Regarding: Medical Center - Trader Hub Port 34 Colorado System
Hello Dr. Jill Xi,
I would like to invite you to visit our newly established Medical Center on Trader Hub Port 34.
Given the medical background of Med Force One, It would be most beneficial to have you stop by and discuss additional facilities we could adapt and benefit the people of liberty and surrounding areas with.
Along with training my staff could benefit from and knowledge we may be able to assist each other with.
I do not wish to go into detail over the Intranet on such matters however.
I hope that you can let me know if you would be able to meet myself and the crew aboard this station.

Good day Ms. or Mr. Cortella,
Thank you for writing me regarding the medical facilities and personnel onboard your station. At MFE we are always delighted when we see that station owners make space for a medical bay as to care for the health and wellbeing of others.
From what I can read I can suggest an inspection of the medical facility. After that inspection my team and I will discuss our findings with you and we could also discuss the future training of personnel. The earliest opportunity where both myself and two medical specialists can visit your station is tomorrow at 11 am (UTC). Should this time be agreeable I would like to request that your docking operators allow the docking of [MFE]-Medical.Rescue, our ambulance operating in the area.
As a final note I would like to point out that MFE offers free medical services to those in need. Being a non-profit organisation we are largely funded by donations and these greatly help us continuing our work. Should you be willing to make a donation you are most welcome to do so.
I'm looking forward to meet you in person on your station and discuss any details then.
Yours in the service of those in need of medical care,
In regards to the time you have specified, I can confirm that this will be given the go-ahead on the station.
I will inform the relative personnel to expect your arrival at the time you have stated.
Myself and our team look forward to meeting you and your specialists!
Also, the station owner would like to have a brief talk with yourself about making donations towards MFE or would you be able to suggest the relative person he would need to get into contact with.

Good day Miss Cortella,
My team and I have finished our inspection of the medical facilities aboard Trader Hub Port 34. Most of the details have been addressed in the meeting after concluding our inspection. Before I share our report with you I would like to thank you and your personnel for the excellent onboarding and reception. Seldomly have we been greeted by so many enthusiastic people in the docking bay. A delightful surprise to say the least.
The following report describes the inspection by Med Force Enterprises of the medical facilities of Trader Hub Port 34, Colorado, Liberty Space.
Inspectors:
Dr. Jill Xi,hospital administrator, Pharmacy (mentioned in report as: JX), Dr. Denise Mahoney, Internal Medicine (mentioned in report as: DM), Dr. Todd Quinlan, Trauma Specialist (mentioned in report as: TQ).
Please note that any and all findings are observations made by medical specialists who all are trained and have been certified to perform inspections of medical facilities both on a station and on a vessel. The inspectors findings are solemnly based on their experience as healthcare professionals and can be debated under Sirius Medical Code Committee (SMCC) accordingly.
MFE has been asked to do a medical inspection of your facility.
Detailed Report:
Docking Bay:
Your three docking bays are well set-up for the acceptation of (critical) patients and/or vessels accustomed to deliver people in need of immediate medical attention. We do however want to point out that the position of cargo containers obstructs the clear path the medical personnel have to take to reach the patient(s). We therefore suggest to make your docking bays more easily accessible in case of emergencies.[TQ, DM]
Station corridors:
Corridors need be free of any and all items which may possibly hinder the free movement of personnel or personnel with a stretcher or hospital bed. The emergency breathing apparatus (commonly known as EBA's) are sufficient yet we find them difficult to reach for people who are less tall. We suggest the placement of the EBA's to be lowered with at least 30 cms as to provide ease of access to all those onboard your station.[TQ, DM, JX]
Medical Bay:
Your med-bay is state-of-the-art and has been outfitted with the best possible medical support we have seen thus far. It is well equipped and provides a very decent amount of working space for your personnel. [TQ, DM, JX]
Pharmaceutical Bay:
Your pharmaceutical setup is adequate yet we advise the use of specialized and cooled medicine cabinets. Also, the accessibility steps seem to be missing thereby hindering personnel to reach the top most drawers.[JX,DM]
Mortuary:
As much as we dislike to say so, casualties and fatalities are unfortunately very much things we as professionals have to deal with. We suggest you create a special morgue facility as to provide safe and proper storage of the deceased. [DM,TQ]
Personnel:
Your personnel has been very well trained. We do however think they lack the experience and therefore recommend further training. We have also noted that you may lack a number of qualified personnel. As you have mentioned that your station is expecting a maximum of 60 people daily and you operate on a 24/7 basis we do suggest you hire more medical personnel as to keep up the medical support as well as to keep healthy working times for the medical workers on station. [JX,DM,TQ]
Ventilation:
Our tests have proven that the state of your base ventilation is above what we normally expect. Your fresh air supply is at 107 percent which is an acceptable level for a ventilation system in a facility as yours. We do have to stress the fact that your maintenance crew inspects and replaces the filters on a frequent basis. If these conditions are met we have no objections regarding the current setting of your ventilation systems.[JX,DM,TQ]
This concludes our report.
Based on our inspection we are happy with our findings yet we do suggest you act on our suggestions regarding improving the medical facilities of your station. For now we have no objections as to the medical facilities onboard your station provided you work towards a soon fix for any and all issues as mentioned in our report.
Furthermore we would like to invite your medical staff for a 2-day Entry-level Medical Training Course followed by a 3-day Station MedCrew Training which has been specifically created for you and other station med-crews. The training starts at Monday, June 4th 09:00 UTC at Med Force General-B hospital in Omicron Theta.
Should your crew wish to attend these courses (which are free of charge) we can provide a temporary crew as to ensure your station medical facilities are staffed and remain operational. Furthermore, should you wish us to do so, our temporary staff will remain on your station for 3 more days and work together with your crew to further train them.
Thank you for inviting us for this inspection and thank you for the friendliness and great care we have been given while aboard your station. We truly admire it and hope to welcome you at our Med Force General-B facilities in the near future.
Yours in the service of those in need of medical care,
