. . Not sure if your Body has influence over the systems bordering Liberty, I might need clarification on that. Considering the storm within Kepler has dissipated enough for ships to fly through with minor radiation damage, would it be possible to get a green light to setup an installation within the Kepler System? I understand if you can't allow me to build in there. However using the station to conduct research on how Dark Matter storms influence jump drive travel could be a great help to my own enterprise.
