I'm glad that I may contact you again. Since handing over your installation to you some time has passed and I hope that means that all is well with our products and you are satisfied. If there is further need for lasting stations and other structures, please do not hesitate to contact us. But I do contact you with a request of our own today. We've received some refugees from a war within Liberty and expect to see quite a few more. There is a huge chance that people who come to us will be cardamine users.

With the Lane Hackers rather busy and Rogues and Junkers prevented from landing on our installations, we would like to go straight to the source considering our good relationship in the past. The alternative to this would be to contact Cryer for Stabiline. I very much hope we don't have to do that and if you could arrange any sort of supply of say, 4,000 units of cardamine to Cleveland Station in Pennsylvania without being noticed we'd very much appreciate that.

Please when you have found a willing supplier, let us know the price and we'll make sure a hangar bay without onlookers will be ready for your arrival.

Although, as we appreciate your honesty telling us about your intentions with Cryer, we would like to remember to you, as with all our associates, the importance of avoiding any sort of transaction with Cryer. Their product is a pale imitation of our own and its further implementation on Sirius will not only endanger the hard-earned relations, between our people and those who dare to constantly seek negotations with them, but also contribute to desestabilize the economy of the sector. Inconsideration would be the least of problems, as you can see.

that is wonderful news! I've prepared the necessary formalities and storage on Cleveland Station. I have to warn you that there is a large amount of Navy ships moving toward the Kansas system and some might pass dangerously close to Cleveland. Should that happen, we will have to deny expecting a shipment of you at the current time or risk Liberty's hostile actions.

We will certainly be able to keep our contact to Cryer to a minimum if we source medical supplies and cardamine from other sources at a price the board can stomach easier. I'm glad to work together with your people again. As for our interest in cardamine, admittedly it is for the supply of cardamine dependent workers we're expecting an influx of in the coming days. If it will not happen I am certain though that we will find a way to put it to good use. As our other installations run as free ports that should be a fairly simple thing to do.

We, as many maltese, are not unknown regarding outsourcing, in terms of distribution mainly and we must warn you that the price for further negotiations could go in crescendo, as this type of job requires a higher cost if it is done by our hands. Transportation of such delicate commodity must be taken with all the necessary precautions, so our men and women can deliver it safely.

In addition, if you want to arrange a long term contract, we are open to discuss it further. Contrary to popular belief, Outcasts can be more open-minded with others, especially when "Cardamine" is mentioned.

Our leadership is wondering, having not seen as many Outcast ships in Liberty as in the past. Is there something going on in the Edge Worlds? We used to see more trade ships and the occasional group of fighters.

We are pleased that you show interest on our society but, as you have probably guessed, most of our deals are being conducted on a need-to-know basis and, as such, most of the information can be limited, to entirely grasp our current situation.

With that in mind, we can indulge you with certain degree of knowledge regarding recent events. As you may or not may know, the political turmoil on Malta never ceases; as Dons and their families do their plans in order to achieve subjugation on others, but not all work on that way. On that blunt but honest aspect, it would be irresponsible to speak for the Outcasts as a whole, since some parts of our society work in diverse ways. Our organization, composed by a group of families, has its own motives to make a show of force in certain areas; and Liberty has been oddly calmed for us, in comparison to other fronts. Cardamine has been flowing as always, and our most respected distributors have cooperated quite well so far. We expect that, at the end of the quarter, the profits will rise once again, giving us the edge to make a more decisive move in our most relevant points of interest.

Projections aside, our group has been currently focused on the Taus and Malta. Our constant overwatch over our borders has permitted us to restrain gallic movements and their unnecessary intromission. Nevertheless, saying that the situation has been completely controlled would be of the most incredible naivety. The fight is still going on, as we speak, and many Maltese join the multiple skirmishes to secure the frontier. Regarding our homeworld, there are always important developments on the move; but we cannot offer you a clearer response about that, for the time being. Still, feel free to visit our world if you want to inquire more about the current deals for outsiders. As a custom, we would like to point out that business and pleasure can be allowed and combined to those who highly cooperate with our brethren. The southern region is particularly a delicacy to watch in this time of year, as “the acidic meadows flourish in compass with the beautiful horizons, filled with majestic mountains and kaleidoscopic skies”.

The future of the Outcasts for the coming months could drastically change, as the outbursts of certain unfriendly parties could bring our attention; and if the Orange Dream becomes hindered by poor choices and closed visions, Malta Hyperspace Starfleet will be there to manage the issue in our favor.
