All tungsten is accounted for and your transport captain has been paid before her departure.
If you can supply with Ultralloy, we are ofcourse interrested in this offer. I have done some quick research on it and noted that Ultralloy is mainly used in the radiation shielding. After calculating the amount needed to line the entire internal structure and considdering the size... I would say we need 15,000 Ultralloy.
However, since this material is unknown to me, I cannot say for sure how much would want to be paid for this venture. Give me a reasonable unit price and I will considder it.
Besides that. We normally considder all of Gallia hostile because of the war that is still cooling down. However, this view might be archaic in the recent times. As someone who is situated closer to the new Gallia, can you give us an idea of what Gallic factions are worth taking note of? I would like to keep an eye on the changing tides in the Taus. And some might even be useful to do business with in the future.

2250 per standard container seems reasonable to us. It's slightly inflated, but we do have some additional "expenses" as a direct result of actions during the war vis-à-vis piracy and our employment thereof.
As for Gallia...
The bulk of the current government appears to be made up of Council and their sympathizers. Given the Council's stance toward Malta, I expect you will have little room for legal inroads into Gallia. They are also playing rather defensively in politics, careful not to provoke any neighbors that may threaten their limited stability.
The corporations fell into line surprisingly fast for how long they supported the Royalists. One smaller corporation, Montluc Advanced Engineering, had reached out to Natio Octavarium briefly, but contact was lost - I'm not entirely clear what happened there. Through them, we were able to get enough experience working on Gallic tech that we can maintain any other ships that fall off the back of a Vache. Should you reach out to MAE, you didn't hear about it from me - just say you noticed a few ships that they built on Canberra. Also, if you reach out to them, Taskmaster Weaver has specifically requested that we be informed about what happened with them.
The Enclave are basically just the Royalists, except their king is dead and they're more desperate. Desperate to defeat the Council, desperate to defeat Bretonia, and desperate to sustain their own delusions.
That leaves the underworld. The Brigands are much like the Rogues - they're out for money primarily. Some gangs are more isolationist, some are more open to outsiders. No particularly powerful gangs have cropped up in recent months, though. Union Corse are much like Kusari's own Hogosha, and exactly as trustworthy. Also violently opposed to the Cardamine trade, because it competes with their own drug trade. They, however, seem rather preoccupied with the Minarchy and haven't really come out to play lately. The Maquis, as I said before, are convinced the war isn't truly over until the last Royalist is dead. They seem inclined to take any advantage they can get, any extra bit of firepower, any extra resources. You may be able to find strictly practical deals with them, but I admit I'm not entirely certain.
We agree to the payment of 2250 SC per unit. We understand the need to cover you expenses and no one will blame you for wanted to make a little bit of profit aswell.
We thank you for the information regarding the current state of Gallia. This information has value to us. Therefore we will raise the payment of the Ultralloy to 2400 SC per unit as a sign of our goodwill.
Hey Paracusia, Reina again, just letting you know we finished dropping off all the alloys. Had to hire some people to fly the Clock Strikes and Hundredth Meridan but we got it done. You know where to find me!
I have been brought the inventory list and I can confirm that all the 15,000 Ultralloy has been delivered, including some additional units, which we will put into good use. We thank you for the assistence.
