I own a major share in a certain project. Due to certain unknown circumstances, it appears to be "haunted" by some sort of nomad psionic weapon. This thing is causing me a lot of headaches, delaying my project and making me lose a considerable amount of money every single day.

I am going to go on a gander here and estimate that you are meddling with an active artifact, to which you have inadvertently awoken a presence - one that is primarily made out of otherworldy energies - associated and bound with the said item, and said presence is trying to deter you from further reverse engineering of the object, only becoming angrier and angrier and vastly more frequent the more you probe the 'project'...
Hm. Your estimations are not far from our own... I don't think the recent incidents are mere coincidence. We were so, so close to a breakthrough that would allow the engineering team to set the project truly in motion. I guess we disturbed its resting place.
It is well documented that the nomads can interact with human brainwaves, somehow. I believe what we face is something built with that sole purpose - I've reviewed the security footage myself. Our psychologists can not explain the sudden, unprovoked aggressiveness some of my employees are feeling. The entire workforce has been placed on leave and is on constant watch.
About the presence of artifacts: we haven't used any in this project, as far as I know. If there's one hidden somewhere, we haven't found it.

Indeed. It is no mystery that the Nomads utilise psychic energy to interact and communicate with the world they live in. And sometimes, individuals with excessively ... weak... mental fortitudes, can be easily subverted to ideas and suggestions.
But what do you wish for me to do about it? Especially when I know so little of this esteemed project of yours. For all I know, I could be enabling something more dangerous to yourselves without more details. To put it simply, what do I get out of it?
I contacted with you with expectations of some advice or perhaps tools to handle this sort of problem. It is something we haven't seen before.
Now, about the project itself: A few years back, scouts found and secured the wreck of a insurgent capital ship carrying government officials and their families to an undisclosed location - but we are almost certain they were heading towards Rheinland for asylum. Nothing unusual there. The curiosity is that the ship was found not within the Omegas or Rheinland, but on the edge of the Gamma system.
The salvaged navigation computer stopped recording the moment the ship entered the Omega 5 system. Inexplicably, it ended light years ahead of its destination. Carbon age also showed that there is a one year discrepancy between the ship's computers and the onboard crew. Also noteworthy is the fact that the ship was damaged inside out, signs of battle and armed gunfights were present in all habitation decks.
I suspect the original crew fell for some sort of Nomad ambush. Or, perhaps, suffered from a terrible chain of events that led to a Nomad intervention.
If you help me solve this problem, señorita, I'll give you all the documents about this particular case, which should be of great interest for you.
My suspicions would lay upon the speculative grounds of them falling prey to an anomaly, as being ensnared in those tunnels can ... well, warp the sense of time.

I am unsure as to why I would be particularly fascinated by the ship itself. Unless, you refer to the object that this enigmatic entity is tied to.
I have no doubts against my assumption that this "entity" is attached to the ship itself, as if it was its territory. There's no reason, so far, to believe it is defending something within the ship. Only a few parts of the ship are original - There's nothing we haven't replaced, pretty much.
So, tell me, señorita. Tell me what to do about this thing. Time is money.

I'll need a presence onboard the ship to scan and assess it upfront. For obvious reasons, I cannot attend, but perhaps I may be able to send an envoy to survey it for you. See what can be done, if you are not opposed to the idea.
Nothing better than a flashy, extravagant project to pump stocks. Works like a charm! Also an excellent publicity stunt. It'll catch everyone's eyes.
