Greetings,

We are hereby opening this channel of cooperation to fellow intelligence divisions. The Office of Naval Intelligence has started collecting large quantities of data on Earhart and the adjacent systems, and we have begun a reasonably large-scale resource and sample acquisition operation. It will be our priority following the Willard restoration. So far besides the Rogue chasing incident to Order territory, there have been no issues following the skirmish with Kusarian forces, but our analysts indicate it is only a question of time before other parties will attempt to challenge Liberty's superiority of Earhart and the uncharted systems we now hold thanks to the Alaska super gate.

Rest assured this channel is open for any and all future cooperation between our divisions.

Thank you for your replies Captain Elisabeth DeGrange and Recoil stakeholders, let's get right to it.

The most pressing matter is understanding the pattern and potential control over the chaotic anomalies in Earhart. We are facing difficulties traversing samples back to Liberty Space, as often only anomalies leading to e.g. Zurich and the Sigmas appear.

The questions we need answered are:

Is the Pattern of the anomaly appearance completely random?
What are the time intervals?
What systems do appear in the rotation?
And most important of all: Can we somehow interact with, or control the alien structures at the heart of the system in order to have power over the specific anomaly appearances?

One of our sample collectors has run into the Gas Miners Guild after being ejected to their space, and one of the 46th officers has been forced to follow a rogue into Order territory - unless we predict and control the patterns incidents like these will be hard to completely avoid, this is what we will focus on and will share the data and hypotheses we collect.

Right now it just appears that at any one time, two anomalies appear leading to distant uncharted space, and two Sirian anomalies appear that lead to random systems.

We bring good news and bad news.

The bad news is that Nomads have breached Alaska despite our improved security measures.

The good news is - the machines we found in Earhart attacked them just like everyone else, strongly reinforcing our theory that the structures and reactors we have discovered are neither nomad created, nor controlled.

The patterns of Earhart still escape us. Certain anomalies such as Uncharted-10 and 4 do seem to appear mostly in the northern gates, but we haven't figured out the timings, or pattern of the other anomalies, and a close and dangerous examination of the reactor has not brought any breakthroughs - let us know if you get luckier.
