Been a couple years or so since our last chat. I'm sure you know by this point, but I'll send off a bit of a reminder. We've been rebuilding our base from Kepler within the Inverness System. Good thing too, as we're pretty close to Curacao. Wanted to ask if it would be a good idea to setup a couple of rooms and an office for any representatives of yours. What that would take to setup, any required resources or accommodations to make it all happen.
I imagine management likes to take care of their employees on Curacao and on Baden Baden, I'd like us to have as close to the same feeling on board our own station. Let us know if you'd like this and what it will take to make it happen.

The idea you provided seems to be fantastic but first things first. I would like to ask how much space on your installation do you want to reserve for our employees? This knowledge would allow our engineers and decorators to came up with a plan and a table of necessary and optional stuff needed to create a comfortable heaven.
Second thing, looking as this comm is a good opportunity, I want to inform you that Orbital may and probably will contact Starfliers in nearby future regarding potential mapping of alien systems and knowledge about dangerous zones in the systems of Sirius.

Faststar, yes we have had a chat beforehand. I think things are good on your end?
I'd say a standard lot of offices plus accompanying accommodations. I'm sure you understand that we do need some space free for our own devices, however we can reserve chunk of the station your your own teams to enjoy the single sun within Inverness.
If you remember, our old headquarters within the Kepler System had a particular circular design to it. My own teams are working hard to reach that point again. If you feel you want to have good sunlight, this can be arranged, among whatever else any representative of Orbital needs.

Yes I remember your installation and i understand your concerns about space for your devices, that's why I asked how much space you want to reserve for us.
Anyway our interior magicians came out with a flexible design suited for such shape of installation featuring up to four or eight rooms for 2 and 4 employees respectively plus a little saloon featuring a work office where they'll be doing their thing. The necessary resources and their amounts are as follows:
Quarter for 2 (Amounts per quarter)
100x Reinforced Alloy
5x Nano Capacitors
50x Hull Panels
20x Fire Pearls
Quarter for 4 (Amounts per quarter)
150x Reinforced Alloy
15x Nano Capacitors
60x Hull Panels
30x Fire Pearls
Bare in mind that you can modify our proposition as you like. The pricing for assembling and costs of passenger transport will be provided after you pick an option but looking as your installation is in Inverness I can tell that Transport of assemblers may cost from 10.000 up to 20.000 S.C. and 100.000 up to 1.000.000 S.C. for work needed.

The proper construction of the offices and quarters will be handled by us, as we do have a crew of 850 on board. Though what you have provided so far does give us an idea of the kind of resources we need to make specific accommodations for your staff.
One of our "Albatross"-Class transports will be assigned to material collection, it may take a bit of time but we will have the rooms setup as your staff would like.

Well you can assemble everything yourself but i don't know if then a warranty will still be valid. About the pearls, they originate from Planet Junyo in Shikoku system, we are using these as a coating for some of the wooden elements and as a whole in for example ornaments.

The rooms themselves will match the construction of the other wings. The specifics, however, I will need assistance with your appointed representative. These would include where they'd like their desks placed, which wall to have their beds up against, what fruits in their fruit bowls... Do you guys have fruit bowls on your desks? You get the idea, I'm sure.
Thanks for the brief on the Fire Pearls, I'll make sure the assigned pilot obtains these as they look necessary to build a welcoming office and quarters.
