Estimados,
To whom it may concern, me presento Fernando Serrano. Representative of the Imperial Shipyards Authority, with operations in Omicron Gamma.
The ISA has an unusual, yet very important, request to the Starfliers. We require a survey and analysis of several shipwrecks of a determined ship model: HFC-JDC, popularly known as "Judicator", a cruiser-class warship pertaining to the dead Insurgency. I am not authorized to detail this operation, but the ISA needs a specific scan of the aft sections of the ship, along with the secondary engine array and magnetic couplings located in the midship, behind the bridge.
The mission details are:
Requirements: Starfliers Type: Scan Objective: "Judicator" class cruiser Amount: 4 separate scans Payment: 1.000.000 credits
To receive payment, the contractor must include in their reply: ▸4x scans and analysis of "Judicator" class cruiser ▸Account to receive payment
Given their state of decay and damage, ISA believes 4 scans are enough to completely re-construct the schematics.
Any questions or inquiries, reply to this message.
Agradecido,
Fernando Serrano Departamento de Subcontratación, ISA

Good day, Fernando.
I believe you have mistaken what our research fleets are capable of performing. Our equipment is designed to scan anomalies, nebulae and any minerals worth extracting from around Sirius. We are not able to piece together blueprints of a particular ship. If you are after research reports or cartography, we are more than prepared to get those tasks done.
Perhaps requesting assistance from any Junkers who are close by may get you the results you are after.

Senõr McKenzie,
There was no mistake. I am familiar with how your venture is excellent at pathfinding and examination. It wouldn't be too far off to suppose your ships are more than capable of scanning a few shipwrecks. I believe they are.
Another reason I choose to contact the Starfliers instead of the Junkers is that I do not trust them, nor does our agency. The data contained within those wrecks is too valuable. These can not be damaged any further or scrapped.
I urge you to reconsider my offer.
Agradecido,
Fernando Serrano Departamento de Subcontratación, ISA

Hmm, perhaps this may be quite the test for our scanning suites. I would like to remind you that this is not one our normal services. My team has read over the details are they are interested enough to at least attempt the job.
I am in no need for credits, though what may be beneficial to us is to have access to information. What would the Imperial Shipyards Authority have access to that you may be able to share with us? Future communications may be answered by my one of my other scientific leads, as I am occupied with local projects.
You bring great news. I was correct in assuming your fleet is more than capable of carrying with this special task.
If the Starfliers are not looking for monetary compensation, the ISA might concede our proprietary introductory documentation on technology adaptation and repurposing (Introducción a la adaptación y reutilización de tecnologías). The Empire has centuries of experience with reverse engineering, which might be an excellent addition to your fleet. Of course, the ISA is not authorized to share schematics that can be used for warfare. Expect guides on power generators, life support, propulsion and assorted secondary systems.
What is your judgment? Is this enough?
Agradecido,
Fernando Serrano Departamento de Subcontratación, ISA
Albert McKenzie, Starfliers To: Fernando Serrano, Imperial Shipyards Authority Subject: Something else
Technology creation and adaptation is something our own teams are working on perfecting, albeit in a much smaller and focused scale. Part of this job will enable us to develop a fraction of this process, which is the main reason we have accepted it.
In regards to the exchange, we are more interested in information pertaining to alien structures, perhaps those leaving behind traces we can acquire and study further. Being located within the Omicrons, I find it highly likely such a location exists, though I do not know myself. Would you know of any sectors that could contain such materials?
Mr. Moose, Starfliers To: Imperial Shipyards Authority Subject: RE: Ship schematics
Buenas dias, señor Serrano.
My name is John Moose and I am currently the operations director of the Starfliers.
We have had long discussions with Mr. McKenzie who is still slightly against the proposal of using our scanners for the job of a junker as he tends to put it. I on the other hand see no reason why we couldn't take this as an opportunity to enhance and expand our operations and services we might be able to provide. We still hold no love or necessity to see the ins and outs of warships and related technology, on that we agree, but propulsions and shielding we have heard were highly advanced on the "Judicator" class ships and might be of some interest to us.
Regarding payment I won't be so quick to dismiss an honest pay for an honest work as Mr. McKenzie, for as the operations director I sometimes cant fathom where we manage to spend our budget. Still, that part and details will fall upon Mr. McKenzie's shoulders. Inter-Operations collaboration is much obliged and we always look forward to learning something new.
I will be personally undertaking this mission and dispatching one of our "Corvo" class ships to search and obtain the necessary scans asap.
I am not authorized to speak of alien structures. However, those constructions are not hard to find around the Omicrons. Fly off the commonly flown paths and you'll sure find something worth of intrigue, or something that will be the end of you. If you're interested, send a message to the government directly. The ISA has no say in such matters.
Agradecido,
Fernando Serrano Departamento de Subcontratación, ISA
Excellent. The agency eagerly awaits your reports. Remember the contract requirements. It's vital that your reports covers the necessary technical details the ISA needs.
About compensation, the ISA offers either the credits or the technical manual. Upon conclusion of your task, decide which one of the compensations the Starfliers shall receive.
Agradecido,

Señor Serrano
Our crew has been out to the Vespucci system, the last know location of the Insurgency and a graveyard of many, many ships on both sides. We found a couple of required ships in different states of destruction and got what information we could. Find the complete report here and we hope that this is sufficient for Your needs. As for the payment, we have come to agreement with Mr. McKenzie that technical manuals and any and all information You can share will do us more good than money.
To possible future collaborations.
