And it looks like it increased that amount with only the number of unlawful or quasi-lawful ships mounting anything on the CD slot. But how many peaceful traders require anything on that slot? A CD is for interception, a more offensive action than what i'd expect from the regular trader, and a Cloaking Device with fuel takes up so much cargo space it's again obvious that profit maximalisation is not the priority for cloaking transports (plus they can survive the new rule with the extra survivability the cloak grants).
I rarely agree with Binski, but it seems he got the point, the only thing changing is that now you gotta unmount the CD slot to belong to the Trader category, and be protected from no-demand harassment. Surely not a new layer of protection, more like a layer taken from those who shouldn't have it, while the regular traders can still remain protected.
