SUBJECT: .......... Scarborough Shipyards - An opportunity.
Directors
Border World Exports
Deep Space Engineers (DSE|-) has recently restructured its Bretonian operation and has decided to keep resources and most facilities permanently in Bretonia thus retaining its excellent staff. Most of whom are Bretonian citizens. With the improved access due to trade lanes and jump gates from Manchester, it makes good sense to consider our options.
Many of the staff are highly experienced shipwrights, once working in Southampton shipyards. As such we highly value the opportunity to keep them employed.
To that end I would like to open discussions exploring the possibility of leasing part of Scarborough Shipyard to build ships. We have the shipwrights, the experience and the money to set up a suitable operation.
I look forward to hearing back from you.

Ola, friend Cliff Hunter;
As we read your missive, we are pleased to hear of your concern for your employees and their situation regarding whether you need to relocate them to another naval base because of their experience. This has sat to us as music from those who really have a heart focused on the prosperity of their collaborators. We congratulate your attitude.
However, the concession, rent and whatever kind of additional understanding within the Scarborough shipyard is out of the question due to government policy. This shipyard belongs to Bowex and Bowex belongs to Bretonian Crown. That's why no contract of this kind will be signed. At least until this moment.
In the meantime, we can be happy to provide information of vital importance to your interests. This is the Aland Shipyard. We know that Aland is being offered for bidding. We advise you, if you are interested in this tip, please contact the Government of Bretonia for further information.
Oh, a brief reminder: Hurry up as you're in the final bidding phase.
With thanks for your interest, we leave here our esteem and consideration for the DSE, whom we value very much for its services.
No more
See you later Karl Lower
