I think you will find that if you follow the line of role-play I have offered you - then justice can be served. Horotami should indeed be sweating about now given recent events!

And yes, i do agree with you Hideki, i should have stayed and fought till i died like i have always done, but like i said i just wasn't in the mood for fighting. And because of what Hirosho Horatami's been through, neither would he be in the mood.
Ok, thanks for the answer.
Next time I feel like things get a little bit too rough I will eject right before I crash a planet.

It's no problem. I know how to Role-Play. Ye, ye.
Heh, i heard it's worked before. So it was kind of a failed attempt at tactically getting rid of you guys.:PWhich means, a planet is a no go, since you have to actually hit it to die.. and your enemies would be able to keep shooting at you.

Next time don't log your ship then - or at least talk to people involved (maybe through OORP way)
Mr. Krest's on the move. Please, leave him voice message after music ends, so he can get it when he gets back. Thank you.

You mean pm them after i died to explain things? Nah, there was nothing to explain, and honestly there's no way of getting through Akura or Hideki's thick skulls. XD
Firstly, all parties shall take their personal grievances to PMs.
Secondly, Elven did raise an important point with me via PM, in that many outside the Dragons may not be aware of how I conduct discipline inside the faction.
There are two ways - the first is when I give a member a personal bollocking for doing something stupid.
The second - and more lasting form of discipline - is through the Imperial Court.
Basically I encourage our members to be our own harshest critics. If a Dragon screws up then this knowledge needs to fall into the hands of other Dragons - so that they can use this as political leverage in the Court.
A really big screwup means a Dragon may well disgrace himself - losing his honour. The most serious cases demand that honour be redeemed with the time honoured practise of Seppuku. I offered this to one former SHogun - but he declined to follow that line of RP and simply faded away.
Anyone who has a complaint about abberant Dragon behaviour should contact me - via this forum or via PM. I shall then work with that person to find a RP hook - to make that bad behaviour come back to bite the person(s) involved.

The action in question, the deliberate self destruction of a ship, is one that should be considered an out-of-roleplay act. No dragon, or anyone else would do that in roleplay. DRV stated himself that it was done because "he wasn't in the mood to fight". That belies an oorp motivation for the action which you are asking is taken in roleplay.
Not good.
The comment "I have given you a way to deal with it in RP. Follow it or not." is a meaningless one, given the fact it was not a roleplayed action in the first place. It is also an extremely demanding and somewhat arrogant approach to dealing with it. It's a cop-out. Avoiding the issue and deflecting attention away from the poor form and roleplay of a high ranking member. Or so it looks.
I'll note, this isn't a personal greivance, it's just simply some criticism leveled at your faction. It's not angry and it's not something which should be taken personally, or as an insult. Just something to take back and learn from.
If you want your actions to be dealt with in roleplay, then make sure they all stem from a roleplay motivation.
I fully support what Joe said. Solving ]bd[ problems through RP isn't always needed, and sometimes is definately out of place... Like, gaining individual report on actions of that GB? That's very unlikely.

Rest assured Joe, I have taken on board what you have said - nor do I see it as being anything other than honest criticism.
The matter is being dealt with, and is by no means being avoided. You can expect an update regarding this matter soon.
