Hiya,
Got a really strange bug...: On my server, all the players fly large ships.
Well... Some fly nommies... But never mind.
Anyway, in the large ships, I've noticed that as we go along in thruster speed, our hull gradually goes down...
Then, when it gets to 0, the player blows up and we get the message "player x has been killed by an Admin" from FLHook...
I'm not sure wether this is a mod issue, a server side issue (I run flserver 4.85, IONCROSS FSO, FLHook), or both - the server not liking the mod.
What is going wrong?

First, thruster has it's own power. The little yellow bar isn't used for thruster. The box with a % value to the left is your thruster power. If you run out, the thruster turns off. Simple. No hull-eating related to thrusters..

To Alex; What were the ships using the thrusters, what thruster were they using, and what system were they in? And I know this is sort of an obvious one, but were they in a sun corona?

Well we had 2 Corsair Dreadnoughts and 2 Outcast Dreadnoughts just outside Planet Manhattan, New York, and New Haven, Connecticut, that's when Jordan and KeeperOfDarknes started complaining that I was fiddling with the console... And that when I noticed that when I used thrusters my hull went down...

Actually, to be truthful, that really does sound like admin intervention, after all, it is pretty OORP for a corsair dread to be in New York, let alone in orbit of Manhattan.

He said it was on a private server, not the main one.

Also, how did you mannage to put thrusters on battleships? That may in some way cause something bad to happen (maybe).

yeah you shouldnt be able to have those on battleships...but then again i shouldnt be able to have snacs on mah dromedary, chain firing like a champ......

FLHook is still better:P
I've found that damage is caused to a ship's hull every time it is beamed... I'm wondering if this has anything to do with it...
Wait... I'm sure we had thrusters... If not... No... I don't think it was just going along at impulse speed, as it didn't happen at normal speed.

Right, fixed the hull going down... It was the AntiCheat plugin - i removed the ini and the dll from the folders, and it is working now...
I shall look into my AntiCheat settings... I think it'll be to do with this...
