First of all, this message was for the Council of Zoners, and Im sorry for High Council, but I didnt know what it was called.
Second of all, Mr. Cross, THe Hellbound opened fire first, taking the Breliksnar. Before that, a VR atttack Zack and the caps fired. Saronsen threatened to attack if they did not stop firing. Bomber vs VHF is no contest. Then he goes "Iv shot down light fighters i my bomber".
We all dont have that skill.
Furhtermore, After the Hellbound destroyed the first carrier and the other ships engaged, the Reliant and then the Pathfinder went down to him and the Outcast dreadnought, violating Zoner nuetrality.
I will forward the four weeks probation to Commander Archer.
This discussion and infighting is over.
Hunter Out.

So are you saying he was or wasn't helping them? Why is your story changing now. Punishment has been delt to this man and the story now changes?
Mr Hunter, please get your facts in order. Was he or was he not attacking Liberty Navy personal other than in self defense? Perhaps you should address your transmission a bit more clearly in the future. It isn't hard to find out the names of the governing bodies of our people.

"We were indeed caught in the crossfire, but it's questionable if it was self defense or not. Our shielding was reduced to about eighty percent, but I wanted to take no chances. We returned fire as soon as possible, and that was that. Take it as you will, we, I, was still in the wrong."
If you were firing in purely self defense I cannot fault you for that, and I admit that I regret that I may have let your past transgressions cloud my judgment here. I apoligize for that Captain. Though I do ask that you stay clear of Liberty space unless the Navy grants you permission. Would prevent affairs like this from happening. I will contact you via private comms with a formal apology. Be safe.
"I'm seen as a traitor to Liberty now, I believe. I dare not risk going into the House again for quite some time, and especially not in the Paradise. We will remain in the Omegas, Omicrons, and Taus, staying out of the most traveled paths, and I'll see to using my personal shuttle more often. I did not explain the full story of what happened, and if you would like me to, drop me a line.

Saronsen sighs, resting his head on his hand again. "If it will make everyone happy, fine.
I was in California at the time, entertaining a few guests that were on-board the Paradise, old friends of mine. We received a signal of a Maltese Naval vessel in the system, and the captain started to openly chat with anyone in the system. I found it strange they would risk being there, but I wasn't exactly supposed to be in the House either. After finding the captain on our scanners, she and I conversed for a good hour or so, as I said before. She didn't tell me her name, and the name of the ship fails me, but I know it was a Maltese Ranseur. One of the Carriers came into view, and she seemed perfectly fine whether it approached or not. She made it clear several times that she didn't want to fight, and even welcomed them to join in conversation.
Though, soon after, the Liberty vessels began trickling in, starting with the Bombers, then the other capital ships. The Maltese captain became worried, and began at first cruising, and then at impulse speed away from the battlefleet. She tried speaking with them, saying she had no intention of fighting, but the commanders didn't give her much of a chance, and sending a few threats her way. During that time, a rather eccentric Vagrant Raider found us, and just began yelling "Engaging enemy", though he just flew next to the Ranseur and waited.
The Vagrant Raider then took it upon himself to once more, yell, "Engaging" as the Hellbound appeared and approached us all. The Raider began firing on the Bombers, which would've been his own death with the three of them there, but then the Carriers began to open fire on the lone fighter. There, I had to object with their excessive use of force, and told them to cease fire, and then the second time, I threatened them, seeing as how they didn't mind stacking the odds on a lone fighter.
The Hellbound then began to open fire on one of the carriers, and the captain of the Ranseur panicked, and began opening fire herself. I told them several times before, and at least once during the combat to stop fighting. Whether one of the Carriers were targeting me, or I just happened to be in the way, we started taking shots. I called for battlestations, and we proceeded to defend ourselves.
The fact is, this is much more grim with the appearance of the Phantom, more than just myself attacking the fleet. It makes it seem that I was allying with said Phantom. After the fight, I immediately proceeded to leave Liberty, and I remained in Cortez for a short time before moving on.

This is very interesting indeed. This is what Sarosen was doing in Cortez... Its all clear now. I do applaud you, Silvan. Putting your foot down against these nuetrallity-violators... This is indeed a large scar for the whole of the Zoner Community. Both Alliance, and Council. What is the order to think of Fully-fledged Juggernaut captains allying with the likes of the Phantoms?

"Didn't I make it clear that I didn't wish to 'ally' with the Phantom in the first place? I did not chose for them to come, nor did I ask them to come, or even offer assistance to them. Hold your tongue, and perhaps comprehend what has been said in the communications records, and maybe you won't be considered more of a joke than a commander."
I believe I made it clear this issue was over with, and that I would not tolerate any mud slinging Orphelia. Let it lie or you may find yourself in trouble as well. We don't trials here. He took an action, I punished him accordingly, if he remains responsible through the next four weeks, the case is closed. Now drop it.
