After talking to both the board and subsequently the DSE Liberty representative we have to inform you that at this time DSE cannot help you with the needed supplies to your station. The reason for this is that, apart from our construction work at the Tottori JumpGate and Kurile Docking Ring, our crews are very busy working on projects throughout the sector.
Having said that I thank you for contacting us and hope that even though this time we cannot spare the crews, you will contact us in the future.
Sincerely,
Lulatia Bellisario DSE Representative Gallia & Kusari
Good news everyone. Looking at how USI ships delivered almost everything yesterday, we were able to finish Stage 1. The base has evolved to a new level!
We applied necessary adjustments and began Stage 2 construction. We look forward to continued shipping.
In the document, we sent you before, we were mentioning our plans for Stage 3 at the second list there. We are interested if your support extends to cover it after Stage 2 is finished. Essentially though Stage 3 is an extension of Stage 2, and was mentioned in offered prices, but we want to make sure that after we separated it into a different stage, the contract would still include it or if not would you take it?
And at last, ms. Bellisario. We understand you have other contracts for now. We would be interested in dealing with you when it's changed.
I am pleased that you are satisfied with the speed in which we have been able to fulfill your supply needs. I see no issue with continuing to provide your transportation requirements on stage 3. Please forward me any additional requirements for your future upgrades so I can pass them along to my teams.
Everything is going smoothly Mr. Pickens. I made all the necessary paperwork for past deliveries being acknowledged, and the list of new ones awaiting arrival is passed to personnel. Stage 2 left materials have high priority, but Stage 3 materials can be already accepted as well if it's more comfortable for your queue of routes.
Once it's done we would make a pause in immediate constructions concerning the base structural integrity, just for all small repairs to be finished around. We would still release a list of materials across Sirius which we plan and interested to import when stage 3 is completed.
Our concerns for security measures became less plaguing our minds, but we transfer the current documentation in direct secure transfer one last time.
Good day, Mr. Pickens. Your ships made some pause in deliveries and they didn't start yet what was planned, involving Stage 3. During that time we made a revision of our plans and realized that all we need for now is a continuation of repairs across the station, as it is a more serious matter for us.
Living and working in a condition when oxygen and water supplies disappear through multiple faults and unfinished repairs in the station? That would be an unacceptable and irresponsible course of action on our part.
We already finished Stage 2 and we would concentrate our efforts on finishing all repairs from now on.
Once it's done we would give a thought of probably extending living quarters and making sure safe conditions were met through all station parts. Plans for further construction would be decided when the station would be in better condition.
