Cait smiled as she and Stephanie stood at the Landing Pad of the Villa Called Haus Seewind (House Seawind) on Baden Baden. Right next to them were 3 Shiney new Obsidian Super Heavy Fighters. They were Polished all Morning by the Staff and now there was not even a single Hint of Dust on them. The Black Hulls was a glimmer in the Beautiful Sunset on the Horizon. The Two Women would stand right next to each other holding hands as they enjoyed the beautiful view as the sun slowly went under the horizon and made way for the night. Cait was a 1.83-meter-tall Redhead who was usually wearing a Leather Jacket over a black shirt with a Pair of blue jeans on her hips. Stephanie on the other side was a 2.05-meter tall Blonde woman from Rheinland who was Dressed in a nice black dress that highlighted her Curves without being too Sexy or Revealing. She had the Stature of an Experienced Soldier who was even after years of Civilian Life still ready to jump into action at a moment's notice. The Two of them had been married for about 5 years now and had had some Matching Black Rings with a Single Ruby and a Diamond on their fingers.
Cait: what do you think my love, how will this meeting work for us? Do you think the Police will share some of their nice toys with us? Steph smiled at her wife and laid an arm around her shoulders as she could see the Small Siluette of a Ship coming closer on the Horizon. It would still take a while till the ship would reach the Villa and she was sure that Cait hadn't noticed it yet, but she knew that she would soon be informed about it by the staff.
Steph: well we have something that they want, and you took my advice to not ask for the Crown Jewels and instead take an approach for the Silver Spoons. I think that we have a good chance to get what we want, I also have a feeling that Direktorin Wolf Liked your offer for a Discount on the Liners. I am sure that this will make it easier for us to seal the deal. But for now, we can only wait and see how the evening goes.
Cait smiled and nodded as she knew that her Wife was right like so often, or to be more honest Like she always was. Cait was the one with the big ideas and the Stormy Temper, while Step was the more level-headed and Coldly Calculating one in their Relationship. Both of them together were a Force to be reckoned with that could sell Ice Cream to the people of that Ice Box Called California Minor. Cait and Steph had planned everything for this Evening from the Rooms where Freya and her Companion would Sleep, to the food of the Banquet in the evening. The Fact that Hilda was a Rheinland Native would make it even better. She also had made sure that Freya would have time to enjoy the luxuries that Baden Baden had to offer so that she could get her mind off the Negotiations if she needed to. Cait smiled happily as she heard her earpiece come to life.
Tower: Chairwoman we have the Flight of Direktorin Wolf on Scanners. She will land in about 20 Minutes. We have already contacted the ship and it has permission to land on Pad Alpha right opposite the Obsidians. They should have quite the view at them when they land.
Cait´s smile became even more happy as she heard this. She had already looked forward to meeting Freya Wolf in Person, from the Conversation they had over the Neural Net she seemed pretty friendly and Likeable. Now all she had to do was to wait for the Ship to land so that she could Greet her Guests and make sure to leave a good First Impression. She would check her outfit for the Third time now and Make sure her Ancient Plasma Revolver was secured in the Holster on her hips. She didn't think there would be any trouble, but it was a Family heirloom and a Present from her Grandmother, that's why she had it always on her side. Soon she could also see the shuttle on the Horizon as it came close really fast and got ready to land on the Platform of the Villa.
Steph: Stop it Liebste (my Love) you look Perfect. You should stop to worry, you will make a great first impression and I am sure that this meeting will be great. You always worry way too much before the big meetings and then you manage everything just fine.
Steph Leans in and smiled as she gave Cait a Quick Kiss on the Lips to distract her from her worries before they could be seen by the ship and made sure to help her for a final time to fix her clothes and then slapped her playfully on the back of her head for worrying too much.

As the Passenger transport ship from KPR| approached the planet Baden-Baden, it was greeted by a stunning sight. The sun was setting behind the futuristic buildings, creating a spectacle of colors. The ship’s elegant design and colors contrasted with the angular and gray shapes of the city’s structures. The ship landed on one of the pads near the central tower, where a circular observation deck and a bigger landing pad were located. From there, the passengers could admire the beauty of the landscape and the sculpture of a bird with outstretched wings. The planet Baden-Baden was famous for its sophistication and luxury, and the Obsidian ship fit perfectly in its atmosphere. The shuttle of Freya and Renate landed on the platform of the villa where Cait and Steph were staying. The door opened, and the two women stepped out, carrying their luggage and documents. They were greeted by a group of OSC staff, who bowed and smiled at them.

Freya nodded, and was about to follow James, when she saw two familiar faces in the lobby. They had also been waiting to the villa for the meeting between Rheinland Polizei (KPR|) and OS&C. Freya smiled and walked towards them, with Renate behind her. She hugged them warmly and exchanged greetings.

Cait and Steph replied with enthusiasm and compliments. They were happy to see Freya and Renate, and they admired their appearance. Freyja and Bommel also praised the villa and its amenities. Freya unpacked her luggage, and put her documents on the desk. She checked her phone, and saw that she had several messages and calls from her office and colleagues. She decided to ignore them for now, and focus on her mission. She took a shower, and changed into a fresh and formal outfit. She sat on the bed, and reviewed her inquiry and proposal. She wanted to make sure that everything was clear and accurate, and that she had a strong and convincing case. She also prepared some questions and arguments, in case of any objections or challenges. She was determined to succeed, and to secure the best deal possible for the KPR and Rheinland.
Renate unpacked her luggage, and put her clothes and belongings in the closet. She checked her phone, and saw that Freyja was keeping send him messages during the travel, pointing even her was nervous about it, Renate wrote some motivation messages about why they are here and how this can increase the safety of Rheinland and all his people. She decided to take a shower, and change into a casual and comfortable outfit. She sat on the bed, and watched some TV. She wanted to relax and have some fun, and to learn more about the OSC and their ships. She also prepared some compliments, in case of any awkwardness or tension. She was excited to meet, and to impress the OSC chairwoman and her wife.

The World consisted mostly of water, with some Natural Islands. It wasn't fit for Large-scale Colonisation and the sea itself was mostly void of any Sealife that could be useful for Humans. The planet had of course beautiful coral Reefs and fish, but so far there wasn't been any to make them useful for Food or other Products. Of Course, it was tried to Introduce Fish from other worlds in Aqua Farms, but it was clear Relatively Quickly that they couldn't survive in the Waters of Baden Baden. Because of these factors and the Similarity with Planet Curacao made it easy for Orbital Spa and Cruise to Buy the Planet from Rheinland and turn it into a Curacao 2.0 within House Space. Orbital Made the Best out of the Limited Landmass of the Planet and built some beautiful Resorts. But even then they had more Requests for Tickets than they had Capacity, that was the reason why Orbital built luxury Platforms at sea to increase the Capacity. These Platforms were now a Specialty of Orbital Spa and Cruise and their engineers would not only build Resorts but also other Versions for Customers who need them and can afford them in other Worlds. And so was the Platform that they were staying for the negotiations.
James: Directorin Wolf, Officer Bommel, I am here to bring you to Dinner with Chairwoman Cross and Stephanie Cross-Fleischhauer. We have Prepared a Luxury Dinner for you tonight, the Chairwoman wanted to give you a Relaxing Evening before the Main Negotiations begin tomorrow. James would wait for the two women to lead them to the Dining Room once they were ready to go. The Whole Platform was built on the Ocean and was secured with Cables to the Ocean floor. But the whole Platform could also Moved in Case of Emergency and had Watertight Compartments that made the thing very hard to sink to the bottom of the ocean. The Whole Resort was Built to withstand even the worst Storms that were known to Humanity. But thankfully those kinds of Storms never happened in Baden Baden. The Resort was also like a Small City and not only the Guests but also the people lived there, and not only them but also their families lived there. The Resort Provided Schools, Hospitals, and other Daily necessities to the Inhabitants. Caitlyn and Stephanie would wait in the Private Dining Room of the Kanzler Suite (Chanclor Suite) On top of the VIP Tower. The VIP Tower or Haus Seewind was the Crown Jewel of the whole Floating Resort.
James: The Resort was Built in Sections that can be closed if Necessary. You should also read your Safety Brochure tonight so you know what to do in case of an emergency. We take the Safety of our Gusts really seriously and make sure that you are Secure while you're here. Haus Seeblick is only a Small Part of the Bigger Resort, the Whole City has a Diameter of 3 Kilometers and Houses 5 Thousands of Employees and their families. We have also a Room for about 20 to 25 Thousand Guests that can spend their Holidays here. We offer many events like waterskiing and Paragliding. But we also offer some Guided tours to the Ocean and Diving Experiences with Both Diving Suits and Special Tourist Submarines. We try to offer something for every guest that comes here.
Cait and Steph would already await them on the top floor of Haus Seewind and smiled at them as they entered. James would Retreat like the Perfect Buttler that he was and would leave them some Privacy but stay in the area should they need him. Cait had a Beautiful Red Dress on her body that seemed to have the same color as her long Red Hair. Stephanie was wearing a Black Tuxedo that gave her a nice and more Dominant Look. She was a bit like a Bodyguard from the Movies in this Outfit. They had a Table on the Wind Protected Balcony that was prepared for 4 Persons. Next to the Table Stood a Friendly-looking Blonde woman who had the typical Rheinland Vibes and Body Language.
Cait: Director Wolf, Officer Bommel I hope your Rooms are to your liking. I gave the order to give you some of our Best Suites. The Friendly Looking Woman over there is Hilda, she is my Favorite Cook and will make our Dinner Tonight. I thought it would be better if we would Relax at first before we start the Negotiations Tomorrow.
Hilda Smiled Friendly and made a small Salute to the Polizei Direktorin and the Officer. She had a Clipboard in hand and was ready to note whatever Cait´s Guests would want to eat.
Hilda: I am a Trained Chef and know most of the Food from all the Houses in Sirius. My Specialty is the Rheinland Cuisine, I grew up with it as my Parents have a Biergarten on Planet New Berlin. Just tell me what you want to eat and I will cook it for you.

Bommel changed her dress code to fit the meeting at dinner: She wore a satin black dress that had a cowl neckline and short sleeves. The dress was fitted at the waist and flared at the hem, reaching just above her knees. The dress also had a small slit on the back, showing a hint of her legs. She paired the dress with black pumps and a black clutch. She accessorized with a silver bracelet and earrings, and a red rose corsage her makeup was simple and elegant. The overall look was classy and formal, suitable for a such occasion.
James would be escorting them to the dinner place, while taking some notes on what are they looking in the Villa

Freyja: I will take on a Flädlesuppe Frittatensuppe one, another with Pad Thai order and some apple cider gold one, no alcohol please*_ Ms.Hilda was pating attention to what she was trying to ask to her, thinking about how increase the flavour on such souppe, so Hilda should refine them with some herbs and seeing Freyja means apple juice with such kinda carbonated water by her request, still she will bring one of the small personal bottles before so she will confirm such order or liking noting that was Freyja who was nervouness in such manner _*

Both officers were a bit hungry, because they usually have to keep an eye and had to do some coordination work for the polizei from her room while preparing for the dinner. Chairwoman Cross, as well as Stephanie Cross-Fleischhauer ordered such luxury meals, the two police officers didn't even know it exists.
Renate noticed the fancy dress of the chairwoman and she complimented her look and said, that she didn't expected a wind protected table, while smiling at her to cover up her nervousness.

When the meals arrived, Renate raised a question with her typically nuremberg dialect: Renate: Say, Frau Cross. Is it true, zat zis whole place can shelter arround 30.000 people?
I wonder how you mastered the logistical tasks on zis Planet. Such a lot of people would produce a lot of garbage I zink.
And after chairwoman Cross answered her question, the Oberrätin continued, how the Polizei recently intercepted an unsuitable transport of toxic waste within the Stuttgart system and how Baden Baden could have been affected if the Polizei wouldn't do their job. Hilda would smile and leave after she had noted all the Wishes for the food. She enjoyed it greatly to cook for others and had a happy little jump in her steps as she left the room and made sure to prepare for the cooking. She had a nice Open Kitchen that allowed Cait and the Guests to watch Hilda do her Magic in the Kitchen. Hilda would let her knives fly over the Ingredients as she chopped some vegetables while she hummed a happy song. After she had chopped all the Vegetables and Punched the meat for the Schnitzel with a Big Wooden Hammer she would make a nice and flat piece of meat that would be the Core of her Schnitzel. After the Rough Treatment, she would give the Meat some time to rest and start to make two different Doughs, one for the pancakes that she would need for the Fritaten and the other for the Pad Thai. Hilda would make everything fresh and use only the best Quality Ingredients. She was an Experienced Cook who had traveled far and wide and had seen and experienced many things, all these Experiences formed her into the Cook that she now was.
Hilda: I am not a Master, at least I am not as good as my Father. But I am Experienced and have learned many things. Cait and Steph seem to love my Cooking and always ask me to cook for them. I Usually Work as the captain of the Transport Ship Beefmaster, I supply the Planets and Liners with Fresh food and whatever else they need. This Job Gives me lots of time to cook during the flights as the ship is Mostly Automated.
Cait and Steph smiled as they made some Drinks and Cocktails for the group. Cait Smiled as she mixed a Cuba Libre and Sex on the Beach for herself and Steph.
Cait: Tell me what you two want to Drink. I can make you everything yout want. The Years a Liner Capitan really pays off when you make Cocktails. You would be surprised how much the Guests Love it to get a Cocktail Directly Mixed by the captain of the Ship. And it is also a Pretty Useful Skill to Impress the ladies.
Steph Laughs and shakes her head as she looks at her wife and takes a sip of her drink while Hilda Finish the Noodles for the Pad Tai and the Pancake for the Fritattensuppe. She was really doing her magic there as she prepared the Soupe for the Fritattensuppe. Steph had meanwhile taken a seat on the bar and watched how Cait did some Tricks with the Cocktail Mixer while she made some more Yummy Cocktails. But they did have to wait for much longer as Hilda was already Serving the Appetizers for them and all of them would sit down on the table.
Cait: Yes we can indeed House up to 30.000 Thousand Inhabitants. The Resort is built with self-sustainability in mind. We Recycle as much as we can and make sure that we only throw away what is absolutely Necessary. And for the Stuff that we have to Throw away because we can't Recycle them here we have a Deal with ALG. Once a Month we have a Waste Ship that comes here and takes away what is Left. ALG then recycles what they can making a Profit of that. We have Similar Deals for other Installations all across Baden Baden, and not just here, we also have similar deals for all Orbital Liners. We try to Pollute as little as we can, Baden Baden and Curacao and the Beautiful Nature there are our Crown Jewels and therefore it would make no sense for us to destroy our Buissnes by destroying the Nature of our Worlds. They are our biggest and most Unique Selling Point after all.
Steph Smiled as she bit down on her plate of Italian Antipasti and looked over to the conversation her wife had with the Police Officer, she knew the laws of Rheinland and the environmental regulations of the Kaiserreich.
Steph: We of course know the Laws of the Kaiserreich and the specifications for Toxic Waste Transportation. But thankfully we have a Competent Partner in ALG for these matters. But as my Lovely wife said we are also taking many steps to reduce the pollution and Waste we Produce from the get-go. For example, we use 99% Renewable Energy for this Resort, we only have a small H-Fuel Reactor for the time that we don't have enough Renewable energy. But this Rarely Happens as we have several Different Systems at work that are at work to Support each other. We have for example all Roofs Covered in Solar Energy Collector Panels, We also have some Floating Wind Turbines about a Kilometer from here that can be moved with the Resort if necessary, but also the Waves and the Motion of the Ocean produce electricity for us. We also make sure that we have short Supply Routes, we import most of the Meat and Fish that we serve from Planet Stuttgart or Planet Cambridge. But of course, we also Import some things from further away, like Wine from Gallia or Rice from Kusari. But we try to have most of it as local as possible.
Soon After Hilda would serve the food for them As she Had finally finished the Cooking for everyone, she would have done a Spectacular Job that was as close to the original Cuisine as possible. But she also gave them her own little Rheinland Spinn and made them special. She had made a Wonderfull Pad-Tai and Fritattensuppe for Freya. And a Big Schnitzel with French Fries and a good Caesar salad for Renate. Cait got her nice Prime Cut Dry Aged Medium Rare Steak for Cait, and a nice plate of False Hare with Potates for Steph. They both looked really happy about their meals and seemed to enjoy the food they got.
Cait: I am Curious what you two Think about the Resort and Haus Seewind. I am always interested in the ideas of our Guests about our resorts that could lead to Improvements. You got some of our Best Rooms from us as we have a High Value for the Polizei. Your Pilots have saved our Liners Countless times in the Past from the Attacks of the Red Hessians and other Pirates. It's often the Police that Arrive first when we are in Trouble. Even my own Liner the OS&C|TE~Red~Velvet~Club was once saved by a Speedy Police Patrol.
