Coalition IFF is a former Guard IFF. That's why it's -0.65.

To repair this would be easy:
Only change the line 79 from

Code:

house = -0.65, fc_b_guardian

to

Code:

house = 0.3, fc_b_guardian

in RhHessian.fl.

I've done this in the attached file (and this is the only change).
