Thank you for your kind words. I'm also grateful for the Crown's understanding, negotiating with angry Kusarians is something I wasn't eager in doing, but alas, it has been done. Luckily my employees are safe despite La Charite's occupation.
I got in contact with Madame Véronique Baudelaire of the EFL S.P.A. She is a pleasant woman and might I add very smart. Like me, she's very protective of her property and employees.
Due to a new order that The Assembly has given, EFL will be increasing their ship production, repairs and whatnot. Even though the trade embargo has been lifted as you say, we would prefer if this operation was kept quiet, a secret if you will, far away from the Republic's eyes.
I've decided that the best place for us to bring supplies would be Rodez Outpost in Roussillon. Normally, I would expect for EFL to have a clear passage to and from Roussillon, I'm sure your dock masters can figure something out. As for my transports, they'll soon begin shipping the requested materials.
Before I can confirm anything I must give an answer to Madame Baudelaire's question. She would like to know if the Crown is "holding grudges" against EFL? Unlike GMS, EFL has been supporting the Crown for so long and now, in these difficult times, they're once again proving their determination and always present loyalty to the Crown. Once that question is answered I have no doubt that the EFL is going to provide the necessary materials.
That would be all for now. I eagerly await your response.
