On the authority granted to me through Gallic Law §1.3. LICENCES, I am granting the Rheinland Military, Rheinland Police and Marinenachrichtendienst a temporary exception from the Gallic Law §2.7: FOREIGN MILITARY PRESENCE, §3.2: RESTRICTED TECHNOLOGIES - WARSHIPS, CLOAKS, DISRUPTORS AND JUMP DRIVES from now until 3 days after the visit of Emperor Frederick von Albrecht. This exception is granted for logistical reasons and security planning ahead of the signing of the expected Treaty of Oerlikon that will solidify the cooperation between our two houses.
The license is valid for vessels of all classes in systems along New Berlin, Stuttgart, Cologne, Zurich, Champagne, Ile de France route, and we expect the side of Rheinland to follow suit to bolster the security of their Kaiser. I am hereby requesting that Rheinland allows the forces of Gallic Navy, Gendarmerie and GNI the same courtesy.
We appreciate the gesture by you and Gallic Navy in it's entirety for the allowance of our ships in Gallic territory and the extra security measures by your forces. Meanwhile i took the liberty returning the favor.
The Gallic Navy, Gendarmerie, Gallic National Intelligence will be fully exempt from article §2.3.4, §2.3.7. and the entirety of article 4. This exemption is likewise valid for vessels of all classes in the systems along New Berlin, Stuttgart, Cologne, Zurich, Champagne, Ile de France route. The duration from this exemption will be active starting from today until 3 days after the arrival of the Kaiser in New Paris.
May the Kaiser arrive safely so that both our Houses can cooperate even closer and flourish further.
