I happen to have a question about the Bounty Board. Is that still open, because I don't seem to have been payed for my last two kills here, the first of which was some time ago. Just curious as to it's status. Thanks!
[8:32:45 PM] Dusty Lens: Oh no, let me get that. Hello? Oh it's my grandma. She says to be roleplay.
[12:49:19 AM] Elgatodiablo: You know its nice that you have all that proof and all, Bacon... but I just don't believe you.
The Bounty Board is open, yes. Apologies for it not being kept up to date for various reasons. I'll be looking into it in the next few days, in which you can expect the payment. Please, have patience.

Who the hell are you?
EDIT: It seems Valen is Husker... Yaaaaaa... Someone doesn't know how to use a certain function that displays a certain individual's certain past forum names.
I don't know who ]bd[Hirosho.Horatami is, but I find it quite funny for a Blood Dragon Gunboat (which that individual was flying) - entering New Tokyo and as it meets a KNF Katana and a Black Dragon, it immediately decides to run away straight for the sun-corona and suicide.
Although the ship did fire for about a brief period of sixty seconds, it simply fired in open space (and it seemed pretty deliberately since there were no NPC's about). I don't know if it was some way of OORP mocking but who knows. But after that short period of weirdness, the gunboat continued its course for the sun-corona, to as I said, suicide.
Now I'm in no way an expert on Blood Dragon Role-Play, but I don't exactly think that type of conduct fits the description of your faction quite well.
It is a pity that you do not have a Dragon of your own.
Abberant role-play, or tactical failure can be used by Dragons against each other in the Imperial Court - you can see this in action here.
Generally speaking - unless there are clear breaches of rules - I like for such things to be played out in RP. Perhaps the KNF officer involved could make a report about this bizarre behaviour - and then Dragon spies could gain access to this report?
I got the basics down, act honorable in every given situation and push forward the Blood Dragon ideologies. I don't think that includes purposely sun-diving like moron into the corona. I thought acting like an honorable warrior was to never back down from a challenge or a battle, and certainly did not include cowardly taking your own life instead of dishing out as much damage as you can before you fall down to the ground. As a true warrior would, and I wouldn't expect nothing less from a Shogun of all things.
Liberty Rogues, Rheinland Military or Blood Dragons alike, no individual in his right mind would purposely suicide from an in-character perspective. Unless said individual is Role-Playing a crazy person, which I can't accept a supposedly "Shogun of the Blood Dragons" would be.
You also completely failed to properly answer my statement or question if you want to define it as that. What I wanted to see from a Faction Leader who clearly sees his Faction-member acting in the wrong here, was to apologize on behalf of his member's actions of the described event and make sure said member doesn't repeat such behavior. Instead you forward me to the Imperial Court so you can throw a little jab at the posts you don't like there.
Oh well, it wasn't like I expected anything less from you. But it goes to show what standard you put on your members, and it shows me how much you really care, which is basically - zero. Nice to know that pal, you are losing respect from both within and outside your Faction. I wonder what might be the source of that problem.
' Wrote:Your spite means nothing to me - I have given you a way to deal with this in RP.
Follow it or not.
That looked like a nice cheap excuse to avoid the problem here.
I mean even your own Faction Status Post says: "Always act honorable."
Would you really tell me, as a Blood Dragon Faction Leader - that it's more honorable to purposely suicide in the sun-corona than to fight til the death?
Let's make a deal. You answer that question, and I will go with your "Role-Play" for this charade. But know that I will sure as hell use your answer as a reference tool later.

Hirosho Horatami didn't suicide pal. He ejected before hitting the sun, cause honestly i just wasn't in the mood to fight. And yes, i do agree with you Hideki, i should have stayed and fought till i died like i have always done, but like i said i just wasn't in the mood for fighting. And because of what Hirosho Horatami's been through, neither would he be in the mood.
