Subject: Strengthening our Relationship
Good Evening,
I am Rear Admiral Shepard of the 46th Liberty Navy Fleet. Last week I was able to make my way to Coronado to visit the standing Yellowstone Battlegroup. Since I was recently appointed this rank I like to see things first hand rather than read a report. I will also open this communication for your eyes to read to show my good faith. I believe our relationship is crucial for the peace of the independent worlds we share a border with along with Crayter Space as a whole.
My visit didn't stay friendly for to long since Outcasts decided to raid that day and I was able to see how our battlegroup functions with the Crayter Military. I will be honest I was quite impressed by the level of communication and teamwork from both of our Militaries. The Outcasts stood no chance at the coordination and will of our people.
With this in mind I come to offer an opportunity to further strengthen our bond. Visiting Coronado gave me the chance to see Sabah Shipyard and I have noticed a lot of your ships require maintenance and armaments to get them back into the field. It is my hope you will accept aid in this matter and I can and will route supplies.

Firstly, let me apologize for the lack of a response to your previous attempt at contact. Tensions surrounding the recent actions of Bretonia as well as the recent political landscape of the Republic have occupied much of my time. I am pleased, however, to hear of your safe arrival.
Regarding Sabah, many of the ships you may have seen moored with the station are supply hulks, to be utilized for spare parts, emergency reactivation, and even training new crews for newer models. Most of the ships moored with Sabah are actually combat capable, though are heavily outdated compared to modern Crayterian warships, and likely wouldn't stand up in battle against contemporary designs by even civilian contractors. Regardless, they are still of use, either through previously mentioned scrapping or tedious modernization.
Still, I'm interested in hearing exactly what you have in mind.

Good Evening,
Well I am willing to route significant Munitions, Hull Segments and optronics. Is there anything specific your Shipyard Workers are lacking that I may be able to procure? The Liberty Navy is always looking for new test beds for its prototypes. If Crayter has limited use for the "supply hulks" as you put it. Perhaps we can route a little more in exchange for one them? I also dont see why our engineering teams cant partner on new types of armaments' for our navies. The possibilities are endless. Let me know.

Prudent materials would be robotics, hull segments, and major compounds and raw materials, such as copper and titanium. While ISE procures many materials, they do so as a civilian firm, which usually requires border checks, scans, and other measures that ultimately slows material income. If you can work around some of these limitations for material procurement, then it would both help supply our engineers as well as lighten the load on ISE's transport captains.
It's also interesting that you mention an interest in our outdated vessels. I believe the Navy was working with the Military or the Ministry of Trade to coordinate expansions to our 'Deimos'-class platforms, perhaps even the 46th itself. I'm not quite sure where those efforts are in terms of progress, but Crayter can indeed provide compensation for supplies in the form of a hulk. Again, I'm fairly certain this wouldn't be the first time the Navy has taken an interest in Crayter's designs, and I highly doubt it will be the last.
The next time you find yourself near Sabah, I can see about Mr. McNalen organizing a showcase for any particular hull you believe the Navy can make use of.

Good Evening,
I am quite surprised to hear of such expansions regarding your larger crafts. I have no knowledge of anything 46th related but I dont know the Fleet Admirals dealings, anything is possible. I can say with much enthusiasm I am more interested in your carrier class hulks. The Deimos is a bit to much for the type of prototype im looking to develop. I am very pleased to know the Ministry has no issue with my request.
Regarding the supplies, I cant say im surprised on how slow things can become. Border checks are a bit tight these days and I dont expect them to lighten up. However Im confident I can pull a few strings on my end and get additional transports routed to Sabah in a timely manner. I will use this channel to update you on supply shipments.

Good Evening,
Contractors finished bringing twenty thousand units of the aforementioned commodities listed. Should you desire proof I am willing to open up a read only access to our communication with the contractors. Though I am sure one trip to Sabah Shipyard will clear up any doubt.

Good Evening,
I have opened up the communication so Crayter can read the contractor only responses to verify shipment and read their manifest first hand if there was any doubt of the delivery. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. I and my engineers are excited to see what kind of hulk we can bring back to our bays to begin our prototype. Thank you once again for your continued support.

Clark was indeed able to confirm the delivery of the listed supplies, and they're already being accounted now for future projects. Thank you.
Regarding hulks, Clark has been preparing the aforementioned showcase for mothball hulks that the Ministry has no immediate plans for. Specifically regarding Mark I Zephyr frameworks, he has noted the Egeria, Alauda, Metis, and Amphitrite as favorable for prototyping, due to largely intact internals and their still being relatively combat capable, though you are welcome to identify any of the hulks that have not been earmarked for immediate future use by CDI.
Whenever you have time, Mr. McNalen has requested you meet him aboard Sabah. I'm told the showcase shouldn't take more than a few hours.
