has changed in Royal Navy doctrine and we stand by our strategy and tactics.
For you, this means that the Gallic laws are in effect. Any kind of cooperation means that you respect and follow those in full. That also includes respectable and polite behavior. You better not send any of the actual thugs in our way. Any failure in following our main law will mean that any possible cooperation will cease.
If you want to demonstrate goodwill towards the Crown, we would appreciate any reports about Liberty Navy forces locations and redeployments. We will have all the abilities to double-check the information that you provide. Once you try to mislead us, any possible cooperation will cease.
Any materials that are able to resupply the war machine would be appreciated. For exchange, we can provide gold, various ores from Taus, natural resources of the planet Bordeaux. Any supply runs will be strictly under control, refrain from entering zoners of the Royal Navy operations until permission from the command is received.
Do you understand and comply with what I just said, or I was wasting my time?

Minori Shikizumi,
I didn't had much love towards the Marshalcy, but your reply was too arrogant even for you, worse coming from some wannabe gaul. So, my kusarian beauty, here are some fact checks for you, since you obviously hit your head above London.
Firstly: The Royal Navy is anything, but strong. You've lost most of your fleet in aforementioned battle, not to mention that you gave up the best industrial planet you could have in retreat, and currently dwell on an undeveloped planet, with hundreds of millions of refugees.
Secondly: You have zero control over either Leeds, or Dublin. To even consider them under your authority, is a bad joke.
Thirdly: If you really haven't changed your doctrines, your leadership is a few freighters short of a convoy, and even stupider than you, dear.
And lastly, Respect cannot be demanded, but earned. Which you obviously cannot give, as you showed already. You don't need allies, but still need our supplies and help, really? I've seen smarter whores than you, really. Do yourself, and the sector a favor, and crawl back to whichever brothel they pulled you out to do comms duty. Or, if you beg really nicely, I might give your Marshalcy a second chance, if they'll find someone smarter than you to deal with.
Emeline Coste,
I'm looking forward to your proposal, hopefully worded more politely than Ms. Shikizumi's.
Be aware, I'm not interested in Gaia's natural resources, or petty things like gold. So far, I have a few ideas, but we shall discuss them on another channel, given you're willing to deal.

Dixon,
That's why I am sitting here and filtering trash like you, so the command doesn't get to read those tears of the failed nations. Thank you for making my job easier and uncovering yourself fast enough. Now you sound more like Bretonian agent or at least patriot. But if you are indeed Libertorian, which I doubt, considering your love for virtual Bretonian claims, I will see you at Valor victory parade in New York. Then we, as competent Naval force will get you all to jail. Maybe we will burn Manhattan the same way as Leeds, to clean the space from human waste. Until then.

Monsieur Dixon,
I've been quite suprised receiving a message from your kind, and I have to admit,
I'd love to know what kind of deals the Outcast's lapdogs came up with.
However, as madame Shikizumi allready pointed out to you, any kind of cooperation would have to be based on our laws, which you seem to ignore completely. Not only you insulted our officers multiple times,
you also fully disregard our territorial claims, yet you still think we "need you".
You're wrong, your existance is nowhere near being important for us.
You seem to be a rather simple person, so I'll sum it up to you:
There will be no deals between the Royal Enclave and your pathetic organization.
You're nothing other than uneducated criminals, failed personalities.
Stay out of our way if you know what's good for you.

Agent DeGrasse,
Well, you don't know much about the Rogues, and it shows. Calling us the Dreamer's lapdogs is an insult i'm willing to pass for now. For your territorial claims, I've simply stated what I, my allies, and my scouts in the region reported. As for Shikizumi's behaviour and my response, you should read thorough the conversation again. Uneducated is yet another insult I'm willing to let go for now, as you haven't met either me, or my associates.
I've never claimed that you'd need me, just my merchandise. Alas, you're not interested. Well, the Gaians surely will be interested in enough food to feed 500,000 people for three years. And the weapons. But then again, it's your choice.
