Ok so seriously, anyone into survival games and kinda dissapointed in Killing Floor (http://www.killingfloorthegame.com/), or Left 4 Dead (No link needed) will be thrilled that there's an actual game that captures the whole zombie world better - Fort Zombie.

Although the name is really gay, the game itself costs 10$ only and is available from direct download sites.
They have recently upgraded to version 1.03 that provides more than enough entreintainment for the whole family of zombie killers.
-Whats the game about-

Well basically, it's semi-rpg semi 3rd person shooter point and click funness.
You have a town, and you're a survivor coming from suburbs into town to look for supplies and whatnot.
The goal in the game is to survive, barricade yourself in the fort, and then spend day after day finding survivors, supplies and ammo.

zombies are romero style, they behave with basic instincts, although some retain their "weapons".
Old man in jogging suit is fast.
But cop is fat and slow, with a gun. he can't really aim, but you're screwed if he does.
Firefighters can pick up axes.
There's stamina in the game.
Different classes (Medic can sure patch up someone, but he sucks with guns)

got no way to pay for the game, and pirated version has no patch

Sadly no multiplayer for now. Game hooked me up mostly because of the awesome setting.
also the mission generator makes sure game isnt the same - ever.
Make sure you download 1.03 version when you buy it.

Eh... I could live with the graphics but the animation looks too robotic. The fact that it doesn't have multiplayer doesn't make it worth the money.

But I must say, this game looks real cool!

It's ashame I don't like "Romero" styled zombies, I prefer the Slow-annoying-huge-amounts-of-zombie-spam-of-doom, zombies.

Always more fun.

And I like the slight rts elements, such as defending and fortifying ones fort:)

Will probably buy this.

The fort attack. I'ld love if i could get the non lag version but for now I'm screwed. The game is pretty realistic while made well enough and playable. It's short sadly

Uh, hey, what exactly about this game makes it so great?

The concept sounds cool and all, but the execution is... meh. The graphics, apparent bugs, and massive lag really turned me off to this.
