Human trafficking in Pennsylvania, avoiding Navy blockade

PENNSYLVANIA 829-23-03 - Unsanctioned, so called refugee efforts are underway within Pennsylvania. The passenger craft SV Starfarer was identified as carrying 600 Insurgents and other criminals through the Navy blockade. The ship was escorted by a combined force of Insurgency and Xenos, that damaged various Navy craft. This is seen as a bold and desperate move from the faltering Insurgency military movement. We've received news from the Navy's Admiral Brandt, that he expects to have defeated the Insurgency until the end of next month if not earlier. When the convoy breached through a deliberate hole in the Navy's defenses they eventually trapped the attackers in Pennsylvania and together with the Ohio, defeated the escorting criminals and detained everyone on the Starfarer. Due to a clerical error on behalf of Eries orbital controls, the Starfarer managed to leave the scene later on and is yet to be found. Liberty's representative on Planet Erie has informed us that there is a bounty of up to 20,000,000 credits issued on destruction or disabling the SV Starfarer.
