Good day!
I've asked one of the people who usually work on projects this size and he told me that we might be able to do this. It's quite difficult to tell without seeing actual details. And admittedly, we've never worked on military hardware of that size on that scale. He'd still told me that we shouldn't give up on it and that taking a look is definitely worth it to evaluate this. We'll have trouble pulling engineers in that actually know the hardware as most people willing to work on a Free Republic battlecruiser would probably sit on Planet Veracruz or the shipyards around the system.
I don't think that in the current situation, the military command at Veracruz would be very willing to part with their specialists but if you can help, we'll make them a generous offer and they'd be able to assist us with your project. It would really help though if we could find a dry dock willing to host your ship if we need to hold it over a prolonged time to rework internal systems. The chance for accidents on an immobile ship are fairly high.
So to summarise:
• We'd very much both benefit of receiving specialists from Vespucci.
• We'll need more details on the type of shit and excess of the damage - an inspection really
• A dry dock willing to host your craft and capable of storing the necessary materials would be very helpful - we have none of our own at the current time and our usual partners might be problematic for you.
Do you believe we can resolve this in an acceptable time frame for you? Then we'd be willing to take this project on after the inspection.
