CC: Owners of 'Special Store-Guns and Equip' modular base
Subject: Illegal Installation
Beginning Encrypted Video Feed
"Good day,"
"Just a few minutes ago I was informed by Bravo One of the 46th Strike Force about the existence of a new modular base less than two clicks away from Fort Bush. I immediately went to check if that claim was true and it indeed was. I docked on the installation and noticed that the supplies along with the onboard components suggest that the base is indeed newly built.
After docking, I checked the Governmental channels to see if the owner of this base has submitted a request on the License Requisition Center. A request, in fact, exists, which has been denied by the Government.
The owners of the base seemed to have a different take on the subject. It is clear that they do not wish to follow the Government's orders and the base shall thus be taken down.
That will be all."
"Safe flights."

FROM: LPI Insp. John Natas
TO: Isla Nazumaki Ma'am,
So what you say is - some citizens we spend our LPI budget to protect failed to adhere to regulatory framework?
I am absolutely appaled. I have personally went to investigate the perps, and the evidence is clear.
There is only one reasonable course of action of course, destroy the base, execute everyone on board if they resist in any way, confiscate any resources, funds and valuables we find for the noble altruistic LPI cause. And save Liberty from these terrorists that spit on our sacred regulations in the process.
