[System Devs] Baffin Alien Organisms

Bug: Alien Organisms mining zones not working.

Baffin's Scrubby Farms in the Barrier Nebula are there to process the Scrubbies (Alien Organisms), but since some previous patch, to this day, mining there only yields water. Getting that fixed could help us get back some activity to the system, specially when it comes to interact with other factions and indies. Ever since the system devs removed the Coronado hole in Baffin, it's been hard to find reasons for people to come.

Mining is generally handled by Admins atm - even though it should arguably handled by econ.

They intentionally drop water to avoid unintentional routes. Alien Organisms at the current time sell nowhere anyways.

As far as I'm informed, Baffin was made a dead end in favour of memory and nostalgia instead of it being deleted.

So these aren't bugs. This is all expected behaviour.
