[Systems] Nomad NPCs dropping Furnance/Bluebird Thruster outside intended areas

In Omicron Epsilon by the nomad lair npcs droprate of spec thrusters is buged in 30 min it droped 4 thrusters!

Was this fixed already?
I went to Lair in Epsilon, killed over 200 Level_19 Nomad ships and no thrusters dropped.

Not in the way I wanted but I simply lowered the drop rate for all thrusters until the patch can remove all Anzus
